I can't rate a product till I receive it. I haven't received anything telling me when I will receive my order. I'm usually a five stars guy. Usually when I order online I get a email with confirmation and delivery date.

The staff I talked to was courteous and tried to find out why it was taking so long, It is my belief that they did not have the product in stock at time of order. It would be better service if it was not listed on the website if the product was not in stock I give a high rating for the staff, but only fair rating to the company for failing to notify customers that an item is not in stock when it's listed on the website.
