Is easeeasecurtains.com Legit?

After I received the curtains, I just tossed them in the washing machine, and some header threads completely came apart. I had to hire a repairman from Thumbtack, which ended up costing me $140. I reached out to EaseEase for a replacement, but they told me the new curtains didn’t need to be washed and that I didn’t follow their washing instructions. They refused to send a new one. Are curtains really this flimsy? Really frustrating!

We wanted everything automated, so we had tons of technical questions. The EaseEase designer was super patient, giving us several options with detailed pros and cons and even simulated results. It was really impressive! So when I got this invitation, I was happy to share my experience with you.

We have their roller shades on all the windows and sliding doors on the first floor. The customer service has been excellent, from measurement and installation to follow-up adjustments. So far, the products have been great

I installed the curtains and chose the Herringbone Pattern Chenille Curtains. They have a subtle, elegant feel and are truly beautiful. However, the EaseEase tracks are incredibly smooth, and when I applied a bit of force, the two panels unexpectedly popped open from the middle. The seller explained that this is a normal occurrence due to the nano-silent strips inside the tracks, which can cause a slight rebound effect because of their smoothness.

I ordered curtains and cellular shades for a client, and they are absolutely beautiful! The curtains are well-crafted, and the shades operate smoothly. I’m also extremely pleased with the customer service I received. However, the cellular shades arrived with some minor dents and marks, likely from being pressed during shipping. I took photos of the damage and submitted them to customer support. They quickly reviewed my claim and are sending a replacement within a week. I'm really impressed with how they handled it!

Big shoutout to the curtain rod too! my wall is 15 feet long, and I couldn't find a rod this length anywhere else. With 4 brackets, it's super stable, and the pull-down mechanism is as smooth as silk. Bonus points for being wallet-friendly, achieving The Shade Store level of luxury without breaking the bank!

My home has a modern decor, and I ordered 10 fabric samples, all in shades of white. The customer service at EASEEASE went above and beyond by reaching out to me and adding a few popular white samples that I hadn't selected. Their service was outstanding, and I was genuinely touched! My only wish is for a larger selection of samples. I’d love to see more options for Roman shades; I've noticed many styles in local stores in San Diego but am unsure if they’re exactly the same.

The heavy weight linen curtains and sheer curtains I purchased in August were very effective after installation. It was also my first time buying curtains, so I repeatedly measured the dimensions of the windows, as well as the height and width of the walls many times. After confirming many times that there were no errors, I also asked the store owner to help check if the curtains were the right size. Air shipping was a bit expensive, but it arrived in about a week, so the cost was worth it. My advice is that buyers should also determine the size of the curtains based on the decoration of their own homes and the height and width of the walls. Adding 8 inches to the length and width is just a reference. Also, remember to check the quantity and size of the curtains on the invoice before shipment!

I decided to try one first, and after seeing how great it was, I ended up replacing all the roller blinds in my home with cellular shades. It really adds a cozy vibe to the space. The 002 is my favorite!

I emailed EASEEASE, and when they didn’t respond within 1 day, I contacted my bank to cancel the order. However, EASEEASE shipped my order shortly after, and my bank quickly issued a refund. I ended up having to cancel the chargeback, which was a hassle. The whole process took over a month to sort out.

I'm very particular about details, from whether each pleat is perfectly aligned on the same plane, to the even spacing between pleats, the drape, the straightness of the stitching, and whether any threads or stitches are visible. Before purchasing, I asked Becky for a ton of real-life videos and photos to make sure, and thankfully, it didn’t disappoint

The linen roller shades look so high-end, and they pair beautifully with the French linen curtains. I wanted an inside mount but was worried about light leakage, so I asked EASEEASE to reduce the deductions a bit. The result turned out perfect

The overall experience of purchasing the curtains was quite good. The quality is nice, and the customer service was attentive. I did have a few issues, like unclear shipping fees and the motorized curtains getting stuck in the track, but customer service helped resolve these after a phone call. The main issue was with the master bedroom, where the window is narrow and close to the wall. The curtain rod I received was much longer than the window, and while customer service had adjusted the finials because of this, the rod extended beyond the window frame due to the blackout curtain requirement. Since the window is against the wall, the extra length looks awkward, and when the curtains are fully drawn, the bed cant sit flush against the wall. We didnt know about the blackout requirement, and we dont even need it, so if customer service had flagged this issue, I could have requested a symmetrical rod. I assumed it would be, and didnt think to mention it. I wasnt entirely happy, but since customer service was so helpful and my husband said he could cut the extra length off, I decided not to pursue it further. However, after seeing discussions in the group, I thought Id share my experience as a reminder for others in future purchases, and I hope it helps.

I absolutely love these honeycomb shades! They have the same high-quality, double-cell design as Hunter Douglas, with options for 45mm and 38mm cells. I chose the 38mm large cell shades in colors 003 and 006, and the difference between the two is barely noticeable. The light filtering through creates a gorgeous gradient effect—absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!
