We came up with the 18.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to edensleep.co.nz's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the New. Suspicious. Dubious. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning edensleep.co.nz, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between edensleep.co.nz and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of edensleep.co.nz. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of edensleep.co.nz, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. edensleep.co.nz is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Honestly I wouldnt even give them a 1 star rating, these guys are soo bad I wish we read the reviews before we hired through them, like everyone said they are so unprofessional, they have stolen money off us by over charging, not answering my calls, and dealing with me asking about the receipts for all the things they charged me for. Dont no go with them they will steal your money and not even get back to you about where it has gone. My only option now is to go to the tribunal for my money back
Overcharging. I applied for only 1 year plan and now it’s been more than a year and still charging me for other accessories which I knew that it was already paid within my 1 year plan. I should be getting 2x every 6 mos of the accessories but I’ve only received once. Beware of this company.
Product itself is fine. However if you take out the annual plan, which I have at $16.30 per week for 3 years, they automatically send you out new products every 6 months that you did not order, then increase your weekly price! Very misleading, the advertised weekly plan price is not a true reflection of the actual weekly costs. When I asked about it the first time, the lady told me I had ordered the products on my online account myself (which I had not), they eventually agreed that I can finally return the extra product I did not order and did not use, but they refused to issue me a refund(for the 4 or so weeks it has taken to resolve the issue). Has happened to me twice now, wasn't even resolved after the first time. Buyer Beware!!
Don't get much worse customer service. Don't answer phone calls, don't respond to voicemail, don't reply to emails. Absolutely awful customer service and even worse advice. Just don't!
Great company and customer service. Initially did the sleep test and then had a free consultation. I then did the trial and tried a lot of different masks - great you can do this can get used to the machine. I've now bought a machine and its made a huge difference.
I found the sleep test easy to undertake at home and the service afterwards has been great. I really appreciate the ongoing review of results once the machine arrived and the modifying of care based on nightly results. Have noticed an improvement in energy levels almost immediately. Would highly recommend this service.
Great service and speedy dispatch. CPAP pillow is lovely and soft. A wee bit low, but a thin pillow underneath works well. My mask leakage is less, since I've been sleeping with this pillow. Compact enough to take anywhere.
I've only bought consumables online from EdenSleep, mostly replacement masks. The price is reasonable and the time for delivery has been consistently very fast over several years.
The machine does not work very well. Its better than nothing, but its not as good as the $200 second hand one I got of trade me. That one broke so I was forced to buy another when I got to Auckland. When I first needed a new one I contacted eden sleep about a consultation, they didn't reply. I definitely needed one so I bought one off the website. I was expecting some support to get it set up. Nothing. I got it going from the instruction manual and youtube videos. However I never feel as rested as when using the cheap second hand one I had previously. Now I'm locked in to paying over 4k for something that doesn't even work for me. I should have just gone on the waiting list for a free one through my doctor.
First delivery did not contain instructions nasal cannula. I contacted online chat support who said that nasal cannula was not needed - also that they would pass on my request for instructions and a sleep diary. I never heard back, so emailed. A cannula and paperwork was then sent out. I went to use the system, but the O2 sats probe plug was broken and would not connect. I contacted EdenSleep again and was sent out a second set. This time it was complete and I did the test. I have now been waiting over the stated turn around of 10 days. I again used web chat but was told they couldn’t give me any update but would “pass it on”It is now 7 weeks since I placed my order for the home test with no result.
I ordered the product off the website which I found easy to use. The product turned up 2 days after ordering which was very prompt. I will continue using your services and would recommend to others.
Absolutely love the nasal pillow mask best overall of the 4 I have second is the Nasal cradle the 2 different full face I put up with sometimes.
Very disappointed that the Airfit Memory Foam is half the size it used to be my mask is now very uncomfortable 😢
My Doctor told me about Eden - so I was ready for a professional and Healthcare centred business that had obviously taken over the job. But no. It was difficult to contact them - nobody answers the phone at that place nor do they listen to messages and ring back. Oh finally they did. Days later. I ordered an apnoea test after having difficulty with doing so, but that could have been me. I’m usyslly good on websites tho. The kit arrived and I started the three night test to then have another kit arrive in the mail. On checking yes I had indeed been charged twice. Telling them this error seemed to whip them into a frenzy so that instead of them simply ringing me to say they would sort it, they girl went on about how it might have happened. The customer doesn’t want to know, they just want their money back. Which they did promptly. I Did the nights and then received a copy of the readings. had to ring them to book in a time for an analysis of my 3 sleeps. A young man rang me. I thought I would get a nurse or a doctor even, to go thru my test but no, I got an obviously new, young man who was only a salesman. He saw that I had had less than 5, (5 being the amount that coujd warrant a machine and 2 being what perfectly normal people have ) only two slight apneoa occurrences one night and yet all he coujd do was tell me about the machine he wanted to sell me. It was disgusting. They We’re wanting me, who had only the usual normal times of breath slow down twice in a night, to buy a machine. I will be reporting back to my doctor. I do not recommend this company.
Excellant customer service and very helpful i placed my order about 2pm and i had product next morning delivered to my door by courier.
Placed an order for a part I needed urgently & it arrived the next day. I always get great service 😀

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
