emp-online.ch Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives emp-online.ch a pretty low trust score on the platform: 14.5. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 14.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to emp-online.ch's industry. The algorithm flagged its seemingly suspicious success, even with a newly registered domain. It also detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning emp-online.ch, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between emp-online.ch and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of emp-online.ch. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of emp-online.ch, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. emp-online.ch is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether emp-online.ch has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether emp-online.ch boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, emp-online.ch.

The order didn't arrive on time for my nephew's birthday. One week after the due delivery date, I emailed EMP and a few days later they emailed me a new order confirmation. No apology, no explanation of why the order didn't arrive. Just a new confirmation of the order with a new date of sale and no date of delivery. It is over two weeks since I ordered and I still have no idea when the goods will arrive. No customer service at all. Update: They replied to my latest email and seem to be trying to get the order sorted.
Delivery took over 2 weeks without notification/mentions. Payed with credit card, support is not nice. Also quality sold is pretty bad so you're better of spending your money somewhere else.
Imo a good shop for band Merch. Delivery is always on point. Minus 1 Star because as some mentioned before the prices are higher than in other online shops. It’s a bit compensated by the fact that they do have stuff others don’t have. Overall pretty satisfied.
If I could give less, I would. Ordered a tee as a present on Sept 3rd. Still nothing, not even a delivery update. Contacted them via "live chat" and felt the responses were bordering on smart ass. Basically told me that the product must have been out of stock. Wouldn't cancel the order and give a refund. Still couldn't give me an eta on arrival. They were quick to take my money though. Was a loyal customer, never again will they see me.
Good shop, with not-easy-to-find stuff at reasonable prices. Unfortunately the delivery service is neither quick nor good. My order included some posters, which they squeezed in the box to make it fix, unfortunatenly damaging them.
I was a frequent ,buyer from EMP ONLINE, then all of a sudden shipping to my country stopped.#When I wrote several times to check if it will start again one day. They did not even have the decency to answer back.Very thankful for past clients...Shameful!!!!!
Makes no sense at all why EMP stopped shipping to Australia. Why have an international website when you are anything but international and have narrowed every country down to just Europe (which is where they are based anyways.) Used to buy clothes here all the time and loved the merchandise but for some reason during COVID they decided to pull all delivery support outside of Europe and never reinstated it.The only way you can buy from them now is via a parcel forwarding service (which costs ridiculous amounts of money on top of the initial delivery.) Customer support is a joke and frankly it seems as though they are willing to lose out on free money from people worldwide over some arbitrary directive (new management perhaps?) where they're not allowed to ship overseas anymore. Pretty shameful, lots of loyal customers internationally and they didn't care to think about that when making this decision. Only hurts their financial growth in the long-run and burns their consumer base. Not intelligent decision-making and if I was a share-holder of such a business I would've pulled out of investing in them over such an illogical decision. Not to mention they are coward's who don't respond to negative reviews and don't actively engage to address any of the issues being brought forth to them. Very weak management which reflects a rather weak way to conduct business.
I'd give it less if I could. The price of the bed sets and they quality is that of wish or ali express. Threads hanging out of it and a massive hole in the side that wasn't sewn up correctly. Won't waste my time ordering again.
Tried one orderen gave up after one month waiting as then there was no item in stock, tried again and after 1 week i got a despatch notification to say notication just received...after yet another week the delivery Company has only received notification
Delivery extremely slow , blamed postal strikes despite ordering way before them and other items being delivered fine.
Cool website. Very responsive. Great choice. Just lovin it ! !
Very good shop, very good products. One downside - no Italian, no English.
To expensive and to slow. Incorrect information on the website. Buy elsewhere!
Great products, great quality

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

After testing several fraud prevention products online, we could certainly say the winner is a browser extension called Guardio. It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.
