I attended a strategy call with one of the team members this week. Everything sounded good and positive. I was quoted a price close to 9000 USD to join the programme. As it is not a small amount of money, it was hard to decide to commit to it there and then.

Very poor service, the founder Mr. Alex is a nice guy but he has a team full of non-professionals. I was going to purchase their service but they forced me to attend a mandatory strategy session before the actual purchase. at first they canceled the meeting without any reason and upon scheduling another meeting, i have been waiting for the guy to show up and he never did. They will ask you to take oaths and swear that you will attend the session. All of this for nothing. Please be careful before you make any transaction with these guys.

I started with Brand Builders Academy about a month ago. I have a full time job, so I unfortunately can't do it full time, but I'm doing my best. So far I've covered the theory and all of the motivational parts of the modules. I started to do product research. It takes some time, but the good thing is the program covers it deeply. It covers everything you should know about the business, how to succeed, and I recommend everyone to take part in the program. BBA is a great place to start your ecom journey. The quality of course content is detailed. You possibly cannot fail in ecom with these guys. My coach in particular, a big shout out to Victor and no im not shouting him out because he has an Akrapovic exhaust lol but his ecom expertise has helped me land sales on my first ever product test, unbelievable as most people do not see sales from their first product test.

SCAM! Will be reporting to the police and will have to get my lawyer involved. I paid for the course and some extra’s it’s terrible and I had to proof to be worth their time but they are happy to just waste mine. I have been going back and forth for a refund. They issued the refund (they said) but never received a penny. I now demanded a full refund since the service and product are fraudulent!! Don’t buy!! I’m still waiting for $300 dollars to come back and I’m taking legal action. Been going on for over a month now!

Update - Got a response after I posted here on Trustpilot (certainly not before as their reply said, otherwise I wouldn't have even posted) and finally got my refund after another two weeksI purchased a Done For You (DFY) website for $69. I didn't expect much but it's really useless - The website looks worse than the default theme, and the so-called "helping you to look for a supplier" that costed $49, is done simply by asking you to install a Zendrop app. I immediately wanted a refund already, as they promised a 30-day money back guarantee. I have contacted them several times since two weeks ago and have got no response at all. I start to suspect that this is a scam and that the reviews are all fake - None of the reviewers is a verified person (except me). I will do an update here later if I do get a response from them.
