While some are self-explanatory concerning dtac.co.th, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between dtac.co.th and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of dtac.co.th. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of dtac.co.th, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. dtac.co.th is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status

We bought two Dtac 100GB SIM cards valid for 90 days at the airport in Koh Samui. All the time we were bombarded with Dtac messages in Thai, which we did not understand. After 28 days, after having used 28,7GB, the service stopped while we were staying in Koh Kood. This was an expensive and annoying experience. From now on we are always going to choose for AIS.
Today I had Recharged the SIm at 550 Baht 20Mbps/30 days but now in the evening inter is not working.
STAY AWAY! They will deactivate with no notice, and took me 4 hours on the phone to get them to turn it back on. Read other reviews.Very painful customer service, not helpful and do not respond. You also have to pay to call the help desk. Not very good English. This happens to many customers.
I tried to register my new SIM card by myself, but it cannot be done. The system showed that I need to call DTAC call Center or Dtac-register via Line app. I called DTAC call center 1678, the phone said my SIM card has not been registered yet, please call 1678 to register. Hello… I’m calling you now. Then the line was cut-off. :(. Then I contacted DTAC-register via Line app. It show the service time is every day between 9am and 8pm and normally will immediately respond back. I contacted since 2.36pm and now the time is 3.27pm. No one responds back at all. I will not recommend DTAC to any friends of mine ever.!!!! Really bad experience!! If you cannot support your customers online, just let us know and do not promote this online service. So we will not expect the online service and will just contact your team at DTAC branches.
I'm dtac customer for 20 years. Before Corona always satisfied. Now it's may be the worst provider in Thailand. Despite multiple resets till 4 to 9 Mps instead the paid 100Mps. Only solution: leave dtac after 20 years and use an e-sim as from Nomad (Sintel) with top speed or local AIS
I bought a 10 days eSIM for my 10 days in Thailand. It worked perfectly, the connection was fast and the minutes available for calls were also very useful. The only negative aspect was the activation. Obviously you need a connection to download it and I had a night flight. I therefore downloaded the eSIM on the day of departure. The problem is that they consider the eSIM to be activated once you've downloaded it, so I didn't have a connection on the last day. Maybe they should change that the eSIM is activated from the first connection and not from the day of download. As for the connection, it was perfect in every place I visited.
Dtac store in Lotus's, Na Kluea, Pattaya. Went in to buy Happy Tourist 30 day SIM. Told by first salesperson "not available at this store - try another". Spoke to second salesperson & no problem - got my Happy Tourist SIM within 5 minutes. I asked why first salesperson said not available - second salesperson just smiled. First salesperson gave me incorrect info and was unhelpful.
Was using for 2 years, quality and signal gets worse and worse. This year always no reception and slow speeds, in Bangkok, Pattaya, Koh Chang, anywhere I go my wife's AIS connection is always perfect but my dtac always has problems and barely works, it's been like that for months, time to switch, enough is enough. Bad quality network.
Poor provider.I bought an eSIM online before my trip. However, after more than a week I still haven't received an email to activate the eSIM. The customer service is basically non-existent as I cannot reach an employee via any number on the Internet. As the eSIM was prepaid, I won't get any money back.In short, a scam.
DTAC is the worst scamming carrier. They obscenely charge for erroneous services which were never requested and say it's the phone's fault which is an utter lie. After several months, AIS has been much better. No dropped calls and acceptable Internet access responsiveness in more areas. I'm a former mobility engineer from the US and would file a class action lawsuit against DTAC if back in the States.
We were group of 6 peeps, we got 4 sims among ourselves. We bought a 8day tourism sim, the internet was working fine, but even if it said some limited calling minutes, two of the sim didn't had any balance left in them, it's very unprofessional to scam tourist globally. This bodes really bad for the reputation of the tourism as a whole
Honestly awful, I paid for unlimited data and calls for a month and the pdf would not download. I sent several emails and spent over two hours on the phone and it still wasn’t resolved. Ended up going with another provider and wasted my money with Dtac. I’ve written a complaint to get my money back and still haven’t heard anything back
poor internet coverage the latest speed test today was 0.08 Mbps very inconsistent... You pay for guaranteed 7 Mbps but never get this speed
One of the worst and scammer Mobile network is dtecIn last 8 days i loose 550 baht. After 2 days of buy Sim I saw I loose my 500 baht....and from 7 eleven I put more 50 baht and in 24 hrs I saw only 4 baht left....and the thing is I use hotel wifi and no calls....and where my 550 goes...One the stupid network of dtac and scammer sim ....really worst experience in all over the worldDtec u r an bloody scammer network of thailand and that's true
It wasn't noticeably worse than the leading 5G provider in TH, and even worked better in some places. LTE only but it was good enough for remote work.
I bought a tourist 16 day data SIM card, it started to get slow 4-5 days before expiry even I had more than half of data left. It got so bad 3 days before I basically did not have internet. I had to call their customer service number 1678 or something like that on my phone and I had to pay ฿3 a minute to talk to their customer service! I have never heard that people had to pay to call customer service. Don’t buy again!
Worst sim company I’ve been with, only went with them due to people saying it has good coverage. I paid for the 30 day SIM card at the koh Samui airport and they said that it had unlimited internet for 30 days. Since then it ran out after 3 days and hadn’t renewed since. It’s now asking me to top it up for more internet. Biggest scam company, don’t waste your money with this company, get another Sim from elsewhere!
It's expensive, their internet connection is poor but the worst is the way they manage their service. Most of packages are automatically renewable, it's written in tiny letters often on another page so nobody will see that clause. Packages are very hard to cancel, you mostly need to call a customer service and even they are difficult to deal with.
This has a lot of bad reviews but tbh so far it’s been great. Was only 600 baht in the airport for 30 days unlimited which was half the price of others and so far it’s been fast and reliable, way better than in London. Also took like 1 min to set up and pay.
Trying to shut off my number with them for over a year since I'm not living in Thailand anymore. Customer service is hard to reach like it's never existed. They complicate things and only allow you to close your number when you're presented at the shop in Thailand. My family member cannot do it for me. How can I do that when I'm not there!! So now I'm paying for the bills on the number I haven't used for over 3 years because they wouldn't let me shut it down. In conclusion, A SCAM! Please run away and use any other company!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
