Is ebookers.fi Legit?

It wasn't an easy-peasy process for me to find a good place to book tickets for a flight. I need a convenient navigation, also I wanted to check someplace where I could fly and so on.Due to this website, I got everything that I wanted. I booked a flight within several seconds, then found required accomodation and even managed to rent a car to travel around the area by it. So, everything was fine for me and I can recommend this website to such nomads like myself. You won't regret using it, I bet.

Be aware! eBookers tells customers to contact for changes, service provider as Hahn Air which is a B2B (business to business) company and does not offer direct services to passengers. This process is clearly explained on their website. As Hahn Air states ”since the online portal / travel agency received the payment for your ticket, they are the only ones able to do the required changes for you”. This is resposibility eBookers is not taking. They do take your money though.

I made a car reservation with Fly now pay later virtual credit using a third party app EBooker. I completed my balance in full with fly now pay later. Once I got to the airport to pick up car from Budget. Budget said they had to cancelled my reservation due to an error with Ebooker. Budget car rental returned the funds back to Ebooker. I contact Fly now pay later to informed them that the money were returned to them. A representative from fly now pay later informed me once they received a cancellation from Ebooker they would credit the money back to my personal account. I also wrote Ebooker several times about getting a refund and no one contacted me back. I had to make a new reservation with my personal money. No I am wondering if Ebooker is a scam site. I will be contacting fly now pay later about this money.

If you buy a Norvegian flight from Ebookers, you cannot buy luggage in advance. Not from Ebookers, not from Norvegian. Norvegian tells you to call Ebookers, Ebookers tells you to call Norvegian. And this was not told in advance. In Norvegian web-pages they tell you can buy luggage in advance.

We booked a hotel in Venice and the owner left us with kids in the middle of the night in the street even though I explained we will arrive later(in the description it says they have reception 24/7 )and we had to knock on the doors and find another hotel. I reported to booking and they haven't done anything about it, actually reading the comments on the internet they seem almost they encourage this kind of behavior.

Air tickets are non-refundable. You even have cancellation insurance. Take care of your nerves, don't get involved

They won't help in the situation of getting your money back, even though they should. Worst customer service I've seen in a long while

I never had problems reserving hotel from ebookers before this. Reservation number pbebfi8306989574. When we arrived to the hotel they said payment hasnt made. We didnt have time to find new hotel, so we stayed for 1 night. They charged us much more than price from ebookers. Also we lost 1 full day of holiday looking for new hotel. So the reservation was a complete bust!

I've ordered a two-way ticket, And because I didn't take the first outbound flight, my second flight (inbound?) was made invalid. This of course was brought to my attention at the check in before my assumed flight. I hadn't been prompted of such procedures, and had a confirmation email of the second flight. The follow up flight would have cost me additional 600e, so I was inclined to fly on another day and another company.

I was buying a flight ticket. Unlike last year on the same site, there was no hidden booking fee this time. On the other hand, the site offered to join the loyalty program and credit the booking. I did so... and yet the booking was not credited. In my experience, eBookers can definitely not be trusted. There are plenty of other options available.

1. Hertz failed to deliver the reserved car (Ford Mondeo ). Instead tiheir had only Ford Cmax which I had turned down while ordering 2. Fiat Punto missed other headlight causing danger. We noticed danger after 10 minutes driving when darkness arrived. Hertz ignored the issue. 3.Hertz forced us to pay 183 eur insurance fee by claiming Ebookers insurance is covering nothing Experience was all in all painful. We will never again use Ebookers or Hertz and will do our best to deliver this message in social media

This is the worst possible hotel I have ever stayed in after looking through the pictures on e-bookers for the hotel it looked nice and I thought it would be a great hotel to stay in for me but it was disaster. There was smell coming from toilet, noise till 4am in morning. Too many staffs doing nothing. either chatting or surfing. Only good things was view from the top floor. When we went to swimming, staff moaned at us because water was around the swimming pool. I wonder how e-bookers chooses the hotel for their clients.

This happened me allready twice, that one misclick during booking process and you are stucked with your booking and you cannot change or edit your reservation. I forgot check if hotel reservation (actually did not read anyewhere) includes breakfast or not. I then called immediately to ebookers service, but they told me "sorry we cannot help you". If I would have made reservation directly to hotel, I would not have this problem. Next time, I am not going to use ebookers.

To use ebookers is easy. The only problem was that hotel had got wrong information; instead of 2 nights my booking was for one night. THere were available rooms, but when it came time to check-out, the reception was asking me to pay for 2nd night. Took some time and nerves to clear the situation up. The Ebookers confirmation should be in English or local language as it was not much of help to show the booking confirmation in a language that reception didn't understand. Also there was a promise of free welcome drink. No one in hotel knew anything about it. After some discussion I got a bottle of warm mineral water.

To provide good experience, site must respect language settings that user specified. If user used all interface in English, it's rude to send questionary in another language. Ebookers done it correctly for reservation emails, website interface and notifications. Please continue in same manner to make sure that your sub services like surveys would respect language settings as well.

I booked a hotell and paid it in ebookers. Nest morning I had to pay it again at the reception, because at the hotel they thought that my creditcard was anly for reserving the room. IN the end I end up paying hotel twice, but hotel promices to return my money. I often reserve tickets for a group or other people in our company and it is nice, vhem you allready have a list of persons you can choose.

Very good location and clean apartment hotel. Photos of the room are exact. Bed was comfortable and air condition/heating worked well. Only minus was that we arrived after 7:30 pm so we needed to get a key from totally different address. Also one Japanese family was sharing same problem. Reception is open until 7:30pm and there is no one after that. Only a phone number to call.

I travel many times in a year to a different places around the world. Ebookers makes it easy for me by offering Package trips - flight + hotel. I have checked and compare to other travel companies, but Ebookers was always the cheapest. Also the information given by Ebookers about the hotels was always correct. The new Chat service is very kind and helpful. Thank you
