Is ekrcover.com Legit?

EKR's prices were very fair, the seat covers seem to be good quality, and after my package got stuck in transit for several weeks, they were really nice about sending again through a different carrier and I got the package within a week. I would definitely recommend EKRcover to others.

I am a senior citizen. Seat covers came without any written instructions for installation. Had to watch a video that showed installation for seat covers that were different from the custom ones I ordered. Also, headrest covers did not fit. Center console cover did not fit. Instead of sending correct fitting ones, had to take pictures of the items and send them to company. Then they wanted pictures of the headrests and center console. If you advertise you can sell customized covers for any vehicle, then once you have the make and model, why do you need the customer to send pictures of the seats of the vehicle you profess to already have customized seat covers. Should have been just sent another set of headrest covers and not make the customer dance through hoops taking pictures and figuring how to send the pictures electronically on a computer . Gave up trying to accommodate the company to get my replacement items.Will never shop with company again.

This is the second set of seat covers purchased from EKRCOVER. It's the fit a look that blows me away. The attention to detail and especially the customer support is just outstanding. The covers turned two mediocre looking interiors into WOW!

The best customer service! There was a minor problem but they handled it well. We liked our leather seats and will surely buy again in the future. Very well made and highly recommended.

The seat covers are good quality & fit very well, when all was finally done, but there were no instructions! Installation was a bear.There were no videos by the maker (for my model car: Chevy Bolt EUV) either. Fortunately, I found a video made by a competitor company for my car and found some on-point Reddit commenters and eventually pieced it all together. But it took nearly three hours of trial and error, and online research to get all the covers on right. Why so long?Stuff like figuring out how to release the hidden pins that hold the headrest, or finding the hidden latch (or knowing how to reset it correctly) is all on the customer to sleuth out. Also doing things in the wrong order (and then re-doing them) chewed up lots of time. A comprehensive video on my model could have saved me a good chunk of time and effort.The covers themselves are great but the straps that go under the seat are a bit thin for the clips provided and tended to slip. I found there is a workaround; unfortunately you’ll have to cycle through 5-6 videos on YouTube, or re-do/fiddle with it yourself for 15-20 minutes, if you want to know what that way is. I e-mailed the maker about this but hadn’t heard back, before figuring out a workaround.Bottom line of my experience: It’s a 5-star product, in terms of fit or quality, with a zero star instruction set.

My purchase went smooth and arrived early. Corresponding with salesman was quick by email, except for when I asked for a sample of the material I got no response. I decided there was enough pros to the product to make the purchase knowing it was returnable if the seat cover material was not acceptable. The seat covers are soft, but slightly more rubbery than expected and the fit is loose on the top front and back seats. Regardless these covers should protect, clean up nicely, brake in over time for a softer feel, so I Plan to keep them to see how they turnout.

Perfect fit for for my Ford Focus--hard to convey just how perfect the fit is. Video demonstrations are very helpful for installation. The Ford Focus demo was abbreviated but I used another similar demo that was applicable and very helpful. Before purchasing the EKR I had looked online at details of other "custom" covers--many were not really not very custom at all and exposed side areas, etc. After installing I really think it is impossible to detect that they are not factory original. There were ZERO sags. Also worth noting is that the zipper closure really cinched down the cover AND there are heavy duty buckle straps, special enlarged tucked edges and cords that hold it in place--probably to an overkill extent. Provided plastic tool was useful. Each piece was labeled which made initial steps easy. Entire installation by one person was short, about 30 minutes. Shipment was quick. Can't really think of any criticisms so this one is minor--the inclusion of written instructions would have been useful in the event that a person did not have a phone handy or did not realize that there are multiple YouTube tutorials.

I was wrong, and I need to apologize. EKR Covers is a reputable company that I will absolutely be doing business with again. After an issues with the delivery of the product and a long customer services silence. I was able with the help of the support staff get another set sent out.I haven't install them yet. However the materials, cut, finish and documentation, are all top notch. I am going to be ordering another set for my Forester.

I’m not gonna lie , I figured the quality wouldn’t be as great as they are . Well made and not difficult to put on . Only recommendation would to not use clips but bungee hooks .

First time ever installing seat covers like this. Definitely two-man Job but very satisfied with the outcome. Looks like the actual seat! 🙂

I did a lot of research before buying these custom seat covers for my new 2024 RAV4 hybrid LE. It seemed that those in the know highly recommended this company. After watching some installation videos I ordered a full set in the faux leather coverdream fabric with red stitching. My covers arrived quickly, were fairly easy to put on, incredibly high quality, and fit perfectly! Based on a video I had seen, I thought my set was supposed to include a cover for the center console, but didn’t see one in my delivery. When I asked EKR Cover about it, they said it was not part of the set but they would be happy to make me one and ship it for free! Amazing customer service above and beyond!

The seat covers appear to be well made with good materials and fit well, but there was no instructions on how to attach and install them. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out but still have a lot of attachment points that i dont know where to attach them to. I left a phone message and also used the text chat box on the web site but no response.

I received the goods on the third day after placing the order, and was happily replaced the next day. The product design, style and size are all very good. I thank the manufacturer for the product.

The quality of this seat covers is impressively good. I have to say though that the rear covers are a pain to install. That being said, I will definitely recommend this product.

The order process was easy and straightforward. The seat covers are a nice quality material. The stitching is strong. The in car colors are true to the website colors. Tight fit, no extra material to look saggy. Less than 2 weeks from purchase to delivery. Overall, a great purchase for the money.

I purchased the gray/black seat covers for my 2008 Honda CR-V and am very happy with how they look and feel. It fits the front seats very well and really refreshed the interior of my CR-V which has 246K miles. The price was much better than other seat cover manufacturer that I checked and these are designed specific to the 07-11 CR-V's. I should have purchased these a year ago.

I have a 2025 Honda CRV and was concerned that description was for 2024, the chat person was very helpful and assured me it the seat would work on my seats. They worked beautifully; you can't tell they're covers.Relatively easy to install, You Tube video was very helpful. Did take some muscle to pull the head rest covers on because they fit so well.Incredible value!

Seat covers were received in a timely manner. Seat covers fit tightly as they should which means there is some effort (pulling and tucking) to install them. One person can do the install but 2 would be better. YouTube videos are very good to show how to install but these are trained installers so they make it look easy. First time installers will take more time. Excellent value and definitely worth the effort to install. Except for a few spots, these look like factory seat covers.

Great fit for the truck. Getting bottom seat covers on front seats was hard took awhile. But amazing seat covers
