They would not publish my bad review of an inferior product and said, "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines." Customer service is Zero stars. Returned football cleats for a different size. Told they have have the size we needed in stock and would take 2 weeks to receive. Called after the 3rd week on 2 different occasions to checks on the order and was told they would be on the way shortly. Never received them, 3rd call I talked to a supervisor and he said there was never an exchange order placed and the cleats were out of stock. Took a Month of my time. If I could give them less than a star a would. This company has horrible customer service! We purchased a pair of Nike baseball cleats which turned out to be too small. They were tried on and worn inside for about 2 minutes. When we sent them back Eastbay refused to exchange them for a larger size due to the "worn condition" of the shoes. Purchased a pair of Timberland Boots four months before Christmas. Nephew tried them on and did not like the fit. I contacted Eastbay one week after Christmas and they refused to return a brand new, never worn, pair of boots. Lost $212 dollars. Very poor customer service, Jaqueline C. was who I dealt with. I learned a valuable lesson, do not purchase from Eastbay, there are many other shoe stores who will return their products.

I signed up on with Eastbay for the FLX program to get free shipping - all of the items that I attempted to purchase were excluded from the shipping offer - not sure the purpose of the FXL account other to overwhelm you with other worthless offers. Worst experience I have ever had shopping, I wear a shoe size that most stores don’t carry so I always have to order online. I purchased a new pair they arrived and didn’t fit. So I started a return and sent the shoes back exactly how they were received, only to come home today, 2 weeks after they received the return and find that shoes were shipped back to me, and a refund would not be issued because there was a little dust on the sole from me trying them on. DO NOT Order Team apparels from this site. Team apparels were ordered on 09/09/2021. As of 10/27/2021 (almost 7 weeks), purchased items have not arrived. Our team requires purchase from them but most sizes are out of stock, for our printed jerseys we were offered either a S or XXL for teenage boys! Ordered 4 pairs of shoes totaling $550, and received and extra pair of shoes from someone else's order (with this customers packing slip and personal shipping info included). I sent ALL shoes back requesting an exchange on the four I wanted to keep. A week later, I received an email that a refund for the total price would be placed back onto my credit card. I didn't ask for a refund and clearly marked I wanted an exchange. They're warehouse workers suck and when I called into the customer service line the rep was less than enthusiastic to help me further. I will never order from this company again.
I’ve purchased Nike sweatpants and hoodies from Eastbay because they were on sale, but every time they come with flaws in the stitching or the fabric. “Sent a pair of used shoes”

Eastbay sent me a pair of used Air Max 97 shoes. There was dirt inside of the shoes plus the shoes had dirty soles. How unprofessional oh, let me warn you all about Eastbay's customer service. They are the absolute worst ever, I was on hold for a whole entire hour before. In the future, I will be shopping elsewhere.

They sent me used nike shoes worth $200 and then when i returned it within 2 days of receiving the product, they rejected my claim saying it is worn out and did not refund me any money. AVOID. I purchased a new pair of Timberland Boots from Eastbay, in September 2021 for Christmas. I did not want to have them run out of my preferred size! On Christmas, I gave the boots to my nephew, who did not like the fit. I contacted Eastbay, and they refused to return the boots, even though they were brand new, never worn, in perfect condition. There are lots of places to buy footwear, and I will go elsewhere in the future. Eastbay was a good company, until the going gets tough. No more. “Disappointed”

Ordered my ugg Tasman from here & upon arrival they looked like they were already worn. They were flopping off my feet when I tried them on. I am a size 5 in kids & it was my correct size. I called eastbay they sent me a return label for an exchange they just returned my shoe to me today and it's the same shoe! The letter stated the shoe was used and not restock able. Very weird they say it was used when that's the reason for my return! I explained that they looked used when I called them before sending them back and was informed I would get a new shoe but I never did! I am very upset as I spent my hard earned money on those shoes. I will never shop with this company again.

“Selective Scammers!”

Horrendous company! I had an issue with them charging me twice for the same order of $374. I kindly messaged them several times and not once heard back, not only that but their phone lines never work! This company is rated so poorly and it this just goes to show why. Now i have to call my credit card company to dispute their mistake. It did not even show a order # or anything on the second charge. They messaged me back one on facebook by asking for all of my details and i kindly sent back all the correct info they needed and never heard back. Ive messaged them 3 times via email as well. Eastbay does not give a damn about customer service. Every thing from the people, to the website, to the mobile app, shipping and returns. I am expected to wait at least 5 weeks for a return on a $150 pair of sneakers, that had been worn already and had a scuff mark and creases, because that's how long it takes for them to receive the package after I drop it off at the post office. I work at UPS. NOTHING should take 5 weeks to deliver. Avoid Eastbay. There are way too many other companies that provide the same services with no of the hassle.

The store is completely racist, because it doesn't allow me to buy using a credit card from outside the country, even though I accepted a purchase with the same card. I purchased shoes, then several emails they couldn't locate item. Wasted hours on hold w customer service. I wish I could tell you these shoes were good but I never received them and Eastbay did not refund or send me any shoes. They took 3 weeks after I paid to investigate and then tell me they declined to refund me or send me shoes. These were for my 2 year old and I will never order from Eastbay again. Sent an item back that didn't fit correctly for an exchange. They instead refunded it and charged me the shipping. The item is available on their website but they claim it's from a different warehouse so that doesn't count and won't refund the shipping costs and do the exchange. “GREAT SERVICE AND SELECTION”

I have 3 teens who are really into Vans Shoes. The most popular styles and sizes of these tend to go out of stock quickly. I stumbled on Eastbay last Christmas after searching literally dozens of sites for a particular shoe. Much to my surprise they had it in a wide range of sizes. The same was true when I went looking for birthday gifts later on. Prices are the same as other sites or sometimes better. Had to do a return with some complications and couldn't be happier with the prompt customer service. I had read reviews about bad service and was leery but mine went smoothly. Shipping and returns are usually free.

“Customer Service bad”

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong color shoe and realized it once I got the order verification. I called within 2 hours of placing the order to try and change the color or cancel and reorder. After being on hold for 48 minutes the customer service rep told me that it was too late to cancel the order... Two hours after placing it. The only option that he gave me was to return the shoes after I receive them and the cost would be $7. Nope. I will use Zappos or other companies in the future that offer better customer service.
