Is edenfoods.com Legit?

Whilst the recipe is the same the size of the bar certainly isn’t. The length and width doesn’t fill out the packet like it used to. Very disappointed.

Love salt free organic canned beans plus organic brown rice vinegar which cannot find in grocery stores plus the Eden unsweetened organic soy milk. All quality products. Been a huge fan since 2018. All products are boxed so well, no dents in cans nor soy milk containers. Bottles of vinegar are well protected as well. A quality company with quality products.

Eden Foods is, without a doubt, my favorite. If I only had one option, Eden Foods would easily be my first choice. While other companies gave soymilk a bad name through subpar processing, Edensoy has maintained the integrity of the organic whole soybean which has been an important staple in the vegetarian diet for ages. Every product Eden Foods produces is the best in its class, bar none. Thank you, Eden Foods!

I have osteo arthritis and have eliminated all nightshade vegetables from my diet, but I love tomatoes. Your Italian style (no skins or seeds) spaghetti sauce lets me enjoy spaghetti, pizza, etc. just like in my youth. I placed an absolutely huge order of several boxes of glass items and they all arrived in perfect condition and were packaged with extra care! NOTHING arrived broken, spoiled, or anything. This past order with Eden Foods was our 4th over the past year. As usual the quality, freshness and taste of their canned or dried foods has been great. From the quality of the product to the packaging itself, Eden Foods delivers the best soy milk I've ever had and the only soy milk I'm willing to drink. I've bought their products before via local stores and, yes, even Amazon, but for me, buying directly is the only way to go for unbeatable value.

I love that Eden is a verifiable source for quality-consistent, traditionally handled Japanese staples. My first online order in 30+ years of being an Eden customer. There were a couple of small items missing from my Sushi Totes, but Eden responded very quickly with an apology and solution. They were very peaceful and professional about it, just like their brand and their products.

There is no other company which take such meticulous care in packing goods for shipping as Eden. If I could give six stars, I would! Though somewhat expensive, your foods are always of the highest quality, proof that you get what you pay for.

Thank you! Shipped to our daughter going thru chemo and food doesn’t taste right; however applesauce was recommended. She loves it and even tho born here in Michigan, lives in California. So it is a bit of comfort food for her knowing it is from a Michigan farm. We love that there’s no sugar and from organic Michigan apples. Apple butter is something I have loved for decades; so happy to have found a brand that is pure perfection!Can't say enough about how the goods were packaged and shipped. Excellent job! The best Red Wine Vinegar money can buy is Eden's. I use it daily to create my classic French vinegar & oil salad dressing and frequently, for adding a hint of acid to all types of sauces, which give them a complexity that thrills my taste buds. Eden generously gave me free shipping on my case purchase. Yes, I buy 32oz bottles by the case, which lasts me about 1 1/2 years.

Eden Foods sells a wonderful whole grain Udon noodle. We ordered a case, 12 boxes. Upon receipt we noticed that the Best By Date was only four months out. We emailed Eden and protested, stating that we expected the Best By Date would extend out at least a year. They promptly emailed back, regretted our disappointment, and stated their internal policy: 90 days. We emailed again, saying that we would have to give away about four boxes; their reply was that they regretted that our expectations differed from theirs.A good product, but terrible customer service. We won’t order from Eden Foods again.

I ordered tea products no longer available in my community. They were shipped to me quickly and well packaged. I intend to continue ordering them from Eden because of their reasonable and prompt shipment. I won't have to harranged stores in my community to carry these products because Eden has solved MY problem with receiving them; I hope the local stores resume carrying them for Eden's sake, but that's to Eden's willingness to sell to non-business customers, I don't have to fix that anomaly locally!

I ordered online from Eden Foods. I ordered bulk items, many of which were glass contained. EVERYTHING arrived intact, very well packed, and in less time than I expected. My past experience with Eden Foods was the same, but I have experienced less than ideal from other sources since the Covid changes. Eden Foods managed to hold everything to previous standards....Excellent!!!

I love that basically, Eden foods gives me a one stop shopping for Macrobiotic foods. Great selections of beans, grains, snacks, and condiments. I do not purchase my Miso from them or Soy sauce, but otherwise, just a great place. The only complaint and not one that would keep me from using them, is that they use to ship faster. Now, after placing an order, it is usually 3-4 days before they ship...then the five days of actually getting to me, so I have had to adjust. Otherwise, it is nice to have a reputable, full service Macrobiotic source and I will continue to use.

I like the dry shredded daikons because there are no additives not even salt, only Daikon. However this time is not as fresh as the last time I ordered. Also, will you pay attention that the lids of sesame butter are not tight from multiple orders

We ordered three cases of Eden beans and they were delivered in a timely fashion, well-packed and intact. Some very minor ding in two or three cans, but with all the delivery steps involved from start to finish, it's hard to expect perfection. What I can say is that very minor damage will not keep us from ordering these items again. Thanks

Walmart should be thankful to have him excellent customer service.
