When i order something i recieved on the right time, good communication of persons that works ön ellos it does't mater who they areactive so these are The reasons why i give 5 stars

I bought couple of items for my home there. It was a good experience, except last part. When you pay on site everything goes by default. And if you do not pay a lot attention, you’ll end up with paying with their payment system elpy. It’s automatically assigned to monthly payment, which costs money. So I kind of feel not good with that. Company which use your inattention to force use of their paid payment system.

The items ordered are as expected. There was a small issue that the client service helped me quick and easy to fix. Am very happy with the products and the communication about my order

The quality of the clothes I bought was both magnificent, The shipping was fast and the payment method is the same. Keep it up.

Had a horrible experience shopping online (Hebeos - avoid to all costs people!!): Ellos thank you for being trustworthy, for promptly sending correct merchandise and then accecept return without any fuss or problem. Makes me feel comfortable shopping from you. Keep it up it is a win win situation for sure.

To make the purchase and the delivery was just fine, the size of the boots for me is slightly smaller and they feel a bit stiff at the beginning, I even got a blister on one foot. But they are warm, even though I can’t put a think sock, I was warm with them.Try when you buy half size bigger I would suggest and try them in the house for a bit in case you want to return. I left at work with them straight away 🥴.Otherwise the site nice 😊, thank you.

When problems occured, customer service always resolved them without issue. They answered my questions and always offered more help than they were obligated to give. My only issue is that it costs money to return items now days and I can't visit a physical location to try before I buy. I generally have to return all items due to size issues, but I've never had to return anything for my child. Was great quality and cute, so I just use them for child clothes now days.

The description for the shoes was wrong as a consequence I bought a men’s shoe instead of a women’s and it was also small as a size.After a month I noticed that the shoe were defective so I contacted the customer care and they helped me with that. I am satisfied from the customer care service I received so far from ellos.

Ellos is a good company according to my experiences. It is easy to place the order and package delivery on time. It is easy to return an item in case not satisfied and kundtjänst are helpful everytime I called. Ellos online system works well. Thank you.

The clothes I bought at ellos were exactly what I wanted. Many of my clothing purchases at other stores online have been disappointing and this is one of the first times I have wanted to keep everything.

Bought a dress which was perfect for my needs and much better quality than I expected if I'm being honest. Took longer than I had expected to arrive, around 10 days, but all good.

A very angry customer here!Bought 2 furniture items and received a pile of garbage in the post.Both items were already returned by other customers (one of the items has clear and visible defect marks on it and the other I am too angry to even look at it). The first unlucky customer who received it didn't care enough to repackage it correctly so when we received it at the post office it felt like it was dropped from a 20 story building. ELLOS charged us for 'home delivery' but we ended up driving 20 minutes from our home to pick up this heavy piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY furniture online from this website. ------------------------------------------------------Update:I just spoke with ELLOS's customer service. Very polite and helpful. I explained the situation and that I would like to return them and they are now going to pick it up from my apartment and they offered a voucher for future purchases. I will change my rating of overall experience from 1/5 to 3/5. The customer service gentleman I spoke with gets a 5/5.

Good easy website. Delivery and payment system clear and efficient. Returns work well. Good quality clothing and nice there is a wide range of sizes.

I don’t usually write reviews but this definitely needs one :Just received 4 chairs, all of them are faulty and poor quality. While assembling the chair one of them presented a hole in a completely random spot which doesn’t allow me to assemble the chair at all.Now because of this extremely poor job done I have to return all my chairs and have to pay double the shipping fee. In the meantime the “customer service” sends me emails always from different people telling me different things and making this experience exhausting AND terrible considering the amount of money I spent.I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot believe a case can actually be handled so terribly.I do not recommend purchasing here.

The jacket I purchased was much better than expected. Excellent quality, perfect fit (L) and value for money. I thoroughly recommend this item.

No problems with a return I have yet to ship back due to sizing, everything so far seems to be of decent/good quality.

The items were available and colors were correct. An of corse the sie was correct.

I have been happy with this site many times but the last time I ordered they refused to send the items I bought. I was very disappointed because the items I bought was at a very good discount and would have been perfect for me. After that I will not buy from this site again.
