As per several other reviews, which I ve only seen after the event. Ordered a large bouquet, approx a dozen roses and 20 lilys, and actually received 5 of each. Price should have been £59.99, discounted to £29.99. Not what I ordered! Will not use again.

“Do Not Order What You See”

I order yesterday for my partners birthday to be delivered today. It was delivered at a reasonable time and the box was ok. But when my partner opened the box to say what was received was nothing short of disgraceful from the picture you order from to what you receive is night and day, with also no card attached which was in the order and after voicing my dissatisfaction to the customer support team they answered with a basic they look fine. Do not use! My Mother's Day flowers were a disaster. My mum was embarrassed to tell me that they arrived on wrong day. They were inferior flowers that only lasted a few days. She said they werike a £5 bunch from garage rather than the bouquet I ordered. I complained when I found out a week later after returning from holiday and was told it was too late. Replied to them and never heard from them again. “Undelivered flowers and money taken”

My order was not delivered There is no way of contacting even after raising a ticket. They have no customer service number that actually works. The company experience extremely unprofessional and very disappointing after nearly spending £50 on flowers that were not delivered. They have stolen my money from me and have fallen short of the 'guarantee delivery' which was paid for extra for a special day for Mother's Day! “NEVER AGAIN!”

Ok so I have ordered twice from these the first time was on purpose the second time was by accident a tired morning after a night of no sleep…… both times the flowers have turned up delivered by DPD in a squashed box with no water the quality of the flowers were awful…. I highly recommend you do not order from them EVER! I have now saved interflora on my home page so I NEVER make the mistake of ordering from e-florist ever again! If I could have given 0 stars it would've still been to many. Absolutely SCAM! Ordered 70£ of flowers not even a penny of petals been delivered. Not customer service not number to call, live chat useless. Please stay away feom this company. “Flowers far from looking like the order placed”

My mistake not to have read reviews really as disappointed with it too. I ordered (as per there pictures) a nice and flamboyante bouquet called Sunshine and instead of this the person received half of the flowers and more greenery then actual flowers. Pictures will speak for themself. Emailed them and all I was told is "as per our policy"! We want to make sure your flowers are delivered in time so we allow florist to put what they have at the time! "It might mean that the bouquet you receive may look slightly different to that pictured" Well IT CLEARLY DID NOT LOOK THE SAME AT ALL. First picture a lovely and bright bouquet that what I thought it would look like. See second bouquet and please tell me it as flamboyante and look similar? I did not order salads but sunshine as per it suppose to be. Fantastic reply and not even a discount or else. My first order and my last. “I will never order again”

I was so disappointed with the flowers you delivered to my daughter for her birthday after 3 years of not speaking with her I thought I'd reach out to her and have her hand delivered some beautiful flowers but that is not what I got. Your flowers looked nothing like in the picture that I picked out for the flower arrangement. It looked like there was a lot of flowers and decoration missing from the picture I picked on display this has broke my heart. I walked in asda today only to see much better shelf flowers for 10 pound instead I payed you just shy of 35 pound with delivery for these poxy flowers you sent

They refused a refund or cancellation of service 3mins after making the order, I'm sure this I'd illegal but they have small print to get them around this, careful they like to take your money and have very bad customer service! “Poor service and very expensive flowers”

Awful company to deal with. The flowers delivered and are no better than a £10 bunch from a supermarket. Failed to deliver the chocolates on the order. Customer service offered a patronising £2 refund for the inconvenience caused. No acknowledgement of the extra costs to replace the box of chocolates. Chose not to accept the £2 due to the offence caused. Poor customer service, poor quality and expensive flowers and failed to deliver all of the order. Please avoid this business and go to your local florist instead.

So I'd made two orders for two friends, one of which was average at best i mean i could have got some like that for £5 from asda and £1 crappy chocolates and flowers died 2 days after. The other friend received hers all crushed and wilted, half dead and missing chocolates... after several attempts with " customer service " which were copied and pasted emails They asked for photos and ended up with a refund for £2 out if a £37 order. Site failed on checkout so I was charged twice. Contacted customer services who refused to refund me - said there were two orders placed so tough luck. Terrible customer service. “Dissapointed with Rainbow Rose bouquet!”

Ordered the Rainbow Rose Bouquet, for my wife, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Arrived on time, however presentation was very poor and most of the rose petals were wilted... A huge disappointment!

“Improving but not great”

I previously bought flowers and was dissatisfied with quality however this time they are an improvement although two flower heads were chopped off in transit and the vase I paid for is cheap plastic and definitely not worth £4.99 and it's ugly.

“Easy to order and arrived on time - quality and quantity lacking”

I ordered 3 bouquets on behalf of an Uncle and upgraded to large - if that is large then I hate to see the standard! I was impressed that they arrived well packaged in a sturdy box on the correct day considering the bad weather, but the value for money and quality of some of the flowers was very poor. Several were squashed and have not recovered :( They were a lovely surprise for the recipients, but lacked any WOW factor. Will not use again based on this experience which is a shame. More like garage bought flowers IMO, and the card sent to wish Merry Christmas was of Spring flowers! “English Hedgerow... Beautiful”

I ordered English Hedgerow to cheer my sister up as a get well. They were delivered on time. It was the Luxury/ deluxe bouquet. She was absolutely delighted, although I never saw them personally due to the 255 miles distance apart she assured me they were beautiful and complimented by her friends and family. I would recommend eflorist.
