Jessica was very proactive in assisting the whole process! 10/10 would recommend.

I have never experienced an estate agent like Duncan Yeardley. We purchased our house through them in 2019 and they were excellent, so we decided to sell with them in 2024. All the staff were very efficient and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Mandy who was brilliant throughout & made me feel at ease.

All staff have been easy to speak to and get hold off. Kept us informed of our house sale without prompt. We received an offer quickly. We have spoken to people in our home, at the office and over the phone and found everyone to be courteous and helpful.

I'd like to say that so far, I am really impressed by the team at Duncan Yeardley. Ashleigh came to value my property, and right from the off, I felt she was friendly, approachable and professional. I love the idea that as a customer you can contact the guys at any time via WhatsApp, no query was too much trouble, and responded to quickly. Duncan Yeardley have been wonderful. Judy, in particular, is a superstar and has been amazing at finding us a home to buy that ticks all our boxes, even getting us in before the house went to market. Suuuper quick, suuper easy, needed to find a place quickly and got it. Very friendly and professional agent (Jessica S.) absolutely stellar. DY responded to unforeseen problem with all due care and attention. They could do with getting rid of "Oh Goodlord" referencing agency - they overstepped their remit just a bit, no harm done but they can do with a GDPR training.
