I went practical this year on Christmas gifts and bought six of these well-made car safety escape tools for my family members. Two shipments arrived at my home within two weeks with tracking details. Given the long distance order, I could not be more pleased with this recent experience.
When I wrote to company to say that I could not get watch to charge they were very prompt in their reply and made my experience exceptional they advised the best course to take and it made me feel that I was listened to, you do not often get that when making a complaint. I felt an appreciation for the staff dealing with this issue
I had an email saying my parcel had been delivered. It hadn't! There were 4 of us in the house and nobody brought a parcel. I have received the parcel today and the box with drone inside has not been opened yet as it’s a present . This box is badly crushed at one end although the outer packing layers show no damage . I oredered a Quinux TitanPG watch from this lot on 9th February 2024. Got a receipt confirmation saying that I would get a further email with a tracking number within 48-72hrs. All I got on 15th February was a mail saying that, due to holidays, there was going to be "slight delay". There is nowhere in the world where it is summer, now, on 22nd February 2024. They are continuing to heavily promote this product KNOWING (if they are genuine) that they cannot fulfill orders that they already have recieved. I have written to them several times and they have failed to get back to me, like others have said has happended to them. Reading what is on this site, they appear to have a modus operandi of taking orders and then making all sorts of excuse delays. People are going to get fed up, cancel, then maybe eventually get a refund, but in the meantime they have the interest on your money. Fortunately, I paid on my credit card so I have a degree of protection. Avoid this company like the plague.
