Is easylife.co.uk Legit?

The three things I purchased are all I expected them to be. The gloves are helping my Arthritic hands. The Rug is perfect for where I wanted, and the Poncho, I used for the first time today and it served its purpose, even though it wasn't raining, it helped to keep me warm while out on my mobility scooter. Delivered two days after purchase. GREAT.

When ordering on line, the discount shown in the catalogue did not appear to be registering with the total amount spent. PROMO code did not appear to activate the discount either.In the end, made order on the phone but the lady who took my order did not make the discount either until I informed her what the catalogue quoted. She then asked her colleague who gave her the correct code.

Poor quality, difficult to put together, not worth the money. I have assembled lots of things, so have a lot of experience. This was difficult and tricky to assemble, even without over tightening quite a few of the screws just kept on turning, meaning they don’t grip properly. Time will tell but I doubt if this will last long before it starts to fall apart. Definitely not worth the money

Prompt delivery , torches well made and reasonably priced . Not sure if charger is suitable for my requirements,as it does not mention alkaline batteries being able to recharge , so not used yet

Very easy to order 'on line's and good range of goods to choose from. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the courier who not only delivered a day later than stated but also delivered to the wrong address. Not the first time this has happened, need for a change?

We ordered a puzzle board as per the picture the only problem is the board does not tilt and without reading the small print there is no mention of alternate model ref nos.I have mailed and complained heard nothing typical of the current state of customer services in this country.Customer who is that?? Don’t need them.

This company is excellent but they insist on using evri to deliver and they will not deliver to our address and leave the parcel at the hotel 200 yards up the road which makes it difficult for us to pick it up. We are now considering not buying anymore because of this.

The order arrived before stated date, Was left on doorstep but they did ring the bellIt is only a booster cushion so not a lot to report as not using it at the moment as waiting for a new knee

I ordered 2 items by telephone, and was immediately sent a confirmation e-mail. The items were delivered even earlier than forecast and are totally satisfactory. One can't do better than that, surely?

Delivery estimate useless because you use Evry, who gave us 3 MINS notice of delivery, and then left the parcel by the front door , in full view of a busy footpath, and did not ring the bell, or seek somewhere more discrete. We will not be using Easy Life again, with that delivery agent!

I’ve made several purchases from Easylife and have always been very satisfied with the items purchased. The website is easy to negotiate and delivery arrives quickly and in the time quoted.Would recommend, and have recommended, to anyone.

Delivery date of 3 day’s not honoured, weather has been bad and could be used as a excuse, but we have had other deliveries within the 1 day quoted. It would also be nice of the supplier to inform us that the goods would not be delivered in 3 days

The products bought were generally 99% all there.The cleaning refill pack was great but the safety ladder had one bolt which had a faulty lock nut.Hence I will have to buy a replacement Otherwise the goods are first class.In both deliveries they were on time and were lifted into my home by the delivery driver. SO all in all well done.

It was so easy to order and decent prices and didn't have to wait long for delivery only a few days will be using easy life again

Well packaged and fast delivery though could do WITHOUT all the enclosed bumf (Not Green, waste of paper etc)

Received the goods a little later than advised.Box looks as if it had been used for a previous delivery.No assembly instructions, so am unsure at this time if we have all necessary parts.

Polite pleasant person on the phone who did security checks which was good.Speedy delivery of goods.Products were as shown in leaflet.
