If I wanted to jump through so many hoops, I'd have joined a circus! Despite using exactly the same items of ID that I have used for other (More reputable) sites, this company still won't verify my identity and won't release a £400 withdrawal, despite it saying on the site that I was verified. Deposited in good faith but all trust in this site gone. Generic 'cut and paste' replies and generally an awful company to deal with.
