Is eat.ch Legit?

Just Eat have zero regard for their customers. Last night I ordered dinner for 4 people. I never received my order. Just Eat did not answer calls or emails until today. ' as a goodwill gesture ' they will refund me in 5 to 7 days. That is not goodwill that is a basic legal requirement. The negotiation to get that far in the conversation was like pulling teeth. Avoid at all cost.

ridiculousordered food: was supposed to be delivered in 15-20 minutes. one hour later, still showing another TWO HOURS waiting time. trying to call support - nothing, no answer. no answer on email either.just a scam!!!

I ordered my food and a few minutes round aboud 15 it got delivered the pide with sucuk i ordered was very good they use real turkish sucuk for it not any cheap produkt out of the supermarket. i gues i have a new favorid since today also the delivery driver was very nice. waht is devinitif a plus point

Service is inexistant! Scammers techniques. Restaurant should organisé differently for delivery and we should order directly at restaurants.

The food was really delicious. My friends and I enjoyed it very much and ate our fill. Please continue to serve this delicious food in the future. The food was served on time.

I ordered food and it was a 2 and a half hour wait, then when it came it was ice cold (I know this is not just eats issues) but when i raised this with just eat as a complaint their customer service team was NO help i order 4 meals and all them where cold and just eat where not willing to help or listen to my complaint. i am going to use other services in the future

Just-eat.ch has been a true partner, particularly in the pandemic years. Compared to other services like UberEats, with whom I made a rather horrible experience, Just-eat.ch offers a personal (i.e. human), highly efficient and fair customer service. Anytime I had an issue, it has been solved very quickly and to my full satisfaction. Many thanks & keep it up!

Great food options available without constantly being spammed to try the newest restaurants.

Feedback and client service. A lot of companies can meditate and act like search engines. EAT goes beyond that. They care for they clients and keep the restaurants listed in check. I had an inconvenience with a restaurant listed on the website. Until the problem was solved EAT team was in contact and presented solutions and options.

Just-eat is an easy and helpful service. Great, that you can evaluate the restaurants. It‘s helpful to choose and also a useful feedback to the restaurant. However, I‘ve found the best one in St.Gallen: Maestro Pizzeria, and I always order from there. The Pizza, Pasta, Burgers and mostly their hand-made Tiramisu are all tested and tasted very much😁

I tested most of restaurants with home delivery service near my home. But I only always was absolutely happy with lions and will stay there. Always good tasting, fresh food, delivered fast and friendly. Often a bottle of coke or ice tea as gift…

I ordered from just eat and it was not delivered.Got in touch with just eat they said that door no was not with the address but I looked up order and door no was on order as well as road.But still will not refund so I feel that they have taken my money under false pretences and someone else is enjoying my £26.55 meal.They also said on the chat that they were going to end chat everything I tried to explained which I thought was very rude.

The delivery person was at the door on time with the food still nice and warm.Delicious pizze as always from Antipasti, they were kind enough to add two desserts complimentary.Thank you. Bubbly/Coppet

Generally I am very happy with Just Eat, especially how they try to help whenever there’s an issue. However, once one of my orders were completely wrong and I was promised a refund but unfortunately this refund never reached my account… apart from this, I really like Just Eat and use it everywhere (all countries that have it).

We ordered the Food a few minutes before 1 pm and waited 1 hour , I looked up when my order should have arrived and just saw that it will be delivered at 03:21 pm !this is redicelous !!!waiting nearly 2 and a half hours for a order !this isn’t my first time ordering so I can say it doesn’t take this long normally , normally it takes a bit over an hour , wich I find too long anyway…this accident will influence my opinion about Hans I’m Glück.(when you still wanna order order at least one and a half hour before you wanna eat !

Delivery was faster than stated.Delivery man was friendly.Portions were large.Lots of lovely heaty ginger, pepper and delicious cardamon.

We ordered with just eat at Darbar ZH.The food came very fast and it was delicious.We are already customers for a while but they improve the food more and more.We ordered Friday 14 of June and we are very happy and will order soon again.
