I have worked with a lot of companies in the past and this is the right company to work with. They listen to your business goals and make it happen. They get the work done!

“Do not use e-Gumball”

I used e-Gumball for 4 years, automatically billing my credit card. Frankly I never even realized I was paying them $278/month. After having difficulty with their bank and not accepting credit cards any longer, I received a phone call from them wanting to debit my bank account. I refused, switched to Thryv (Verizon) and our online presence is significantly better. I have a personal rep to work with, etc. Now e-Gumball calls.me daily to collect the remaining $278, which I NEVER authorized. If they had even called me a fraction of that amount to assist my business, I'd still probably be using them.

“Total Scam”

Run from Egumball when they call. They sell empty promises. They are a scam. They claim to update your business profile, hours of operations, etc. throughout the social media sites. E gumball provides me monthly reports showing progress on the work they do for me. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with their google ad.

“Scam”

They took a few to begin. Then never did a thing. 2 months later all they do is ask for the remaining balance since I avoid all calls and they threaten you with a contract of doing nothing. So for doing absolutely nothing they want $1900. Get out of here. Please take this company down. They are disgusting Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

They promise the world to get you signed, But they really did nothing. In 4 months I only had 12 interactions and no calls or booking. Completely waisted my money. Stay away. Don't let them con you in signing up with them or any other outfit claiming that they can get you in the first pages of Google.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! Since I signed a contract with eGumball they have taken moneys from my bank account, but have done nothing to improve traffic to my website or my Google account. The positive reviews they have, I now have come to believe are not real. My suggestion to anyone considering using with eGumball, is don't. Like myself and many others, you'll be locked into a one-year contract, without any option to exit without paying them in full, and you'll be very sorry! I'm just going to go out there and say it that the reviews here are FAKE If you search about this company on Google, you will see that a number of people say that this place is a scam. Read the number of reviews on the BBB page. Horrible!. Don't fall for it as I almost did. FYI anyone can do google ads themselves and have an ACTUAL google rep help them not a fake one from their site.

Still phone numbers are incorrect, several listings with no corrections at all after 2 months. All rating above 1 star appear to exist between mid-February and mid-March of 2020. After that only a 1 Star rating appears! Love to know where or who is rating this group 5 stars? Be sure to check out various rating sights. Als0, don't be shy about Reporting any predictor type action by them to your State Attorney General's office. My Email going back them 10-7-2021: II did have a conversation within the first 30 days regarding not wishing to proceed with your serveries once I discovered that there was a annual agreement requirement which I specifically did not want. To date, no changes are apparent on the site as specifically requested NOR receipt of any type of confirmation via. Postcard, never received. Therefore no Outward document proof of services activated other than insider sale notes: "Performance Guarantee: If publisher does not activate service within the first thirty (30) days of this agreement, client may opt out of this agreement without penalty and receive a 100% refund of start up fees. I agree to the terms of service set forth at publisher's"

“Crooks & unprofessional- read the contract!”

I recently got a divorce and was hassled to try them out when they called in February, which is the busiest time for me in my business. I specifically told them that I only wanted a six-month contract, no more and no less. I was told that it would be for six months. I was charged a $99 start-up fee, and $169 the first month, then $169 for eight months. They stated that in the contract, it says that it would be month to month afterward. My contract was supposed to be for six months and six months only! I called them on 9/27/23 to let them know that, and they said it's on the contract. You signed the contract. I sent them an email to cancel the account. Then, I got an email saying I had a final bill of $28.17. Why? It's the prorated amount after cancellation. This is why I try not to do anything during my busy time to research the company. $1451 and 1 client? Ridiculous, and then they called the $28.17 measly but would not waive that amount. Even the supervisor does not know how to provide customer service. They will not receive one more dime after this from me, EVER! DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!
