Is dumymun.com Legit?

I ordered and have received my LV multi pouchette bag and I must say that the quality and packaging is above and beyond what I was expecting. The leather tabs are protected. All the accessories are complete.I have read other reviews that weren’t that positive. However, I’m absolutely over the moon with this purchase.

Just received my Gucci Soho Disco Bag (Milky White)...excellent replica. The leather is of great quality and the shade is perfect. The postage is slow still waiting on another parcel. The gold zip & attachments don't feel authentic but for the price just to be expected. Definitely will order another in a different shade. Happy Customer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time ordering, i was looking for the LV speedy bandoulier 20. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. Ok so the pics on the website do quite resemble what was delivered, however im not convinced its calf leather, it smells plasticy and a bit chemically. The bag isn't a replica of the original. The hardward is really yellow and the padlock is brushed and not shiny. However for £63 not really complaining, but they should definitely not advertise as leather when it isnt. The bag also was just shipped in a plastic wrap so is really bent out of shape. hopefully that will rectify itself

Thank you Dumymum I am so impressed with my Gucci marmont bag it’s beautiful identical to original I ordered it on the 26th August 2024 hoping it would arrive by 11th September 2024 in time for my holiday and it got to me on the 5th September came with dust bag but no box which isn’t a biggie it’s identical to my smaller marmont camera bag literally can’t tell the difference. I was hesitant at first ordering from you but for £66.00 took a punt and so so glad I did!

Only discovered this company recently and have ordered a few things from them and have returned a couple of things too.This company has surprised me for its very prompt attention to my concerns and they dealt with my refunds immediately.Brilliant customer service and their products are fab too.Well done.

Dumy's clothes are very fashionable and great quality. She is wonderful to deal with, very responsive and kept me posted of shipping dates etc. All the pants I’ve purchased drape wonderfully and I definitely recommend them.

Classic B&S on a Gucci Marmont shoulder bag in small!! Beware!! Was told the photos on the website are stock photos & bag is leather. The web photos looked of decent quality & pretty close to auth so for £64 I thought I'd take a punt. What a waste! Item took just over 2 weeks to arrive & when it did it was clearly not the same as apparent 'stock photos' - low tier rep at best, not leather (chemically smell- PU/PVC with poor grain & colour), wrong gold shade to hardware (GG too orange & strap rings too yellow), heart stitching on back in wrong place, chain strap links too loosely linked, inside pocket zip wrong colour, oh I could go on. For advertising as '1:1 mirror' I have seen better reps at a bazaar in tunisia! Did not acknowledge the B&S when emailed with photos & fobbed me off with some nonsense about "the bag is leather" & "lighting can affect the colour". If you are referring to the zip colour as mentioned I'd like to know what kind of light turns a black zipper to beige without affecting the rest of the bag! Just got sent their returns policy.. hmm you want me to pay for the delivery??!

Customer service is a joke! Ordered a yellow bag but received pale/greyish looking thing and was told it's normal that things will have different shade due to lighting etc ridiculous, make sure you know things might turn up completly different to what you've ordered and that your money will go to waste, they've stopped replying to my messages when I requested a refund and wanted to send it back. Beware.

Ordered multiple items from here. When the delivery arrived there was issues with messy stitching and It does not even smell like leather. I wrote to them about this and the fact that they have sent me a defective item. They replied saying these are just ‘blemishes’ and they have banned me for future purchases because I have apparently ‘repeatedly disregarded the company policies’ are you serious? For sending an email regarding my concern and questioning why I am being charged to send back a faulty item that THEY sent, and told me not to order from them again! Rude. The email also mentioned that they will also ignore my messages unless it is about the return. It’s not like I bought one item either. They split the shipments and take quite a while to arrive. I would say the attitude is disgusting and unhelpful. Avoid.Other people who have complained have not been banned, but a brown person who complains is banned even though I was respectful. The only time I gave them a fitting reply was AFTER they were rude. There’s only so much somebody will accept.

