Loved my airwave / fancy hairdryer, best birthday gift. Should have reviewed earlier in the year but just catching up.
Cordless V10 Animal breaks down just outside warranty. Dyson cannot repair it, suggests to buy the whole body replacement. Ordered and its been over a week and it has not arrived. Calling customer service and they just quote that delivery times are 10 days. 10 days delivery in this day and age when other retailers are striving for same day deliveries.
We've had Dyson Vacuums for over 10 years and always had great experiences with the customer aftercare. If there are ever any problems replacement parts have been sent to me. I've even had parts replaced that were outwith their warranty, which is a testament to the great aftercare I've had with Dyson. It's great they are keen to support older models and replace parts outwith warranty as it stops the machines ending up in landfill, when all they need are new parts. Very satisfied.
I had a problem with my airwarp which kept cutting out,. I contacted Dyson customer services and spoke to a very polite advisor. He arranged for my airwrap to be collected and within days it was returned to me with a new body - at no charge. This was the best customer experience I have had in years. Thank you Dyson
Not happy, not with Dyson, but their delivery service (parcelforce). Meant to be next day delivery, took time off and waited in all day from 7am - 7pm and nothing, no courtesy email/text to inform me of a delay. Checked tracker and still shows parcel at hub - since 22.04 last night, again can't fault Dyson as item despatched only a few hours after my order
It could be better, since the products are of very high quality, they could provide a service that matches their level. I went into the chat to find out how I can engrave my name on the Dyson box, because I had bought the Airwrap online, and the person on the chat didn't even know how to tell me, because they didn't know. If they work with the brand and don't know, imagine the consumer! :/

Shocking customer experience with Dyson. Been waiting for my hoover for over 2weeks and have had to call three times to chase only to be fed with lies each time. No goodwill gestures, no certainty and yet they took my money. It’s clearly lost and they’re not doing anything about it!
Having had a Dyson hand held vacuum for many years, and being happy, we ordered a new one. When it arrived it was a total disaster with regard to putting it together, and parts fitting! The customer service promised that we would be sent a return label by the courier! Nothing turned up! The guy was good and clearly understandable, Previous to speaking with him we had to cut off as the female was just not at all clear ! Further contacts with customer services went down hill rapidly! Another female again whom we had extreme difficulty understanding! Not just a bad line but an English speaking clearly one. Dyson used to be respected. After the poor equipment, the follow up customer services fiasco??? No more patience! Bought A Vax instead. British companies using cheap foreign customer services have proved to be a disaster for us! It needs sorting out rapidly!

DPD let down Dyson by failing to pick up the vacuum cleaner when they said they would and Dyson was not well set up to deal with that situation. But once the machine was collected Dyson repaired and returned the machine extremely quickly. The repair is excellent and I am delighted with it. One star deducted because of the problems over collection.

Love my Dyson, but the customer service was disappointing. My next day delivery never arrived and I wasn’t informed or apologised to. A quick glance at reviews shows this seems to be a common issue.
Needed a repair to the swivel lock arm, but instead they replaced the brush head. Picked it up and fixed it for free, but returned it without having properly attached the cover to the ball wheel, because they had not screwed the ball wheel on properly. Luckily that’s easy to fix, but I shouldn’t have had to.
Previously had a number of vacuum cleaners from Dyson, purchased most recent 11 months ago. Stopped working despite minimal use. Customer service is a joke, we have tried 4 times to get a replacement, get cut off, asked for videos, line goes completely blank. We currently have a cleaner that doesn’t work & are awaiting a response from an email given the debacle we have had trying to sort via telephone. We will never buy from this company again.
Following on from my review left 7 days ago....I have now had two failed collection dates that were arranged by customer services to enable me to return my dyson humidifier for a refund. After numerous phonecalls & promises that a courier would definately call today, once again I have been let down by customer service advisors at Dyson who give fake information & will tell you anything to get you off the phone! as I have now totally lost all faith with everybody I have spoken to I have, therefore decided to post the item back to them myself!! Please think twice about purchasing from Dyson as in all honestly their returns system is an absulute joke. The problem being is that nobody appears to care!!
Bought humidifier found to big return money in my bank immediately top job
Dyson are an enemy of the envirnoment.I purchased a corale straighter for my wife's birthday 2 years ago. Within 2 weeks of its 2 year anniversary the battery started to fail. Now it will only hold charge for about 3 min, making it pretty much useless. There is no repair for the product so this is obvious build in obsolescence. Absolutely shameful from dyson that this nearly €500 straighter has such a short life span and is not serviceable.I'll never buy another dyson product again. As I simply can not support any company whos products, by design, can not be repaired and need to be scrapped. Disgusting mr dyson.
Have just been to the Dyson shop in the Trafford Centre and Mariela helped me choose the correct airwrap system for my hair doing a good demonstration and explained various things about the attachments and when to use the cool air etc. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’m now looking forward to using my airwrap!
