dyson.uk Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives dyson.uk a medium-high trust score on the platform: 72.6. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 72.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to dyson.uk's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning dyson.uk, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between dyson.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of dyson.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of dyson.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. dyson.uk is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether dyson.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether dyson.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, dyson.uk.

WARNING DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT TO DYSON!!Biggest scammers! For 4 weeks they have held onto my £100 refundable fee and Dyson supersonic.Call centres based abroad,South America or Greece!??communication issues on their end. Embarrassing Generic emails sent for 4 weeks asking me to wait 24 hours, and nothing.Call centre reading from the same script everytime I called them.Dyson have stole my property and money!Absolutely disgusting disgraceful company.Scammers! No contacting the UK to deal with complaints!??
Shocking. My fan started burning and burnt the plug socket just after the 2 year guarantee period. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Horrific customer service.Selected next day delivery pre12pm at checkout…. No dispatch email.Contacted their overseas customer care team who refused to answer whether the item had even been dispatched. I asked 7 times - they simply said I would get an email in 24-48hrs.Appalling.
Tried to get a repair for a HP04 air purifier i inherited from my sister, dyson will not accept it for repair which would cost me, and this is for a machine costing fat end of £600. Reason for refusal- i don`t have the original receipt for it, i explained that my sister died over a year ago and the machine is over 2yrs old so out of warranty, and most of her paperwork was disposed of only to be told that we need to see the original receipt to change the warranty registration to your name!!!!.Bottom line don`t give or sell a second hand dyson because if it needs repaired they wont do it.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The issue is still not resolved.I sent my Dyson fan off for a repair which I paid for, simply to replace the plug. We've kept our fan in immaculate condition and it came back with major scratches all over the top as if it had been dropped on a hard/rough surface. The casing of the fan was also bulging and not put back together properly.Dyson feel that this is fine to cause damage and not do anything about it."We want to inform you that as we have checked the image which you have shared it seems a cosmetic issue, and this can happen while inspecting your machine to resolve the issue. However, if you are facing any performance or functional issue with your Dyson, we will help you with that."I do not feel this is right at all to cause damage to someone's property and then send it back in a worse condition than it was sent to Dyson in and say this is fine. All I was offered was 25% off which can't be used in conjunction with any offer or on any new technology. Which doesn't seem like much all since they're currently offering 25% off on their website anyway.Really poor customer service, I won't be using them again and recommend everyone avoids in future. They're not the company they used to be.
Was So excited about getting my first dyson but can wholeheartedly say it was the. It’s expensive flop ever! All was great for about two weeks, no chord, great suction and lightweight and no bag and that’s when the problems started and I wish I’d have never given up on my old Faithful one I’ve had for years!!!!Of it wasn’t one thing it was another! Don’t remember last time my floor was clean! Calling the customer service team is a gut wrenching experience. They are supposed to be experts, it was light talking to a bunch of people who had never seen a hoover before! They had me order parts which were wrong, told me to watch a YouTube tutorial on how to fix it, then part which was right broke again! Aghh this has cost me so much to repair and a vacuum isn’t something you use once in a blue moon. Managed to sell it in the end and back to a less fancy futuristic hoover and one that actually works all the time! Good riddance Dyson!
Terrible customer service. Awaiting 'next day delivery' since last month, everytime I call them, they say it will be here within 24 hours. I ask for the tracking details, they say 'oh its not collected yet', I ask how it can be delivered in 24 hours then? That broke the their script. Do not buy.
Oh my goodness, what an absolute horrible experience. A part on my old dyson vac has shredded. I used chat to the 'experts' to get a replacement part. Ordered the part, needed a special screwdriver, spoke today and I spoke to customer service 3 times and each time it took me over an hour to get the answer I needed, they know nothing about the vacuums, or the parts. Is sent pictures and explained which parts was broken and they didn't read what I put, or look at the pictures, just kept sending me a youtube video for the wrong part installation. Part came in the post and I bought the right screwdriver, but realised I needed to get another part off the vacuum to install the part. Asked for instructions only to be told that only an engineer can fix this part and I need to send them my hoover and £99 to fix it, which there is no point as its about 9 years old. So money down the drain and over 3 hours wasted talking to them online. I won't be buying another Dyson product.
BUY SHARK AVOID DYSON Dyson Vacuum head failed under warranty rang them a dozen times, everytime they said the part is out of stock and will send it out when in stock ,nothing arrives for weeks then ring back order has Been cancelled part still.not in stock they will.send out FUNNY THING IS I CAN GO ONLINE AND BUY THE PART THATS NOT IN STOCK FROM THEM,still waiting for part despite the calls. In the end accepted defeat accepted nothing would change .BOUGHT A SHARK INSTEAD ALOT BETTER ALL ROUND .WILL NEVER BUY DYSON AGAIN .
