Is eastpesa.com Legit?

I sent money through there till 1330ksh and 24570ksh within some minutes it reflected in my account.i now sent to Skrill for weeks it was pending so since the money was needed I called there number ,the person said I can withdraw,I withdrew and the next my account was full of transactions that I never did and I called the number again to confirm why he faked my account he never picked so I texted the next day my account was brought back to mine and they sent me an email that I did a duplicate withdrawal till now I never received my money and they say it is complete d,I think they should be reported now koz it is now too much and I Know it is me alone.

I deposited 17000ksh to eastpesa through Mpesa early this year to transact to my Neteller account.. it's been months since that transaction went through citing technicalities in their system.. I tried to withdraw the money back to my Mpesa account and upto to now it's still pending... They are scammers of the highest order holding people's money not knowing how they hurt and affect their lives and they should be brought to book.. Their website should be shut down to prevent anymore failed transactions and people affected should be compensated as soon as possible.

On June 15, 2024, I made a deposit of 5,000 KSH into my Eastpesa account. However, the funds did not reflect in my account until four days later. When I attempted to fund my Neteller account, I discovered that their fees were excessively high, amounting to nearly half of the available balance. Consequently, I decided to withdraw my funds back to my M-Pesa account on July 2, 2024. To my dismay, I was only able to withdraw 4,275 KSH, with over 700 KSH deducted as fees. Despite this, the funds have yet to be deposited into my account. I have reached out to their customer support via email, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Given these circumstances, I am concerned that I may have fallen victim to a fraudulent scheme. I kindly request that Safaricom take immediate action to block the Eastpesa paybill number to prevent further fraudulent activities.

Transactions are completed faster now but why not better? Customer support is also slow. What's difficult in responding to my email within 10 or 20 minutes? If you have few people in customer support hire some of us who can deliver.

Beware!! I was trying to send 2000 to neteller. I see that neteller will receive 9.13 dollars. This seems excessive since 2000 KES to usd is 15.59. That is a fee of 66%!I then tried to withdraw my money to mpesa. You cannot do that until you manually email them your ID. I still have not been verified yet. I expect to loose all or a large chunk of my cash, but it's a good lesson to learn.

Dci kenya has advised all those scammed by these eastpesa to link up and make a case. Since for the to be given Paybill number they gave duplicates of their ID to safaricom, and a copy of permit license from the county government that clearly shows their physical location. On friday last week i deposited money 29300/- through eastpesa so that i transfer to neteller but to my surprised it went on saying it is pending.have try to contact them even i contacted safaricom they game me there safaricom number but they was no response have also email mail them but they dont reply .my advise to other people stop!! using eastpesa they are fraudters and should be reported to the authorities as soon as possible.

Sent KES 5000 by mpesa to Clase International Limited to load my Skrill account on 26/2/2020 and to date I have been harassing the Skrill team only for them to thoroughly comb through all my provided documentary proof and lay the facts bare! THEY DO NOT RECEIVE DEPOSIT MONEY THROUGH MPESA!!! Check with your mobile wallet provider was the final advice! The last response I got from eastpesa support was on 28/2/2020 saying that I send photos of my Id. Card! Concerted joint effort is needed from all victims of whatever amount plus from SAFARICOM as the provider of the paybill number, to stop them.

I didn't get scammed, they eventually completed the transaction after 4days. For that, I give 2 stars. It's safe to say I will never use their services again. Instant means just that, instant, not 4 days later. and the customer care non existence.

ive just sent 3000 to my skrill accnt via eastpesa and i regret what ive just done because the damn seconds expired before i was able to post the transaction. Did i just loose my money? tell me i didnt,The support icon on your dasbord in inactive, clearly showeing that customer service is not your priority. Go f@@## yourselves with that money gys!!!!

Their website doesn't work when you click on support. They claim they have rolled all backlog transactions and that new transactions are available, while your transaction is still pending. People work hard for their money, be careful with it. Use visa or mastercard.

Total scam AVOID. They have a pattern to bait you by processing smaller transactions until you deposit a larger amount with them then hold your money in pending transaction for several months until you give up.

I deposited fund on 11.06.2023 and to date I have not received the funds. Their phone numbers don't work. I called Safaricom and they gave me the email attached to their pay bill.A guy called Robert was responding until 23.06.2023 when he told me to email support level 2After that Customer care contacted me to verify my account. On 26.03.2023 my account was verified. I requested a withdrawal to mpesa which they are charging Kshs. 725 which I was willing to give up but the transaction has been pending since then and there's been no further communication. Legal recourse seems to be the only way.

The company is run like a scamming website ,which maybe it is. I deposited 7000Kshs through mpesa to skrill yet the money has not reflected despite them saying it's an "instant" money transfer service. Furthermore, they have a virtually non existent customer service that does not respond to any customer issues.I would not advise anyone to do business with them.

Do not try these guys if you have another option. They charge the highest fees IN THE WORLD and they're the slowest to process any transaction. You'll be forced to write them an email after every of your transaction is late by days. The only transaction that takes place instantly is deposit by Mpesa.Edit: Their site now only works to collect money. It just sits there. You can't send that money nor can you withdraw it from the site. I've not been able to for close to 10 months now. They're just waiting for you to forget that money.

CLASE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED through Eastpesa Website take funds but fail or delay to offer services paid for.Of late, they communicate with you until they receive your payment. That will be the end of your communication with them. They will not answer your calls, emails, or messages through their social handles.If you use another communication channel, say a different mobile number or Facebook user, you find them because they treat it as their new potential victim. But upon identifying yourself, they give you PR answers and avoid it thereafter.

I’ve been using Eastpesa for well over a 6 months now, and I am satisfied. It’s extremely easy to use, transparent about fees and estimated arrival of funds is shown in advance.

Incompetent.its been 5 days since I made a transaction to neteller and it has not been finalized.Their is no communication,when sent an email it's just an auto reply you will get as feedback.You guys are not serious even the phone number you gave does not go through leaving me wondering if you are a scum...I

I initiated a transaction so that the will be sent to my Skrill account on 20/01/2023. Up to now, no money. No communication whatsoever. They are just keeping quiet and I am here scratching my head.It is very unfortunate for something like this to happen. Sadly, I hadn't visited this site because if I had, I could not have used their services at all.

They are really scammers i sent money via mpesa to deposit my skrill account, then they never load my Skrill account, and I emailed them so many times, they never responded So please don’t send them money otherwise you loose it
