Is emerchantpay.com Legit?

We recently changed over to EmerchantPay and the process with very easy. The saved us money from our currently provided. Dean was especially helpful throughout the process.

We have been working with Emerchantpay for over 4 months now. The tech: The documentation and the dashboard need a major overhaul. It's not comparable to Stripe (will cost you a lot of grey hair), but if you were looking for a normal payment provider you wouldn't be here, right? But what made it a 5-star review for us was the experience with the team, especially Vitor, who is just a legend. I hope you all find your Vitor!

Stop wasting your time with stripe or whatever you are using. These guys are the real ones you need. Their service is so good sometimes I feel like they are part of our in house team. They will help you with anything you need, coach you, give you tips to improve conversion, work after hours and pay a lot of attention to your business. Horrible work experience. We are an honest company that provides marketing services for businesses. We applied to open an account and it took us a month to send them various documents of our company. And they refused to open an account for us due to some fictitious reasons. At the same time, they accept companies that engage in scam and are more risky, such as sweepstakes, casinos, adult, etc., but they did not accept our company, which is a marketing agency. Don't waste your time on them.

Beware of this organisation as they provide poor advice regarding processing arrangements based on your requirements. In our case they referred us to a 3rd party and this then lead to termination of our merchant accounts due to there failings as a business. Have lost lost a huge amount in revenue and withheld funds because of there mis-advice. Employees dealing with our accounts have left all communication channels and now ignore us. Have reported to regulators.

Our small business has been using emerchantpay for over 12 months. Set up was fairly seamless and well supported. No issues, good email communication from them whether that be issues they are having, or system downtime, bank holiday impacts, settled payments into account. Rang their customer support today re access to our account and they couldn't have been more helpful, namely Ivelin Hristov. Rang me back as our call was disconnected, explained what he needed to do his end, which involved another area. Said he would send a reset password link in an email, and further info in another, and that he would ring me back again to make sure I'd received the emails and could then log in - and he did. Excellent service, thank you.

I wanted to warn you of this, my story is that I invested my money in forex trading in CBFtrade and was scammed by it and refused to request withdrawal of money and refused to contact me and closed my account, and when contacting my bank they said that the forex fraudster deals with emerchantpay and the clients' money is transferred to them by emerchantpay and their subscribers in the scam
