Is easydna.com.au Legit?

I ordered a DNA kit to determine if my second set of twins were identical or fraternal. The kit came very quickly and instructions were very easy to read. Unfortunately in my sleep deprived state I may have ticked both male and female but someone called me to clarify as soon as the samples came in to clarify. I received an email when they received the samples and was extremely surprised how fast the results came back and how easy they were to read. They are fraternal if you are wondering and first set identical.

The service was great. They sent the test immediately and I had my results back sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend their service.

I’ve had to do 2 dna test one lot in 2020 & 2024 2020 I done a home dna test and court approval dna test, they very understanding and respectful of why I needed the dna a testing and did a fast turn around both times for them test 2024 I did a at home dna test to find out the father of my child. I ordered last Friday 25/10 and got the results today so 2 days sooner then expected, I wasn’t judge at all and was super understanding the test is easy to understand and they happy to answer any questions I had

This company sent us faulty saliva tubes, after my partner and filled them up and followed instructions carefully, resealed and shook them. We put them in the box to send back and they started leaking everywhere. I have been trying for months to get replacement DNA kits and they have been very unresponsive to my emails. When they finally did respond, they told me I would have to pay another $140 each for the replacement kits, and said that I just didn’t seal them properly. I do NOT recommend this company. A waste of money for me.

Such an easy process start to end. Order was easy the website was simple to use and the kit arrived quickly. The customer service from this company was second to none and my concerns were answered with a return email as well a follow up phone call. Results received within 7 days. Highly recommend this company.

Nearly 5 Months since they *received* my samples, 6 Emails later and lost information, still no results.Took three months and 3 emails for them to decide "They don't have my height and weight, which is required to start the test" ~ Maybe put it on the form, where you ask for my mobile number, email & name?A month after providing height and weight *again* still no results, no update, almost can't be bothered asking for a refund

Very professional. I received an email when they received my payment and my swabs just to keep mw updated, which I appreciated. The process was simple and straight forward and the results were explained and easy to understand. The fees and time frame to get the results back were reasonable. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs to do parentage testing, even if it's for peace of mind.

Absolute joke of a company. Sent first test in and took over 3 weeks to get results, requesting a restest of the child only, which costs another $140. Did the retest, waited another 3 weeks only to get a request asking for another retest of father, which costs another $90. At a time that’s already stressful enough the time delays and lack of communication is pathetic, I would highly recommend paying a bit more and using a more reputable company.

My experience was a positive one. Very quick with sending out the package. The results were sent back quicker than expected. I contacted the office on a few occasions & found the staff very helpful. I would just suggest that the explanation on how to gather the DNA be a little clearer. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks Dot.

Definitely would recommend easydna. I was very anxious about not only the situation but the service as well. I spoke with Alicia and Sonia and they were amazing at communicating constantly and calming my nerves. I had sent dozens of emails and none were ever unanswered. Sonia was great with answering all of my questions via live chat. Results came back sooner than expected which put me at ease. I even met with Alicia in the office and she was absolutely lovely and again calmed my nerves. Thank you easydna!

Easy DNA is the only company that allows for a Personal legal DNA profile towards which I could send in one discreet sample. therefore the sample was tested against my own DNA ( legal ).I was in a situation where cooperation was not given and I researched so many companies to find a way around it, and I found a semi - legal solution only with Easy DNA.Thank you, FS

This company proclaims loudly on their front page that you pay a fixed fee for a DNA test, with no hidden or extra charges.They then bury in their Terms & Conditions that you will need to pay an additional $85 if you do not return a sample within 3 months of paying for the pack.This is a disgusting practice. If there are potential additional fees, have them in the same place you proclaim there are no extra fees.No explanation on what the extra cost is either. I returned a sample 2 weeks later than their cutoff.I prepaid for the pack, so I had to pay the additional $85 or lose my initial $309 I paid for the kit.

We needed a fast DNA test after our father passed on, the staff were fast to reply to emails, understanding and had great communication. The results came back promptly and it was a stress free experience. Thank you!

Easydna was a wonderful service. The website was easy to navigate with all the information I was looking for. The test was affordable and received quickly. The test kit itself was easy to with all information provided to guide me. I had a queary regarding the form I needed to fill out and return so I rang the customer service team and the lady was most helpful. I received my results well within the timeframe I was given and they were informative yet easy to interpret. Overall a positive experience and I thank easydna for giving us the answers we were searching for after 10 years. I recommend this company for your DNA testing needs, they will assure you peace of mind.

I would not recommend Easy DNA at all. I used them for allergy testing for my dog, and didn't receive results for 4 months. My husband, and I contact them 6 times, and were given the run around with no help. Finally when I requested my money be returned they contacted the lab. Miraculously I received the results that day with a note at the bottom that they were completed that day. East DNA continued to blame us stating we didn't register on an entirely different website(which was not mentioned, or included in any instructions) in order to receive results. Never an apology. Never did anyone try to assist us. Never would I recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service, and do not trust the results.

Please do yourself a favor and research this and other companies. I thought paying $1,300 for a non invasive prenatal paternity test was expensive and this company was middle of the road in prices, but you get what you pay for. It’s been two weeks and I can only get them to respond to my emails once. (Edit: now twice and the lady who answered my previous email was very nice and professional). I called a number in California and an Australian/English accent man answered and was pretty rude. I know 100% who the father is. I’m just doing this bc of a situation regarding someone I have a restraining order against. I haven’t received results yet (it’s been 5 business days). I’m not concerned over the results bc I’m positive of the father. I just wish they would communicate better.

This was so simple to understand and perform on my son. I ordered the kit on Wednesday night and recieved Friday morning. I returned samples Monday Morning and recieved my results the following Wednesday. So very satisfied. I highly recommendThank you

I found EasyDNA on line and after a phone call to their very knowledgeable and informative staff decided to undergo testing. The Testing Kit arrived within two days outlining the method of obtaining the samples in a very clear and succinct manner. All other information was provided so as not to make an error in filling out the appropriate forms. Despite a holiday period intervening the results were expeditious and most likely equal to that used by Forensic Laboratories. I would highly recommend EasyDNA AU and the cost is not prohibitive.

Worst company ever. First of all, they send you a sample kit but doesn't tell you that you need to fill the collection tube to the full. Sample sent away and only to be told it was not enough 8 weeks later. Then they charge a re-delivery fees for recollection and then took another 8 weeks and still NO RESULTS. I've expressed my dissatisfaction and said I am lodging a complaint but just excuses and not even a sorry. Worse investment ever. Bought this in Oct and we are in Feb now and still nothing. What a dud !