Dyson customer services are absolutely terrible. You have to call an Indian call centre, and they don’t understand my accent, and I don’t understand theirs. It’s a battle to have a normal conversation.I’ve called their customer services 5 times because they have registered the guarantee of my Dyson upright ball animal with the wrong purchase date. I bought the vacuum cleaner in October 2024 and they sent an email with a purchase date of August 2024.Nobody listens. All I want is an email to show the correct date. I’m so frustrated. I could scream.I would give Dyson no stars if I could.
worst customer service i have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM DYSON
I am so surprised at all these bad reviews. I have lots of dyson products fan, cordless vacuum, two air wraps and I have never had any problems with dyson. They are always super helpful, I always get my problems solved. I even received the new hair conditioners as a gift from Dyson last week, and they are both amazing absolutely love them. Thank you Dyson
Inspired by the complaints I’ve just seen highlighted on BBC Watchdog I thought I’d share my abysmal experience with Dyson repairs. I have the Corrale cordless straighteners purchased in 2020. Finding that the battery life was reducing dramatically to the point I couldn’t get my shoulder length hair straightened without at least 2 recharges, I rang Dyson to ask about a repair only to be told the straighteners were out of warranty and couldn’t therefore be repaired but I could have a discount for a new pair.Thinking this was strange, I tried again and was told I could book a repair for £99. Excellent. So the straighteners were picked up and unsurprisingly diagnosed as needing a replacement battery. However guess what, just as Watchdog have just highlighted, they were out of stock so my options were 1) take a £100 discount for a new pair or 2) have them returned unrepaired. I asked for a third option - to wait for the batteries to be back in stock but was told I couldn’t do that. The £100 discount also, it turned out, couldn’t be used on any already discounted products and guess what all straighteners at that time were already discounted by - surprise surprise £100. I should add they retail at a whopping £399 so with the discount or the reduction they were still £299. At that point I asked for them to be returned. So I now have a useless pair of Dyson straighteners which have literally cost me £100 per year of ownership. I did have the £99 repair charge refunded but I have come to the conclusion it’s really not worth buying anything else from Dyson.
The v15 machine has major flaws and customer service are dreadful. They are taking months to fix the machine and will not extend the warranty. The machine should be replaced with a new one but they drag out the process, leaving me without a machine for months on end.
I purchased a Dyson Absolut cordless vacuum cleaner in September 2021 for over £400, expecting premium performance given the high price. Unfortunately, the product has been disappointing from the start. After only two years, it began disconnecting within seconds of use on the highest setting and despite being fully charged it wasn't possible to clean a compact flat in one charge. Busy with work, I didn’t contact Dyson right away, but the issue escalated when we hired a cleaner who struggled to use the vacuum effectively within her limited cleaning time. When we finally reached out to Dyson, customer service was polite and helpful but informed us that the vacuum was out of warranty and required a costly replacement of the motor body at over £100. Frankly, it’s unacceptable that a £400+ vacuum should need such a major repair after only two years of very moderate use. This product should last for years but, unfortunately, is not built to last, and for the price, it falls far short of quality expectations. I would strongly advise against purchasing this vacuum. Save your money and go for a more affordable, reliable option unless you’re comfortable paying a premium for short-term functionality. Avoid this product unless you have extra money to throw away.
Very poor customer service, delivered by company that promise excellent experience, this same goes for the cordles vacuum. My broke twice already, unfortunately this same issue both times. Each time they asking you to pay for repair, more and more each year. Where's your promise of excellent quality if the hoover costing £700 can't last
Bought a brand new G1, went to set it up and it was already set up however not working. So it was clearly not new! Dyson were supposed to come and collect that week nobody turned up. It was then rearranged for collection the following week. Nobody turned up. The case has been escalated and no response. So it appears that Dyson are trying to force my hand and make me keep a £600 machine that was not brand new when it was sent out to me, doesn’t work and they appear to be refusing to facilitate a return. This feels somewhat illegal behaviour. I am going to report to trading standards and the ombudsman now as this doesn’t feel right. If they are behaving this way to me I assume it’s a standard approach from Dyson. This has been ongoing now for. Early a month. Update: To compound things even further, within a couple of hours of writing this review I received an email to say a return post label would be with me within 72 hours. I have explicitly told Dyson during three phone calls I don’t have a box as I had no intention of returning the product ( until I tried to set it up and all of this came to light). Which is why they were arranging a collection. This looks to be just another tactic on dysons behalf for not collecting the item and issuing a refund. Is there no end to their underhand games. A further update will be sent to the Ombudsman. This company really does need to be investigated further now.
Dyson Corale cordless straightener, had these bought as a gift, first set lasted less than a year, battery going flat in less than 2 minutes, reported and were replaced,Replacement developed the same issue within the year. When I called customer service was told out of warranty as the warranty was from date of purchase from first set. I asked to speak to a manager still waiting a month later. I was told to use them with the charger attached which defeats the object of buying cordless straighteners. Advisor quite rude and most unhelpful. Would not recommend these to anyone, most expensive corded straighteners ! Save your money would never buy Dyson
Currently on the phone now due to my Dyson not working even after a service. The man’s accent is so heavy I can hardly understand him, he’s spending long intervals breathing heavily down the phone and ignoring me when I try to ask questions or talk to him. Asking me the same questions again and again. Not telling me how he can help despite being under warranty and a very expensive hoover, I am so frustrated. Don’t waste your time with a machine that doesn’t work and one they aren’t willing to fix , not worth the money especially with the rubbish customer service , you may as well burn £800.
As per usual when you need to contact dyson it is a pointless waste of time. I had 2 appliances to return this week. One from dyson and one from shark. I phoned both companies on Monday. Shark immediately sent me a returns label by email and I returned my item yesterday and today received an email saying my refund had been processed. The Dyson call handler asked me for advice on how to return???? I told her she was customer services not me. Needless to say I got an email with a return number but no postage label. Today I called back to ask for the returns label and had to give all the info again. The man said he would send me a returns label by email which I have not received. Tomorrow will be my 3rd call with Dyson where I will no doubt have to repeat everything again. Just buy from Shark folks because if you have any problems they will sort it there and then. When you buy Dyson and you have an issue you waste your life trying to resolve it with their woefully inadequate customer services department.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
