Is dublinmintoffice.ie Legit?

" The Continuing Saga of The Black Madonna Silver Coin ". For nearly three weeks, I have attempted to obtain a satisfactory or even some form of reply as to why I was eventually sent the wrong Silver coin I can only come to the considered conclusion that The Dublin Mint Office appears to be a very badly run and incompetent business.

Lovely coin and only paid for postage. Have received 10 emails today looking for feedback on my experience. I hope these stop now after this review!*update following reply from Dublin Mint Office* I received 25 emails yesterday and I cannot unsubscribe. Absolutely crazy stuff. I wish I'd never signed up.

Terrible experience I sent off for the FREE offer advertised but something different was sent to me. I returned this item and kept proof. I have been harassed since then with emails demanding payment also threatening letter. Although I spoke to someone on phone still not sorted as today I received a brand new bill for some sort of monthly payment Terrible experience

I love the Irish historic coins I’m buying. It’s the 5 signatories of the peace Treaty between Ireland and England.

Find your company good sometimes get calls about making a payment when the coins set has not arrived

Everything was made easy for me. When purchasing a coin, they called me, which I liked because nowadays companies make you but everything online and doesn't have a human aspect to it. But my absolute favourite thing has to be Laura who is on the Customer Experience Support Team. She took care of everything with easy and speedy responses. She told me if be helped by the original person whom sold me my coin(Samantha), but I never was. Fear not as Laura took care of me anyway. So if anyone is reading this from the Dublin mint office, Laura deserves a raise. If anyone reading this wants to return a coin, and are having trouble, I personally recommend Laura as she is brilliant at her job.

I have bought many things from Dublin Mint over the years. However I had to make contact with them directly recently. The lady was called Laura. I found her to be very helpful and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Her customer service was excellent. Thank you Laura. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I went online here to order two different coins and both times I received confirmation in minutes,and they send you a proper respectful warm thank you ,you feel good when your treated well at the end of buying something anywhere! Thank you Dublin mint office for your help and free gift too ..proud of the artwork ,fair play to all the artists well done to all 💚🇨🇮. Just an update the coins never arrived???

I was speaking to nicola. She explained everything on my account to me and fixed it all up. She also sent me confirmation of everything she done so I understood. Very polite nice and professional. She has a brilliant telephone manner and listened and checked everything.

This is the first time we used Dublin Mint and totally unimpressed. We purchased a gold coin nearly a month ago and since then our order has been 'pending' on our online account dashboard. We emailed asking where our purchase was without a response and also have been promised call back which again didn't happen. Thankfully only a small order as this was our first order so wanted to test the water so to speak and in hindsight looks like we may have lost this order but at least not as much as we were intending on spending with them. Very disappointed indeed.

This 5* review is for Adrienne. I called with a query regarding an order and, while I was very anxious and stressed at the time, she was incredibly reassuring and took care of my order in a polite, friendly and professional manner. It is so good to get a "human" on the end of the phone who can make one feel as if they are the first person they have spoken to that day and are happy and eager to help. Adrienne made the changes to my order immediately and emailed straight away to confirm. The Dublin Mint Office are very lucky to have her.

Helpful, pleasant and friendly. I spoke to Myfanwy today who was checking if I had received my latest purchase and if I was happy with it. She seemed genuinely interested in my opinion. She , also, satisfactorily answered my query about my online account and directed me to the commemorative medals I wanted. This is an efficient and helpful service and very pleasant to deal with.

Dealt with a most helpful lady called Olivia who sorted out a minor problem about a payment which she corrected most professionally . Top class service.

Do not deal with this company,nothing but hassle,told them to stop sending out their medals,still sending out medals and invoicing me for them even though I’ve them sent back,BEWARE DONT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY Out of interest my account number is 6500279886I’ve been invoiced for €178.75Any coins that has been sent out has been returned,was in contact with members of yer staff (Dublin mint office) about these invoices,wasn’t very helpful i must say,I’ve been invoiced again today 29th of july 2024 for coins that has been sent back.I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF DUBLIN MINT OFFICE NO LONGER A CUSTOMER,SUCH AN EXPERIENCE IM SHOCKED

I just received my Michael Collin's Medal today, im very happy with it. Good quality, lovely booklet came along with the coins to fit them into with some information about the history of the irish free state.Very happy with my purchase, will be completing my collection.

Bit slow on delivery and fast on looking for payment. I was classed as overdue when I hadn't yet received the goods. The medal, while quite stunning was disappointingly small in comparison to the rest of the collection -size implied by the casings.In saying that, it's a lovely piece of art.
