recently had a terrible experience . I bought a dress that I didn't like and decided to return it. When I went to customer service, the girl there, who claimed to be the manager, was very rude and disrespectful. I understand that it was my responsibility to keep the receipt, but she had told me she would email it to me, which she never did. When I went back to return the dress, she rudely insisted that she had given me the receipt. I felt so terrible and disrespected that I left the dress and my money behind. I will never shop there again and would never recommend it to anyone.
Thugs! Debit card fraud initiated from their end. Nobody picks calls and incompetent staff like Kyla spoiling Dynamite name. Written several emails. Shame on you Andrew Lufty. You encourage fraud and theft from Customers
They sent me an empty bag in the mail and then blocked me from contacting them by live chat and blocked me from logging into my account. I had to log into a different browser to get in contact with someone, and I was told my “claim was denied”? So I lost $100 because of their mistake and they have been neglectful throughout the entire process. Pathetic company..
If I could give them no stars I would but I had to choose 1.. the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They delivered my package to the wrong house when I called the delivery company they told me the tracking number was wring I tried calling Dynamite and requested a call.nack because of long wait times still no call back and no package I see why they have a 1 star rating
Online ordering sucks. Took too long to receive your package and then the item ordered is very cheap in quality and inconsistent sizing! On top of that, I tried to exchange the item in-store and they did not allow it! I went to Toronto Eaton Centre. They said they can issue a refund which will take effect in 10 business days! I feel like this is a scam. Would never recommend Dynamite moving forward!
I have ordered 2 items from online and returned it on Nov 30th 2023 at Markville mall. I didn't receive any return receipt and was told that I will receive a refund of $221.39 in 10 business days. I loved my experience at the dynamite store in Rockland. After being completely ignored at H&M and Zara (not surprised), I went there and I got the most amazing sales person. She was so patient and helpful. She helped me choose the right size of pants and went to look for my size for different items multiple times. Even if she was young, she was very professional.
I have made a return, which was received on March 6th, but I have not received a refund! I have been trying to contact someone via email several times with no reply and chat with no luck either. the chat ended up saying they were too busy! Worst customer service ever! be aware they will steal your money. they happily accept your return but don't give you the money back
Avoid like the plague. One of the most unprofessional shambles of a business. Online order to store lost. Imagine an order to their own store goes missing. Support told me it was in store and in store have no record of it. Used the chat function which was unhelpful and childish, eventually they stopped answering any queries or even acknowledging the queries. Used the contact line and was number 1 in queue, waited 27 minutes and no one answered. Staff don’t even do the bare minimum. Ridiculous.. stay far far away and spend your money elsewhere!!

I ordered like one order of 6 items they were solit in 2 different shipments one of the shipement that has 2 items never arrived and they didnt do anything about it! They said the shipping has a photo that was delivered and i asked them for the photo and i never heard from them! The worse customer service ever. What a SCAM company. Stay away at all cost.I ordered 9 items and only received ONE. The delivery was split in two shipments, 1 + 8, guess which one was "lost". The UPS reported the delivery failure of the package worth $600, because they received empty cartons from the DYNAMITE. Never in my life have I ever had something like this in my long life of online shopping. DYNAMITE didn't even bother to solve the case, I called them 3 times and they keep feeding me with the "case tickets" and closing them. Still no refund after 2 weeks.
I’ve been buying from this company for years, and the last time, I paid more than $150 for an order and never received it, then I tried EVERY WAY possible to contact them, but I don’t think there’s a single living person behind this company Lol this was the first and only time I needed their customer service. so I’d avoid them as much as possible. Too bad because they have some nice clothes, so the only way I’d shop from this company would be to go to the store, but they left a bad taste.
Clothes that look nice from far, but up close are very unfitting and super low quality. I am disappointed having bought several pairs of pants that look great on but once you wear them you realize how non versatile they are (tight around the crotch area, poor material).
Management team at the carrefour laval location is disgusting ! It’s ran by a bunch of 10 year olds. All the do is gossip about what they’ll be doing on the weekends. Lost interest in the company, it is a shame because it was doing amazing and now all the stores have 15-16 years old as managers how is that possible it blows my mind. The Rockland location however did improve a bit I will keep going there. To bad the manager Bianca is no longer there, but it’s okay it will do since carrefour laval is a big NO!
I recently ordered a sweatshirt from Dynamite. When it arrived, I found that the material was thinner than expected (especially given the price of $50), but decided to keep it anyway (mostly out of laziness). After wearing the sweatshirt once, I noticed that a small but noticeable hole had already developed in the front. I contacted customer service, who told me that they "could not verify that this was a manufacturing issue." When I pressed, they offered me a 20% off coupon. I can't wait to get 20% off another article of clothing that lasts for one day! Companies should stand behind their products rather than alienating customers.
A couple of things...the online ordering was very fast. The site made it clear that I would be contacted as soon as the package landed in Sherway. The site said, "3-5 days" and it was 3 days. Secondly, at Sherway, there is a wonderful stylist by the name of Goretti. She made my shopping experience so memorable. It was easy, she had great ideas, she was sweet and funny and didn't laugh at me when I put the top on backwards, lol. “Refuse to issue a refund for order not received!”
The worst online shopping that I ever had, I placed an order with Dynamite Several exchanges took place with agents of the Dynamite company. The company refuses to issue me a refund for the same amount of my order under the pretext that it has proof of delivery which is nothing more than a photo taken by the delivery person with a package in his hands and offers me to go claim the charge or amount taken from my account at the bank and request a refund from the bank as I do not recognize the expense. In fact, it is fraud that the company is encouraging me to engage in and to lie for a charge that I very well recognize was taken from my account in return for property that I did not own. Never received.
