Is easykeys.com Legit?

Worked with me to get two keys for a locking bank bag. When they were received, they didn't ork. They provided information on how to ensure the lock was working and how to lube the lock. After following the instructiuons, it still didn't work. They asked for more information and provided two replacement keys that did work. Thank you fo the quick responses to my questions and the new keys!

I ordered a key for an old file cabinet my father had. First attempt at a key didn’t work but Easykey was diligent about getting a key that fit. I can’t recommend Easykey enough.

We weren't sure which brand the file cabinet was, and when the wrong key was sent out to us, I contacted them and they made it right very quickly upon receipt of pictures of the key and lock, sending out a core key and regular keys. Overall excellent customer service.

In all the people at EasyKeys were extremely nice.I needed a key to be made to fit my desk drawer lock.The first key made was cut in error. The second key was made & it was wrong- cut backwards. The third & fourth keys-also did not work. Six keys in all. EasyKeys e mailed :"Sending additional keys would result in the same outcome, as we have exhausted all options within our software and have used various key-cutting machines to make the key, We can issue a full refund for your order" Apparently they had some software problems.EasyKeys kindly & quickly refunded my money.Another internet company- first time - made one key, which worked!

Key works as new. I reconditioned a 40 year old filing cabinet and it functions perfectly and we have a new key. Amazing

Easykeys was great. I misidentified my desks and ordered the wrong keys. When I contacted Easykeys they helped me make the correct identification and sent me the correct keys. What a pleasure to deal with.

The person I spoke was very nice and helpful. We were able to discuss the needs I had and order the locks to replace all the file cabinet locks. The only problem was, I found out, I could have just ordered replacement cylinders rather than the whole lock. I ended up just replacing the cylinders without a control key it took a little longer but I would have loved to have known that option. With that being said, your still cool. I'll buy from you again.

My original order was not correct, due to clerical error, but after speaking with a representative they discovered what happened, apologized and even expedited the correct item for me. I can truly appreciate this level.of professionalism and courtesy.

Love to use Easykeys.com, I am a Locksmith and occasionally I come across a lock that I do not have the blank for. Whether I use you or refer a customer to your site we always are able to find what is needed. Very reasonable price and fast service.

First order was lost due to poor handling by mail carrier. Package was severely damaged with contents gone. After notifying company of problem, new item was reissued immediately at no cost. Very helpful and product worked perfectly.

the website made it easy to find the key numbers you need and to order. However some of the keys did not work .... I will have to go thru them again to confirm what ones and maybe they just need an extra bit of filing.

5 stars for customer service! The first replacement key was not cut correctly. I contacted them and the recut the key and sent it out. That key also didn’t work, so I contacted them again. They apologized and reassured me they would give the order to the person in charge and the new key would be sent out the same day. It was, and I received very quickly…along with an extra one. They didn’t hesitate to make everything right and always acknowledge their mistake. The customer service I received was superior!!! That goes a long way in my book!!

Matched key and offered options to confirm key was correct. Delivery time could have been quicker but the item was on backorder and arrived in a timely manner when in stock again. Appreciate the service, would use again.

Based solely on the cylinder # They made me the proper key for for a rare ( model specific ) set of roof racks from the scrap yard for my 2009 vehicle.

Awesome service-they even sent me a message before making the order to make sure there wasn’t confusion on what I needed..I called them and they were super helpful too. Keys worked perfect for the mailbox that I purchased at home depot!

The first key sent did not work, but the company had me send additional pictures and the second key is a match!
