Lily from your customer service resolved an issue I had with a product in a friendly manner and always goes above and beyond for the customer. So Thankyou elite eleven for your immaculate customer service!If I could recommend something to come back into stock it would be the seamless v2 leggings they are my favourite pair of leggings I have ever bought. I probably won’t ever buy from another active wear company again that’s how good elite eleven is.

Customer service are some of the most obtuse people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Flagged my perfectly VALID order as fraudulent because they couldn't work out why SHOPIFY was flagging it. Next time, focus your energy and time on ACTUAL fraudulent activity, not on genuine customer orders. Absolutely rubbish, shop elsewhere.

Keep at it with your Ads. I kept seeing the ads on all social media’s when it came to end of financial year sales I just had to cop me some.I assumed all casual wear was unisex & brought 8 sets only for them not to fit me because they were means BUT that’s okay because my partner could fit them all so they’ll all be put to use & now I know the quality is amazing I know I will get good quality clothing next time around.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service after having my leggings for a month they tore a hole so I messaged and asked what they could do about it They offered store credit Refund Or replacement of the leggings immediately Very happy with the service

Quality Products and excellent customer service. These are my staple tights and shorts. Feel great and look great. Had issues applying a voucher so contacted customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very prompt, polite and makes the shopping experience stress free.

I've bought two Elite Eleven hoodies over the last few weeks, one in-store and the other online. The in-store staff member was happy and very helpful (went above and beyond actually) and my online order arrived super quickly and in perfect condition.Such a great quality product and exceptional service.

Went into the Northlands store Easter weekend looking for the Mascot Tee blackout but didn’t have my size in store so the lovely staff let me know that I could do free express shipping in store which was great and received it Tuesday 11/4. Ever happy with the quality of the tee

I was mostly impressed and happy with the customer service from Darcie who helped me to resolve my issue with a pair of pants I ordered with Elite. I am forever thankyou for that.

Ordered on a Saturday, received by Wednesday across the other side of the country and over a public holiday! Came so fast and all items are exactly as advertised, really happy with my purchase!!

Made a purchase, one of the items didn’t appear be as advertised so seeked refund. Their customer team refused to refund, directed me to their customer service FAQS, no where does it state that refunds will not be offered for purchases. They only offer store credit. Pretty dirty of them to do so considering it’s a basic consumer right to be eligible for a refund. Many other firmness apparel stores out there, don’t bother with this one.

The customer service is really good and you helped with a small issue i had with the order which was great! Only downfall is that you dont offer refunds, and takes a little longer then I would like to arrive, but other then that great and love your clothes- thank you!

I just wanted to provide feedback for Elite. This was my first time buying an item. I purchased a jumper XL, I didn't even bother to looking at the size. I then washed it and that's when I looked at the size, then realised it XXL. I sent them an email of what has happened.The next day received correspondence and advised me they have an XL. Being it is unisex I advised may I please have a large.Today I received the large jumper. Never advised me to return the other item.Exceptional customer service and fast delivery. Your clothes are really good.Thank you so much, now my finance and I can be twins lol

Purchased my son a tracksuit set and although its nice and thick and cosy material after the first wash I can see that the material will start to pill over time. For the expense we have paid for the outfit I would expect the material to not pill at all after ONE wash. So I am quite disappointed and will not buy from from Elite Eleven again.

I was in the Northland store in July, it was a quiet Saturday morning (so no excuse for it being busy)and I had no welcome, didn't get asked for assistance whilst in the changing room trying on clothes. I needed another size but couldn't walk out like that. Girls were just chatting away about their weekend plans. I simply told the girl at the front after she asked how I went in the fitting rooms. I have contacted customer service.