“NEVER buy anything online from here”
I will never shop here again... I placed a large order online a couple of weeks ago and received everything but two dresses. It is evident that whoever was packing my order innocently missed them. However, when I contact customer service requesting them to send me the dresses which they had no problems charging me for, they apparently "looked into it" — god know whatever that means — and told me to take it up with the bank. Return instructions indicate email or phone must be contacted. Both are out of service. Also tried "contact me" info on site. Phone is a medical response company and email doesn't go through. “Box Cutter Ruined Top, Dynamite Won't Return”
I bought 2 tops at Dynamite. I got them home and 1 of them had a cut in it on the front. Staff said it looked like it was done by a box cutter but because I didn't have the receipt but could prove the purchase on my credit card the week prior and the fact that the top has their name on it, they couldn't do anything for me. Their customer service is an epic failure and I will forever knock this company and talk about the poor quality of their store forever; all for a $35 purchase. Well done Dynamite! “Very bad customer service”
I went to return my stuff that I bought with cash! ($50) And when I went to the counter a lady didn't greet me and I had purchased an item with cash she was trying to give me a gift card instead of cash which I didn't want it. As these happened she didn't even care to apologize after she wasted my time. I will never go shop again to the specific location in Midtown Plaza Saskatoon, SK! If you think this is the type of customer service you aim for I feel( personal opinion it is going to badly affect business) Thank you
“Customer Service is the worst”
I returned a couple of items that were received at their warehouse (confirmed via tracking number). 14 business days later I contacted customer service via email because I still hadn't received a refund. I was told my response would be sent to the finance team and that it could take up to 10 business days to hear back. Well, here I am 10 days later and no response. I called the company to ask about it and all they said is that the manager is looking into it and it could take 3 weeks. I've never experienced something like this with any other company. It's absolutely ridiculous. They can see that they received my items (tracking number doesn't lie) so they need to just return my money. Won't be shopping here ever again.
“Terrible Customer Service”
I placed an order with quite a number of items, and generally liked the clothing, though I found everything ran a bit small. The issue came when I went to return two items each costing $20 but I only received back 29.22 back and then an additional bit of sales tax. This made no sense to me as before tax my return should've been $40 so I was still out $10.78 before taxes. I emailed customer service multiple times about this and they never responded to me, I feel like they took my money and ran with it, so I had to escalate the issue with Paypal to get my money back. Overall while the clothing is nice the customer service I received, or rather didn't receive, was awful and I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.
“Terrible customer service - stole my money!”
I ordered an item for christmas on NOVEMBER 23,2019. The trancking provided on November 25,2019 stated that canada post received electronic information that a package will be submitted, but the package was never submitted to them. They have charged me for this item and I still have yet to receive it. I opened a ticket on December 6,2019 and STILL have not received a response or resolution to my problem. I would think twice before shopping online with Dynamite because if you don't receive something, you will probably never see your item or your money! I called several times and was placed on hold only to be told, "they are investigating". A simple solution of resending the item or refunding me would be fine and they can investigate on their own. The customer should come first, especially someone who has spend thousands of dollars at their store.

“The worst customer service ever!”
The worst customer service ever! Can you imagine... I paid extra to have quick shipping and they not only lost my order, they wouldn't reimburse for the lost order, or for the extra shipping, and they wouldn't put me in touch with a manager, the only thing the customer service line could do was put my issue in a cue, so essentially the customer pays the price for any mistakes on their end and they take no responsibility and offer no customer care. I called their customer service to check the status of my order, a lady said the order was return to them bcus they were missing my apartment# (which was the 1st lie). “THE WORST COMPANY EVER/ BAD CSR”
I am so frustrated as despite the fact that I provided them with my buzz number to buzz me when my order gets delivered, their courier company- Intelcom- dropped off my clothing packaging which was full of holes at the front of the building on a filthy dirt wet floor mat. “Terrible customer service. Order online at your own risk”
(First time ever running into this issue with online orders, and I have bought from Dynamite previously.) I bought a couple of items online, receiving 2/4 items defective. I reach out to customer service, they tell me to email them pictures of the defective items so I do. Afterwards I haven't heard from them in 5 days, so I was getting a little concerned as they hadn't list how many business days it would take to get a response on email. So I call them back and the lady goes to take a look and sees the pilling of the pants front and backside along with the belt that has a couple of dents on them. She proceeds to tell me that they can probably do something about the pants but not the belt as it is only minor. She even said to me "you can't fix this?" I mean I wouldn't be seeking help for the items if it were the case. Sure the pants came a little wrinkled ok fine, and the pilling I could probably use something to remove but there were large areas of pilling from both sides of the pants when I received them I don't think anyone wants to receive a product they bought defected and without any notice. The lady told me she could only offer me a 10% off coupon and a refund of what I paid after I return the items. Though after reading the other reviews it seems that the company does a poor job of respecting full refunds.
“Dishonest and bad customer service”
This company is very dishonest and is not willing to take accountability for there mistakes! There was a miscommunication with a sales rep and in the end she took a item that was already paid for and now they are refusing to give it back, this is going on three weeks and no one will get back to me now I am out 60$ and no one is willing to help I have never received such awful service, I have advise them to check the cameras and have given times and dates and every time I try to call to follow up I am advised someone will get back to me!
