Is emaar.com Legit?

Hands down the worst customer servicing in the UAE. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months.. and every time, they keep responding, repeating their automated, generalized messages, its just so frustrating. there is absolutely no one in Emaar Customer Services who wants to help customers. it is a very badly managed department. The management responsible for this horrid set up should be fired.

Customer scammed out of over $15,000 in fake charges from Emaar Dubai. Absolutely disgraceful and criminal, especially since there is no recourse in the United States.

I’ve bought Emaar Beach front what a disaster. I was previously with Select Group hands down much better developer. Emaar has a name the quality of what they are building today is horrific. 15 units in my building experience mold on their walls hot air is blowing into our walls from the structure outside deemed flawed. I’ve been to Emaar numerous times it’s all broken promises they hope we forget and move on. I will not move on after paying 4million for a shoe box flat and horrid quality. And in reference to the reply Emaar will place on here after my comment, which seems to be the norm thing they do. Emaar I know all your agents by name, I know all your maintenance staff by name and face. Very sad I bought into Emaar looking forward to getting out of this unit once and for all! My advise Emaar all name and many broken promises!

We had a very bad experience at Marassi on the 1st of August being treated in a very hostile manner as we filed a complaint against blocking our application due to misuse which was not performed by us . My son’s mobile was hacked .Please arrange to take the necessary Action to remove application blocking and inform us

Please don’t buy or rent Emaar properties. I bought 1 bedroom apartment at Creek Beach and its quality is so bad. The building less than 1 year old but there are so many issues happened already, like leakage after shower, water heater leaking, wall cracking, low water pressure, AC not cool enough… and maintenance team can’t fix the issues. I am very dissatisfied, what a shame

I have been calling with Emaar for 3 months just to get 2 access cards for my apartment. I have paid for them in mid April but every time I call someone tells me they will look into it and call me back but so far absolutely no response, not my phone nor by email.

Emaar is the Number One Property Developer in MENA region no doubt, but when it comes to Real Estate Tokenisation in Dubai,I give it all to 971Proper ties. Thier level of professionalism towards passive rental property investment is top notch. Emaar should upgrade their customer care

Maintenance collection fees portal is very slow, unprofessional and I couldn't upload my passport copy. A portal that is the worst for a company that is worth billions. Customer Service is ridiculously bad: Since 2020 I gave them my new passport copy, physically in their offices, on the application, by email...and we are in 2024 and my old passport is still on their portal. When calling the hotline, each and every time, operators are promising to fix all problems and nothing happens. I sent a complaint and I receive an email stating that my case is closed and that an agent already talked to me. Nobody talked to me. It feels as if I am in the twilight zone. This is extremely bad. The incompetence of their customer service is alarming. I dread calling them and it feels I am trapped because I own many apartments. Do something about it!

Gold and Diamond Park has been revamped. Emaar properties are always of a high quality and standard.

Emaar's customer care personnel lack empathy and professionalism, often resorting to generic responses. It's puzzling how they are hired. I wouldn't recommend any expatriate to invest in Emaar. Their attitude is self-important, placing customer needs last, relying on their brand name. Additionally, their construction quality is substandard. It's your money and your choice, but I advise against investing in Emaar.

Im an owner of a Townhouse in Mira Phase 3/Everything was going well recently however I just started receiveing extra service fees..ECM company have increased their fees drasticly this yearThis is propostorous.!!! On top of that they want us to pay in retrospect from the year 2022!!! Im given no reason or explanation for this by ECM!!Please someone call me from Emaar or ECM to explain such fee hike..I almost cannot pay such impossible hike in service charge without any warning or notice ..Where is my rights as an owner??!! Is this the treatment we get for buying from Emaar??!!Thanks

i am a tenant at emaar the greens community, since August 2023 , i have been calling emaar community to fix the bathroom exhaust in my studio apartment, they would ignore the complaint and only responds to it after 4 attempts .calls to the security, emaar community center , emails , calls to the call center has given me .... " expect a call , we have escalated your issue " they would fix the issue today , the next day it will go back to " out of order". imagine waking up with smell of cigarettes, your afternoon spelling like garbage, and Evening your small studio apartment smells like an indian kitchen with a lot of onion and garlic. calls to 04 366 1696 is useless , sometimes they are not operating, sometimes they just hung up. one out of five calls to 04 367 3509 is answered if they actually pick up. when they pick up they inform you that they will investigate and call you back but you don't hear back from Abhoy, Patricia, or Faiza .I am not sure how much time is needed or what else can i do !

The worst kind of after sales & maintenance service. The people in maintenance dept would hardly pick calls, even if they do, they won't provide any solution. Buyers are left on their own to fend for themselves.Although Emaar would be prompt in charging you for services they might not fulfill.Better think a dozen times before investing or shifting to any Emaar property.The icing on the cake is their Rude behaviour. Each one of the maintenance team members fight to stay ahead of each another in terms of gobsmacked behaviour with the residents, once they shift to the property.In totality it's absolutely useless hammering your brains after buying in Emaar. Never ever invest with this company's townships.BTW, I'm from India ( Gurgaon, Haryana ) & is experiencing this awfull service in Emaar Emedald Floors Premier.

I purchased an appartment at Forte tower back on Dec. 2015, the handover supposed to be on Dec. 2019. Unfortunately till today I didn't receive, it seem this will never happen. They keep promising. As per their lastet updated, the orientation tentatively will be by End of Dec. 2023, so the handover over take another year. I never expected this from huge developer like Emaar.

worst customer treatment I ever experienced ever. I am left since around 1 year with a damaged window, since handover of the property in creek rise 2. The company is putting the health and safety of their customer at risk!!! Customer service is not able to take any action, is misinformed, full of excuses and lies. I highly recommend to get leagal support when dealing with EMAAR.

Extremely poor experience! The built quality of the apartments is poor, even in apartments that costs several thousand USD per month and we had no running water for 2 entire days two weeks ago and now again. It's a big no no.

Emaar are breaking the Dubai rules of noise levels. They are also breaking the rules of health and safety. Piling machines are operating a centimeter from my property where we are at risk should anything happen. There’s no protection provided for us. We are being completely ignored by Emaar. No response, no action. Noise level is at 100 dB exceeding the level by 50 dB. Police report has been filed, complaint with DDA has been filed. Emaar continues to ignore and disrespect their own residents. It’s appalling how this can be allowed and it’s appalling how our health and safety is put at risk.

Such poor customer service. Lots of misinformation about handover and orientation dates. No one ever comes back to you no matter how many times you call. Yet the always promise they will. Literally has to be the worst customer service on the planet. If you buy off plan definitely add two years to completion date and you’ll be close. As they are very slow at getting anything done. Such a shame as the properties can be very nice.

Best Property Developer in Dubai Compared to Other Developers. Emaar always delivers projects on time. I have been an Investor with them for a while.
