What an absolute joke :( never received, I emailed tried to call and even messaged on Whatsapp asking where my order is. 1 emails was replied to and nothing since. Never had such terrible communication with a company I've ordered from before. My vape liquids are budgeted in so it's not like I can even replace the months worth I've ordered. Never again will I order from here what an absolute con.

After receiving two faulty disposable vapes and leaving a negative comment here e-liquids contacted me and asked what the issue was , I explained the charging ports were damaged and Richard at customer services couldn’t apologise enough and promptly issued me with a refund. It is rare in these times to find a business that cares about the customer. So thanks RIchard and eliquids . I will order again

Ordered a few items. Promised a same day dispatch by the cut off time, yet they did not dispatch, the next day still wasn't dispatched, Tried calling them 40+TIMES!! always 'busy', as well as whatsapp and contact form. Waste of money, I will be taking this further to legal Action as this company is Fraudulent!.

I've been using eliquids since September 2023 and the service and customer loyalty is second to none. Always delivered on time ( do not use post office always DPD) and always get a little chew inside. Products are always excellent with great offers, if you look you can get great vape juice at superb prices. Highly recommended and the loyalty scheme is an added bonus, I never use anymore else..

Being a newish vapor user I had purchased what I assumed was the correct juice. Sadly I ended up burning my throat and ruining my sons £100 machine.Having spoken to Paul he enlightened me on the correct juice for the correct machine.I never knew there was so much to know on the correct way to vape.Trust me folks take a few minutes and email them for advice on what machines is best suited for you and what the correct juices you should be buying.Don't make the dumb mistake like me.These really do know and care what they sell to you

Not the best of starts on my first order from my point of view as it was delivered to the wrong address. I suppose that is down to the courier company (DPD)After I contacted the seller and the courier the delivery was rescheduled for Monday 1st of October and this time the delivery person managed to bring the package to my house. Yippee 🥳 I have to say that the goods ordered from the seller were in tip top condition and I was very pleased with the quality etc. Despite the dodgy start I think I will give both parties the benefit of the doubt on this occasion and will probably order again, and see how it goes.
