All great really .. Great prices.99% cheaper than my local retailers. Great staff. Alway reply to emails. Great packaging. Safe secure packing.. choice of delivery options .

Well I ordered a spektrum lipo that got damaged in transit rung up never have I heard a happy bloke he sorted it cheers brv plus got sent a new one but wasn't expecting a charger soo will b ordering from ya again 👍

Fantastic selection, competitive prices and fantastic customer service!While i do think the website should be clearer on processing times, the service i have received was fantastic. A piece of my model kit arrived broken, and they offered a replacement for the whole kit as they couldn’t get the replacement part promptly - which was very kind of them!Would recommend :).

I have been a customer of eModels for over 10 years with no issues whatsoever. How many companies can you say that about. Every person I have come into contact with has been really pleasant and helpful. As long as I'm making models I will continue to be an eModels customer

I have to say I’m a little disappointed in emodels. I’m new to the world of scale models and needed some help. I have visited the store on three occasions. Looking for guidance on each visit. On each occasion I came away feeling as though I was not welcom in the shop, and any advice was thin on the ground. On my last visit yesterday I had to get my phone out to show them what I was after. When told one item was after was out of stock, I asked about a similar replacement. I was met with a blank stare, I had to look on there web site to find an alternative.I do understand that they have a busy web order side. But if you don’t want customers in there don’t have shop.In this case shop local does not apply, and will be hard prest to revisit there again Tim Reader

Funny to write a review based on a harmless little error, but the team at eModels were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Wrong kit sent out! Instead of my A6M3 Zero, a Sopwith Camel greeted me. Sigh. So I sent an email, only to be told (immediately, no delays here!) they’d already realised the error, my Zero would be with me the very next day, and what’s more I could keep the Camel for my troubles. They were prompt, polite to a fault, pleasant to deal with and I don’t think I could’ve asked for a faster resolution. Apparently, the art of customer service isn’t dead, it’s just been hiding amongst the kits with the very nice chaps at eModels. I’ll certainly be back.

I accidentally ordered the same thing twice. Emodels were happy to replace with a different item. It has a similar price and I don't think they even charged me the extra postage.Even better was that when I returned the duplicate model it didn't arrive. They took the trouble to go to the post office to see if it was there, which it was, because the address label had been damaged.They were responsive to all my emails on this.I really could not ask for any more. Just great service.

First time purchase (customer) with emodels on line. It’s a rarity to experience 100% customer satisfaction that goes beyond and hits what I would call the 110% marker. However this company goes all out to offer that little bit more, the 10%. Truly a worth while experience and thanks for making my purchase memorable.

I always look at all the web sites to see how they work i came across this one it caught my eye it looked really good the customer service team was amazing so i was happy to give them my custom.There after service was amazing dealing with my inquiry and replying to my email and getting back to me so promptly. Popped in to get a model on Wednesday afternoon on the way from a walk.Quickly served by a gentleman called Richard. Very efficient and friendly. Good knowledge of model I had bought.

Amazing customer service - I ordered my model at about 2.30pm and had an immediate email from their Customer Service Team with a manager appointed to deal with the order. I had purchased special delivery, which said delivery within 1 to 2 working days. When I mentioned I needed it as a present, it was escalated and delivered within 24 hours of me placing the order!!Great to see in this day and age!Ian

So a small problem with an item which they contacted me about and resolved straight away but it gave me the opportunity to have a chat with these guys and it was an absolute pleasure!I’ll be shopping there again for the conversation alone.Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.Thanks again, guys!

So I had a lot of ups and downs with these guy's, but I would like to say they're okay and there costumer service does goes the extra mile even if it needs to be "motivated" to do it.Started with the order not arriving on time and after several contacts back and forward with promises that never happened the order finally arrived.Then there was an issue with the item, it wasn't there fault, costumer service did what they could to help, took a fare bit of time to get it sorted, but once again not there fault.Finally there a major fault with the item that prompted me to contact them, and it did took some "persuasion" but they came trough and they got it all sorted, that's why I'm changing there review to a 3 star review and not a 1 star negative review.Now finishing thoughts, they're not my worst experience far from it, but they could improve specially delivery times, we as costumers appreciate a bit more honesty and less bull***t, second it was good to see them going the extra mile as they now gained a client, I will buy from them again. Do I recommend them?It's hard for me to recommend a UK retailer as I'm just not used to this kind of service, honestly I believe the UK has a major issue when it comes to costumer service.That being said, I do recommend them specially due to there support that have gone the extra mile and got my issue sorted on a timely manner, that was very refreshing and nice to see.Unfortunately I can't give them a better rating due to the rest of the experience being a bit iffy, it wasn't negative but very far from ideal, since the delivery times to staff promising things that never happened like me being refunded for the money I paid for next day delivery etc.... Anyway they finish with a recommend *** but with serious needs for improvement, which I'm sure they will work towards making our experience as costumers to be the best possible. A set of plastic nippers i bought broke only after a few months.After a very prompt exchange of e-mails and a few photos a replacement set is on its way - entire process took less than three days - many businesses could learn a lot from what is excellent customer service. Keep up the good work

I have already mentioned these 2 issues to the store. The wrong kit was explained in meticulous detail taking up much of my valuable time. They never bothered to take action.Secondly, despite paying £4.50 for P&P they still like sending my kits in a crushed box. The incorrect kits were undamaged but I could do without the anxiety as I have already told them. As for their hackneyed platitudes I can only say I’m unimpressed. The order arrived quickly so an extra star for that. I’m certain they could fix these issues if they had the will.