When I was looking for an imitation birkin I could try before commiting to buy a £800 "realfake", I thought this product was too good to be true. Here was some obscure Vietnamese designer with some stellar pics, promising a real leather, beautifully made hermes style bag for £60. On a whim, I bought it. There's only so disappointed you can be for that price.The tracking was off, as it can be for international orders like this, and when I reached out to support for more info they got back to me with links and tracking information the same day. Polite and happy to help.My bag arrived and I couldn't be more impressed. The Togo leather on the exterior is top grade, deep grain and powdery soft to the touch. The interior is entirely leather too, including the interior pockets, and it's buffed and lightly sealed, making it long wearing and easy to clean. I inspected every stitch on this thing and it's all perfect, even and well done, even in the places where higher fakes tend to falter. Whoever made this knew what they were doing and they didn't cut corners. There's no hermes branding because it's not an hermes bag. I'm not above sporting a luxury logo on a product I didn't pay luxury price for, but I knew from the pictures on the site that this isn't a replica. Dumy Mun took inspiration from the hermes birkin design, but lovingly added their own unique touches, like the adorable little padlock on the interior zipper and the practical leather shoulder strap. Just little things that make the bag feel like their own.The way it was packaged when it arrived was great. Bubble wrap all around and plastic stuffed inside to keep the leather in shape during transit. Protective plastic film on all the hardware and even foam around the handles to protect them from getting scuffed. No chance for it to arrive damaged unless the courier ran it over with their van or something, but it wasn't sent via Evri so no risk of that (haha).Honestly 9/10. If you have £60 to spend on a practical, beautiful handbag, or you love the birkin style but not the hermes price point, get this bag. I've been sniffing out good fakes, dupes and replicas since I was a teenager, and full size handbags at this good quality at this price point are like white whales.

Returned an item (signed for and tracked) to Dum Muny & heard nothing from them for ages, so reached out to them to ask about the turnaround times for returns. Got sent this message ''Thank you for your message. We are in a transient period where we have stopped accepting PayPal orders, and unfortunately we cannot manually issue the refund. Could you please open a case on PayPal so we can issue a refund via the PayPal platform?''If I had never contacted them, I never would have known about this.. I raised a case on Paypal, and PayPal approached them to get them to confirm they had received the item. Dum Muny never responded to Paypal despite me and Paypal both sending them the proof of them signing for the item. I chased Dum Muny twice, and they just kept sending the same generic response of ''we need you to manually raise a case''. Well I had, all they had to do was tell Paypal I had sent back the item! Eventually, after Paypal chased them multiple times, and they did not respond, Paypal ruled in my favour and sent me my money. All in all this whole situation could have been avoided if Dum Muny simply confirmed to PayPal they had received the item. I normally use well known companies eg asos etc but thought I'd take a gamble on a lessor known company. I will never use them again, wish I'd read previous reviews.

I placed an order for a pair of Dr.Martens shoes. To avoid any ambiguity I followed up with an email to the customer service, explaining that I expect a pair of genuine Dr.Martens and will not accept fake ones.They replied shortly confirming that shoes are Unauthorized Authentic (UA).The order was cancelled and a partial refund issued. They withheld 5% of the amount for cancellation.Avoid.

BEWARE not made of the same fabrics, said its uk based but all clothes came from china all with different labels. Not good fabric quality feels like the fabric they use for halloween costumes very disppointed

I was just about to part with £40.00 for some size 6 blue Dr Martens shoes for women, was suspicious of the cost so decided to look into website. Thank god for Trust Pilot esp the post before mine saying that are fake and didn't even get a refund!? Disgusting!

The WORST customer service. I ordered the Tabi Boots and one of the shoes was covered in dried glue.I asked for a replacement or an appropriate discount. The owner didn't apologies and only refunded me £5.70 for the faulty shoe. So I asked for a refund and replacement, to which she said I needed to pay for tracked delivery! She also didn't agree that the shoes were faulty even though I sent her multiple pictures of the shoes with the glue all over it. I tried to wash it off with hot water and soap but it didn't budge.This 'brand' is an embarrassment and has absolutely no care its customers. Please don't waste your time or your money. Horrific.

I've bought a few bits from here, they're ok. the first dress I bought had a Dumy Mun label, everything else has cheap chinese labels so i don't understand what is going on. Although the Dumy Mun shop is on Asos you can't buy any of the stuff from there. It's definately not designer and the quality is only ok.

Please do not waste your money! Not sure if there is even a brand by this name. I ordered a trench coat and a pair or trousers! Trench coat came fine, was sent from a UK warehouse but no brand name! The one which was a big let down was the asymmetric trousers!! I ordered one style and was sent a cheaper version in a completely different style! The trousers were labelled some Chinese label and not the company name. And was shipped from china!! When I complained i was asked to pay for return to get a refund!! The seller took no responsibility for sending in the wrong item nor did he offer to pay for the return label! I raised this with PayPal now. Appalling customer service through and through!! Pls save your money not worth the hassle. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
