Is ebetterbooks.com Legit?

I have been using them for 3 years now. They do help with problems. But I do believe that they are the ones who cause the problems. And then they want more money to fix the problems that I believe that they have caused. When you do get a contract from them make sure you get a copy of the contract. I am now with them for another three. Because for some reason I had to upgrade to the cloud. But then I was having problems in the brand-new cloud and they wanted to charge me more money for a better cloud that way I wouldn't have more problems. Thus, me coming to the conclusion that they are the ones causing the problems.

I just worked with Alex and he is amazing! He helped clarify a few things with the 1-hour Live Bookkeeping Setup vs Live Full-Service Bookkeeping service and also helped fix a billing issue I had. He also helped consult on what other 3rd party integration tools work with QBO. Finally, I was working with a few QB agents, but the secret is to make sure to go to the help button and put in the right keywords of what you need help with and it will route to the correct agent.

I could not get into QB for some reason it asked for an administrator. I immediately reached out and spoke to Alec. He reinstalled QB and updated everything and added me as Administrator which gave me access. He is so knowledgeable and kept me from having an excessive amount of down time.

Alex went above and beyond to get my software installed. My Windows was corrupt, and he repaired that issue so he could install my new Quickbooks properly. He was very patient with me and did a great job getting things done!

I was panicked this morning when QB refused to open after an update. Called and immediately was taken care of. Upgraded space and QB and they corrected the install errors. Everything is working perfectly now. Pricey, but it was worth my sanity.
