my paisa pay id no 43036494063,recently i purchased iphone 4s through ebay.in... it seems not working properly.. audio not working.. battery getting more drain.. touch screen too nor working sometimes.. if i slide slide switch off button it getting restart.. customer service too bad.. i contacted customer service many times but there s no proper response.. they not refunding amount..they cheating

they want allow to change password. it is a very painful process it seems, after resetting password they ask me to call on 18663033229 and verify security code, i called it says invalid number. i tried to get help on their website but no they don't have any such option to address my issue.

Shocking shocking shocking. I am not selling anything on ebay again. Holding funds for 14 days. I have no disputes and have 100% customer satisfaction. I send all my items 1st class recorded delivery. Have verified and confirmed bank details. Why on earth do they need to hold my funds for 14 days.Chat in India just read from a script with no intention in looking to help you.

The product delivered by Ebay have always been found duplicate/ fake. On returning the product I never got refund despite the assurance. This has happened twice with me. Very bad experience with Ebay online shopping. Please think twice while purchasing online from Ebay.

I sold the buyer "mawheeldon " a kettle which was nearly new and in perfect condition . He asked eBay for a refund because he said it blew up his electrics , he then told eBay he had sent my kettle back to me but the kettle he sent was a broken old battered kettle with the wrong base. eBay refunded him, he has my kettle and he has left me negative feedback,but I've had it removed. I have reported him to the police and am having an on going dispute with eBay. I will be contacting watch dog and urge others to do so also . Ebay are affectively harbouring criminals

FAKE ITEMS WITH FAKE EBAY GUARANTEE: I never imagined a brand like eBay would be so deceptive. I bought what was advertised as a "SAMSUNG" charger for my 84 year old mother who lives in India. It turned out to be a fake. Basically caused a short circuit and caused the power board to burn down. I contacted the seller who admitted fault, accepted my claim advised me to claim under the Ebay guarantee.Guess what? Ebay Guarantee was as FAKE as the so called Samsung Charger. They rejected a claim under their Guarantee even though the Seller accepted the claim.Their customer service is non-existent. Most of their links don't work.Another thing I noticed was that items kept getting added automatically to my cart! Their customer service was again useless in dealing with the issue - I think the eBay account has no security features and is probably hacked when you're online.

This company sucks they charged me for a new memory card showed a different advertisement on website and took money from me.. However this idiots never bothered to call me back ... when i chat with them they say only thing contact the seller. I purchased a smartphone of Xolo through this site. I got a dead item. Claim lodged but they rejected the claim and advised me to get it repaired from service center. Seller was yahhi bazaar of Jaipur. Set supplied was definitely oldone as service center ddidn't find IME no in their computer. Whose fault is it...seller is happy with eBay's decision. Worst customer care, ethics and professionalism.dont believe in Customer care but frustrates customer to such a level that the customer stops asking or followup for genuine refund case.dont have list of standard courier companies they recognize and when return was sent using FirstFlight i was told that I didnt sent using standard courier company.... they find reasons and delays to reject refund claims.tells on Friday evening that next 2 days we should provide information else claim will be marked rejected.avoid ebay India, especially if you are expecting return refund... its all showoff irrespective how much genuine your case is and what all documents you provide.Communication is also one way ... you can not reply to the email to keep all information in 1 single email thread .... smart people :)

i really feel trustpilot should start negative rating too for companies like ebay. ebay is like a local shop where there is little hope of branded product and its warranty .Ebay's 50 % , 20 % offers are all fake and disgusting in nature . i had purchased one battery bank in month of jul which they claim original and with warranty , but received the old and tampered one . In an acknowledgement revert of raised claim from CC agent , that there will be no refund of the prod as " Product is as per description" Had send the image as well of the received product after which they feel this was something different ( not as per prod descrp) , but they have reverted too that we'll investigate further and it will take time of a 20 days to refund your payment.Now i am sitting in a month of aug and struggling to get refund of the same after n number of follow ups with CC agents. Ebay people cheated us by selling used product in their portal.I took this phone to gallery as there was an issue in phone, they check through IMEI no. but it showed it is used by some one else & model of 2013.
