Perfect execution. I needed a discontinued part (connector) for my 2016 Beneteau MC5. I tried several online websites and several seemed like either a scam or a robot site (i.e. there's nobody to talk to). These guys are the real deal. Simon (I guess he's the owner) got me the replacement part from Germany and shipped it to the USA in about 4 weeks total. I highly recommend Simon and Electroquip.

We deal with a lot of old machinery that often needs obsolete pneumatics valves replaced.Electroquip always manage to come up with a replacement part ,even when I've had no luck myself searching on the internet .Top job all round .

Website a bit clunky, I wasn't able to see an estimated delivery date or stock levels and managed to order without making payment. But When I called to pay it was extremely friendly and efficient. I got a part delivered to the UK that was in Germany in 23 hours on a guaranteed next day service, incredible.

Emailed Simon with a spares request. He came back really quickly with an alternative as the parts we needed were not available.Good price, and parts despatched immediately.Big plus - Simon answers the phone and emails! This seems to be a rarity at the moment

I placed a RFQ for Festo fittings with a number of companies who all quoted 3-5 days, with no expediting.Electroquip were able to get the parts (one of which required some manufacturing) and have them delivered next day with an AM delivery.First class service.

Highly impressed at the speed and efficiency of our order. We were at the end of large and increasingly pressured job with a customer. Our head office managed to send us the wrong parts which was going to inevitably delay the job and further frustrate our customer. I searched the market for the components and could only find half the number I needed and even then the delivery time would have had negative consequences on the job. Simon and his team at Electroquip were very quick to get my problem solved and get the parts needed to me in next to no time. Very pleased with the service that was provided and would recommend them to anyone, Will definitely be using them again.

This was as easy as it can be to order something. One minor moan; as a VAT registered sole trader, I cannot purchase as a business as I do not have a registration number, so I do not get a VAT invoice. Please make the Business number optional.

When I found out that the delivery charges to Spain were outrageous, they offered me an immediate refund of the amount paid for the ordered item (I had not paid delivery so far) and proceeded with the refund in a few minutes. Great, folks!
