Definetly a scam company that hopes you don't notice when they charge you. Received no service or product and they refuse to issue a refund. Filled credit card charge back and with the BBB.

Extremely complicated. Where to even start????You almost need a PhD in Computer Software Engineering in order to use this manual system. You have to download a virtual machine which is a lousy start, then you need to spend several days trying to figure out how to access the information sought and acfew more days trying to figure out how to print. Emailed questions get responses very rapidly, but the instructions they offer don't match with what you should be seeing on your device. This Virtual Machine is horrible as it refuses to work in unison with the real thing, insisting instead on leaving you with a weak and crippled system. How nice it would be to be able to access the folders, files and printers I already have.

Ordered a workshop manual for a BMW e90 325i. Should be a seamless easy transaction given there are literally thousands of these cars on the roads of most countries.What I received was a 23GB file that refused to download. After two days of so called customer support, I received a poorly organised 6000 page PDF document for the wrong car!!!After refusing to accept this and requesting a refund I was told that they would offer a store credit and not a refund.Which would be ok if they actually had a viable alternative or solution. Absolutely nothing but a scam!!! Buyer beware

Just dreadful! I had no idea that this solution would require a 26gb download, the file did download but didn't work. It's just a really old feeling poor technology solution that is more of a pain that it is worth, it feels like using technology in the 1980's. I tried to get assistance from Rahul Jadon and he tried but not very hard, stay away, if this is the only option then buy a new car.

Product not exactly as advertised.Hard to navigate, download or view. There has to be a better way.I did get a manual close to my model with the torque numbers I needed for a reasonable price.

as many others have said, expected a pdf manual, got a windows 7 OVA file. Installed Virtual Box to find that the software is not usable as a repair manual. have not requested a refund as I expect that will be a waste of time. hard to write of $42 as "never trust a google search." All in all am pissed and embarrassed. I know better. And I still need to fix my car.

- 5 Stars would be my choice but not an option.Avoid this company at all costs they are nothing but scammers.All the good reviews are fake,I purchased a Mac version of a repair manual, but would not work until Was advised I needed to install VirtualBox app to use it.However doing this slowed down my computerand the download is some out dated Windows program.The clowns at eManuals aren't bothered they take your money and say there policy is they DO NOT REFUND. I Have uninstalled everything and computer is fine,so do yourself a favour and do not believe the fake good reviews.Do not deal with these SCAMMERS

Use fake display to show case their product and when you pay for the manual you get a pdf black and white copy of a poor quality manual with absolutly no index! The online display with superfast downloads is a joke and so is the customer service.How are you supposed to find anything without an index and you have 8000 poor quality PDF pages to sort through!

Purchased manual download $36.99 in July.Some obscure format .OVA thus couldn't open.Took almost 3 hrs to download.Then advised I needed to download VirtualBox app to open it. VirtualBox said not compatible with my computer OS. I asked for a refund. They kept sending possible on-line work-arounds to try. A month later still nothing. I needed a download as promised, not online access. I kept asking for a refund, denied, denied, denied even though I showed proof I never got to open the manual file. So I am out $$37 with 0 to show for it, except the hours of trying their "fixes".Apparently some kind of scam...

Bought a Service and repair manual. Contained no servicing specs or guide on servicing. Contacted their support who agreed that the product was not as sold as desribed, so offered me some files which needed additional software or another product from the website.. Argued with support over the email, took the case to Paypal who did my refund within a week. Do claim back from these timewasters

Paid $26.99 for a service manual for a BMW Gs1200 motorcycle expecting a pdf download or similar.Unfortunately it was an ova based file requiring a third party download of virtual box and a long winded messing around trying to find the relevant sections I needed. Clumsy and a complete waste of time and money.Stick with Clymer or Haynes manuals in hard copy format as this site offers nothing but nonsense.Also note the fake 5star reviews on their advertisements to get you in.

I bought a manual for a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.6L. I received a manual for a 2014 Caravan diesel. Not even close to what I need. Customer service said "don't worry, its the same generation model".It's not even close since I'm working on the engine. Then they offered a manual for a 2013 model 3.6L. In a OVA format. Which is to easy to hide Malware in. I've requested a refund and have not heard back.

