Is eliquidsoutlet.com Legit?

This is the second time that I have ordered from company and both times the products have arrived by the time stated.They are exactly the same as I have been ordering from my local supplier but a lot lot cheaper.Will always order from them in future.

Do not using this company at all. They are so unprofessional that you will receive no correspondence from them at all. Your emails will be ignored and you won’t be able to call them as the number does not ring. I really regret using this company and it’s just a matter of time when an angry customer turns up at their door step. I would rather scoop my eye balls out with a spoon than use this company.

Following on from my last review about only receiving half my order of Pud Tiramisu. The outlet has now been in touch and offered a refund for what was not delivered. Thank you. I have not had problems with this store before.

I ordered eliquid 5weeks ago after 10-12 emails asking for my order or a refund I still haven’t had any response Do not buy from this company they will take your money then you will not receive your goods or money back

Ive placed an order from them and received the parcel incomplete. Ive sent them an e-mail and no response. My payment was taken in full and no refund or answer from them. It is the first and the last order with them.

From placing the order to receiving it, every thing was very professional

First class . My previous order had a small mix up and I’d been mistakenly sent a few out of date eliquids but they quickly put it right and gave me complimentary extra ones .There’s not many that would do that these days so i will definitely be staying with this company from now on .

Amazing prices and great service. The best way to know a business is by how they correct a mistake. I received my order of 6x eliquid and they forgot to pack the nic salt. I contacted them and not only did they refund the cost of the nic salt but they also sent them out free of charge. What an amazing response to a problem and what fantastic customer service. Still waiting for my items after 5 days no confirmation email won't answer my calls etc but taken the money 4 days ago tamping trading standards time UPDATE finally emailed me they've posted my items and added extra as a good will gesture happy days

Placed an order with company and money taken from account. No follow up emails confirming order. They have not answered any emails sent enquiring about the order and the telephone number doesn’t connect. Ignoring messages on all social media platforms where they have a place. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH BANK FOR CHARGEBACK. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Money was taken out of my account £ 51.92 on 8th october for goods id ordered and as of today 15th october still nothing has arrived have emailed the company with no response

Didn't have items in stock once ordered and paid and then underdelivered my order. Did sort it out quickly though which I appreciate. Website needs updating with stock

I placed 2 orders and 2 days later they asked me to verify my age which I successfully did, 3 days after this they emailed me and stated they would be refunding my money in 10 days time. This is despite 2 emails to their customer service for which I got no reply. The company are keeping my money for 15 days for no legitimate reason before refunding. Appears to me like a scam. Very frustrated and disappointed about the waste of my time!

I am satisfied with the overall delivery time frame. The product was better than expected. Great flavour/taste.Also the price of the e liquid was cheaper than other vape juice websites.

Eliquids are my go too company for choice reliability and value for money and I guess will be as long as things do not change too much. Not let me down yet for my favourite juice and core's, and they get them to me in good time. Give em a go vape nation.

I ordered multiple flavours and strengths of eliquid all on the same order.Unfortunately, one part of my order wasn't in stock but they resolved the issue professionally and promptly with a refund for the item that wasn't in stock.I will be purchasing from this supplier again in the future.

My order arrived very quickly but 1 item was not correct, however the return and replacement was sorted very quickly. We all make mistakes and I will not mark down for the error as it was sorted quickly and courteously.
