Is edwardsvaham.com Legit?

Very disappointed in Dec 2024 Wigwam Ham. It does not have the depth of flavor I have experienced in the past, and expected. The 5lb cooked Wigwam ham is not as dry nor as smoky and full of flavor as those I have received in the past. It is just an OK country ham, and I will not reorder.Update: Edwards responded and offered a partial refund, which I appreciate.

Edwards customer service is outstanding! I ordered online and mistyped one number in the ZIP Code. I almost immediately got a email from Brent who suggested the correct ZIP code and also alerted me that my personal message got truncated in their interface. So we fixed that. My sister-in-law received the ‘Tale of two Hams’ on time, and she is super happy! Excellent product, excellent service!

I have enjoyed Edwards products for many years both personally and as gifts. I really can’t think of a single criticism. Their products are terrific and service outstanding.

Fell in love with Edward’s when we lived in the Virginia Tidewater area, and now that we’re back in our home area it’s a joy to be able to order and have quickly delivered many of our favorites!

I have moved from VA. to the Texas Hill Country. For some reason country ham for breakfast is quite difficult to find. Same goes for a Rainbow Trout breakfast, Mackerel and Herring. I miss those country hams in their sacks hanging around waiting for the lucky raffle winner.Your Marketing Dept is really missing out on a huge market.There's only one entity that can beat your smoked sausage links and apparently they have ceased operationsThank you for making my breakfast one in which I recall many fond memories.

Impressed as the ham was packed well for shipping and received it earlier than expected. It's for Christmas so haven't eaten it yet but got same thing last year and was delicious.

Good tasting ham!Ham arrived in good condition and on time. Nice to have ham with taste instead of the relatively tasteless hams they sell in the grocery store.

Ham did not arrive when due; I called and someone called me the next day saying you were out of product but expected to get more over weekend and would mail to me on Mon. and I should receive in 2 days. WHICH HAPPENED.

Edwards Great Country Ham flavor and fast free shipping. This is why Edwards is my go to year after year for the Country Ham addition to my Family Holiday dinner. Your products are always a great quality and delivery is very efficient / responsive.One area that could help customers is providing a link to a simple, step by step video that walks folks through the preparation of the uncooked hams.... There are ALOT of videos on YouTube... requires an investment of time to review.... I send your hams as gifts to folks that are unfamiliar with Virginia hams.... The video I had shared in the past few years - appears to be gone (it was from 1980's - classic Virginia "mom" did a great job of teaching (her husband was video taping her. When the ham was complete, she took over recording and had her husband show how to carve / serve the ham.... just like he'd do if you were a guest in their home).

I ordered the ham and jalapeno biscuits as a Christmas gift for a friend. The shipping was fast, and the package was received in two days. As for the taste, I'm sure they love it as much as I love your sweet potato biscuits. I will definitely order again.