Ordered what I thought was a pdf copy or whatever to fix a customer car only to get ripped off from emanuals. Never received anything usable or at all! Contacted them and all they wants to do is lie about it and try and hold my money. I would not advise anyone to try and do business with them or you may lose yours also. After they beat me I began to read their reviews and they are terrible people! Do please don’t fall for their scam!!!!! The date of the scam I wasn’t able to pull back up but it is with Pay Pal resolution right now.

purchased a manual based on the 'we will hapily give refunds' statement on their website. downloaded the 16GB manual, only to have to download additional software, then go throught hours of pain trying to get it to run without any joy.when i asked for a refund i was told 'lets let PAYPAL decide'.shocking,

Concur with the trend of other reviews - paid for a pdf packaged manual and was rewarded with a large download of freely available Adobe reader which I didn't need but NO manual. First email to the emanuals support - no response, second email - auto reponse with ticket # JPY-321986 but no attempt at resolution. This is over nearly three weeks and no further responses and no manual that has been paid for.Appears to be fraudulent - do not use.

Utterly, Utterly worthless repair manuals. Speaking as a person who has done all of my own vehicle maintenance for 30+ years on BMW, Mercedes, Lotus, Lamborghini, to name but a few, this "repair manual" is the single most worthless sack of crap ever to waste space on my computer. The 24gb ova file (covering scant detail on every Mercedes rather than in-depth detail on the one I needed) expands when installed into 75gb of bloat-ware running on a virtual Windows 7 (circa 2009) system. It took the entire capacity of my workshop laptop to run, after I dumped useful software to install it, and provided nothing more than a worthless database of pixilated diagrams apparently scanned from the output of a dot-matrix computer. I found not one shred of useful mechanical information after searching the system for over an hour. Their customer service team is simply around to help overcome the horrendous mandraulic process required to access the 'ova' file sold. They refused to refund me when asked because "they delivered me a manual". I have now purged every part of their manual from my computer so that should let you appreciate just how worthless it is; empty hard drive space is more valuable than this company's workshop manual. PLEASE do not waste your money on this dreadful, worthless, garbage.

Downloaded wrong year manual so went to their refund policy which dates clearly that you can have the full price as credit for another publication even if you have downloaded it already. In dialogue with a Rahul Emo who is refusing to follow the refund policy. My advice is do not go near them. Even if they respond to this review with “we did this and you did that blah blah” do not be sucked in by them.

This manual is one of the best I have found so far online, the cost of the manual is perfect and will for sure help to save some cash, I would recommend for many truck drivers this manual for sure based on cost and information.

Paid, downloaded the programs they state, it used up all the GB on my PC, wrecked the storage and still wouldn't work. total scam. Don't do it. I needed a PDF download, but it automatically downloaded something different. Took a professional PC expert to get things right again.Designed to take your money and run! As I paid with Visa I was refunded by the bank.

This is rather a long story but the details are important. I own a 2.2L diesel Citroen C5. I read the product description on the company website and chose what I believed to be the right manual based on ALL the information on the appropriate page. There was no opportunity to inspect the manual prior to payment. I paid for the advertised manual ($39.95) and after downloading it, opened it immediately to get an idea of the quality of the diagrams. I was unimpressed with the quality and immediately notified the operator of the site of my dissatisfaction. I then continued to examine what I had paid for in more detail, only to discover that the manual that had been supplied to me was the wrong one for my car. I messaged again and after supplying the VIN number for my car, was offered another manual. This new manual required me to install third party software on my computer which I didn't and still do not want. I declined their offer and requested a refund which I fully expected to get given that they clearly advertise a "100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back". This guarantee has been, in my experience worthless. The company continued to insist that they supply me with unwanted software in order for me to purchase another product. After they refused to refund my money, I took the matter to Paypal, believing that Paypal would take the steps needed for me to obtain the (promised) refund. Paypal's most recent response to me after many messages back and forth is that they can't assist me with my claim because "I have altered the item I have purchased" Since all I have done is download an item (which was the wrong one for my car) and make a request of Paypal to fix my problem with a seemingly very stubborn merchant, I am now left with the conclusion that the company has lied to Paypal by claiming that I have tampered with or "altered" what they sold to me. I am still in the process of finding out how Paypal have come to the conclusion that they have, regarding this transaction but the only conclusion I can draw at this stage is that Emanualsonline are prepared to lie rather than provide a refund. Be very VERY careful in dealing with this company and if you can buy the thing you want from another seller, my advice is to do so.
