Is emma.se Legit?

I ordered at mattress on the 26th July. I was told the latest it would arrive is 1st August. By the 28th of August I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund as it still didn't arrive! On the 3rd of September I was promised a refund between 7-14 days. 23rd of September I chased my refund and I have just got an email saying I will receive my refund in 7-14 again!! At this point I don't even know if I will ever get my refund and have now resulted in contacting consumers rights parties.

Delivery was fast despite the time they initially presented: They said 2-3 weeks and we received it in 4 business days. We've been sleeping on it for 2 weeks and it has been very comfortable so far. We look forward to our sleeps!

Bought the Diamond top mattress and it is one of the best things i’ve ever bought. Super comfortable, delivery was quite fast as well. I didn’t like the pillow, but it’s a preference. The quality for sure seems very good and as something that would last for a long time. Do yourself a favor and get this top mattress, it’s top quality

Emma agree my mattress is faulty.Taken 6 weeks of constant messages all copied from scripts then finally an email to give a promise of a telephone call with a .se address so assume Sweden ... 2 weeks later receive a phone call from Ireland or more likely the Philippines again ... reading the same scripts ... absolutely refuse to replace my faulty mattress.Disgusting customer service ... Definitely harder than my previous mattress with medium hardness and I love how comfortable it is. It doesn’t sink, it takes your body shape while sleeping but bounces back to its original state. Very comfortable and seems durable. Love it!

My husband has struggled for years to sleep well as his back wakes him in the early hours and he needs to get up. Our new mattress has really changed that and he now lies in!

I was shopping around for a new top mattress, and had heard very good things about Emma from others/online reviews. The site was easy to navigate, the items very clearly described. I went for a "diamond" top mattress, which was described as firm and cooling. The experience was very much that. Really nice and comfortable, firm and not too hot. Very happy with it!

Have tried to contact the company but no one answers our emails for the 100 day return guarantee they offer!! Se have sent numerous emails, phone calls but no one ever replies and now the site is down. Until our case is resolved we consider the site to be a scam and will contact AR and KO to get our funds back.

I used to wake up with pain in my neck every morning. With Emma Diamond pillow the pain went away from the first night using the pillow. I wish I invested in this a long time ago.

Absolutely brilliant mattress! Would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep. Minus one star because the carton it arrived it was completely wrecked due to the weight of the compressed mattress. I had to help the mailman transport the mattress to our floor.

Very nice and comfy mattress.I sleep like a baby on it. I love the feeling that you can sleep next to someone and wont even notice when they turn Around.Would recommend to everyone also customer service is great, if you have any issues they will do their best to accommodate your needs.

I am totally satisfied by the quality of Emma mattress. It fits well to my body, not too soft but not too hard neither. But I am less satisfied with the delivery time. In the HP, the delivery time is said to be 14-20 days, but in reality, it took exactly TWO months!

I often work away from home, spending nights in hotels around the world. Since buying my Emma mattress, I always look forward to coming home and getting the best sleep I've ever gotten!

The mattress is great but the customer service is non-existent. You have to give them a one-star review before they reach back out to you.

Hiya, placed an order 27th March, delivery 3rd April to 10th April, is close to 12th April, order still says progressed no further updates. All discounts not received 5% code didn't work, didn't get 3% subscription discount. Yes I entered an incorrect email address but seems impossible to correct.I personally hope this mattress is worth the hype because currently & unfortunately it feels more like a scam.Update 2024-05-15Responded to the email from Emma representative Jacob, with details requested no further action from Emma, therefore still very poor customer relations.still no 3% discount for the subscription, however I do receive many promotions from Emma's sales team.The order was delivered 2024-05-10, the delivery company DSV were fantastic & very helpful 5* to them.Have now been sleeping on the new mattress for 5 nights, the mattress & topper are ok, not the best & i certainly would not recommend an Emma mattress to my friends & family.changed from a 1* to 3* because this product I feel in nothing special for the high price.

The bed mattress is of high quality and meets my expectation. It ensures good sleep. Highly recommended.

I give a 4 stars but not because the products are lacking in any way.The mattresses and pillow and bedsheets are top quality and I would recommend it to everyone.The only thing i was upset about was the long wait this time. I had to wait 1 month to get my products and it was hard to manage without them.

I bought one mattress and pillow but they didn't suite me. I returned it and got my money back ( the process took almost 2 month and 13 days to get, try, return & refund) Thanks to Tina for her good help!
