Is easho.co.uk Legit?

I have ordered stock and have not received it, if you try to talk to their team the only way to do so is through a page on their website, which comes up with an error code. They do not have an email or phone number to contact them, if you don't receive stock it is impossible to get through to the team and sort it. My money has basically been stolen.I have tried and tried for days to get through to them and havnt been able to, Im convinced it is a scam website. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !ORDER NUMBER: 000065622

Doesn’t even warrant one star . Wrong item delivery …. Contact page is faulty although i did get an email asking me what issue was…. Wrong item received …. No further communications. Fortunately i paid by credit card so i am pursuing them by that route to get a refund. Recommendation…. Don’t use unless you can afford to waste your money…. I ordered 6 x 300 ml Raid Fly Spray (blue can). I got 6 x 300 ml Ant & Cockroach Killer (red can) for which I have absolutely no need. I used Easho customer services to report this more than a fortnight ago and have received no reply. I appreciate that all businesses are operating under difficult circumstances but would like to get what I ordered

I wasn’t expecting much from the reviews so I made sure to use PayPal but actually this company delivered what I ordered, it was well packaged and arrived quite quick! Would use again thank you :)

I saw an item on this wesite which I understood to be withdrawn and the alternative had bad reviews. The photograph showed the original item and I spoke to Easho who confirmed that this is what I would receive.They sent the new product which I did not want. They do not offer returns labels or courier service so I had to take a very large, heavy box to the Post Office (I'm 68) and pay for it. I'm still waiting for a refund plus postage cost.Every time I email them I get a reply from a different person. They do not give a telephone number which is unacceptable.

Still waiting on the rest of my order 10 days later. Told to order by 21st for Christmas delivery.....ordered 20th and still waiting for half my order now. First box turned up damaged due to poor internal packaging so one product leaked and Easho refunded 99p , told to wait until 27th for the rest of my order and if not received to contact them again on 27th didn’t turn up contacted them....still waiting a response. Wouldn’t normally have an issue but I fly overseas on 2nd January on holiday so if it’s late it will sit outside for weeks!! Not good enough. Don’t plan to use them again.

Unfortunately I would have rated higher but I've experienced twice in a row products I've ordered have been refunded as they were apparently out of stock. This is frustrating especially when it's a product you desperately need and relied on to receive. They did put on my account a voucher but was not worth the amount of one product to order so that was disappointing!! Having said all that, otherwise great for stocking up on favourite supplies at a lower cost. Great delivery of items straight to door especially when I don't drive. Will continue to order and hope this won't happen again.

i ordered Kiwi boot polish and they sent a fake brand, i asked if this was real Kiwi polish they gave me waffle saying its the same but new label, i've used proper Kiwi for 30yrs shocking service i shall not shop here again

Absolutely love ordering from Easho. Good products, good range. Brilliant prices. Great delivery time and nice packaging. Also they thank all there customers who tag them on Instagram which not all companies do which makes you feel appreciated. Will keep ordering from them 5 star for me.

Order 30 zoflora spray 330ml but i got 6 zoflora disinfectant instead which i paid £78 and gave wrong invoice for paypal..no tel no.and email not work.. lucky paypal help to get money back.do not buy from this company.

I need to get in touch with them about exchanging a product but there is NO customer service, the email Contact Us comes up with a n error message and there seems to be no other way of contacting them.Very frustrating!

Items in my order where out of stock so end up paying £4.95 postage for just a couple of things, which ends up expensive. Not worth it as most prices are cheaper to buy from supermarket.

After recently receiving my first order from Easho I am absolutely amazed by the discounts and money that can be saved by shopping with them!As a new first time mum, I appreciate the convenience of being able to have the brands I love delivered to the door without having to struggle out to the shops! I also recognise the importance of being able to keep a good stock in the house of important items such as the talc powder and soaps.Highly recommend and very efficient delivery!

They have amazing brands at incredible prices! The customer service at Easho is flawless they always listen to their customers, especially with what brands we want and my orders always arrive on time. I have used Easho a number if times for a mixture of cleaning and toiletry items.Ordering online is so much easier for me, no need to go to the local stores, load the car etc. Having items delivered direct to my door saves me valuable time.Buying in bulk also saves money and means I never run out. Highly recommend Easho

This is an important update, please ignore my earlier comments. Two boxes delivered this afternoon and the order is complete. Two free gifts in the box L'Oreal Pre-Shampoo Scrub. Being a bald, 72-year old Batchelor they're about as useless as a fart in a spacesuit never-the-less it's the thought that counts.My only issue is there is a lack of communication, no email to confirm the order was placed and no email to say it had been dispatched.That said I will be using this outfit again and would highly reccomend. Not happy so far, ordered last week and paid £77.06 but have yet to receive confirmation. I have tried to contact them via their contact page but it doesn't respond.There is no phone number to contact so I will raise the issue with Trading Standards and my card company.

They sent me dog treats that had a week left until the best before date. This was not advertised on the listing. When I asked to send the items back for a refund they only offered to refund me for the product, so I still had to pay £5 for the shipping.

Fabuloso products are just the best! Fast delivery, and I mean, super fast!Beautiful smelling disinfectants, that smell so good, you could easily want to drink them, but not advisable! ... The bottles make 10 litres of cleaning product, 6.bottles cost less than £5.00. Prices are so reasonable, it's untrue.Vegan friendly and cruelty free, what's not to like? 😊.

Failed to deliver toilet paper after 11 days. Failed to reply to three emails and then they cancelled the order without warning. Thoughtless useless.
