Is dropshipzone.com.au Legit?

We spent thousands building a dropship site using dropshipzone products.When it was ready to go we found that a large percentage of their products was always out of stock, it caused us numerous issues.Plus some items were unable to be shipped depending on the postcode, including suburban areas. We were promised by their rep Vivien Liow at the start everything would sync and be in stock. This didn't happen and when we complained she showed zero interest in helping. Terrible company no support, don't waste your money.

Usually, I do not have anything bad to say about a business, I just spent 4 months building a women's clothing brand with all products coming from a dropship zone, placed an order with them 24 days ago to find out today following the tracking that the items are coming straight from china not from the warehouse in Melbourne... this is not my first business with dropship-zone, I have another business connected to them for over 7 years, I'm more than disappointed with them I'm devastated, I could have had those products in Australia within 2 weeks .. also be aware that the price you and I are offered as a discount to drop shippers is more than the price that bunnings, dick smith and the big companies are paying for the big companies are paying less than the smaller companies like us, hence why we can not compete ...... why do I know this? my other company has over 46,000 products uploaded from Dropshipzone.. in conclusion, I think it is better to go back to alixspress

It's great pleasure to work with Dropshipzone team. Wonderful and professional support, they care not even customer, but also supplier. About half year ago, we register in their platform and we made great success in our business grow. Thanks to them and warmly Christmas gift too. Wish more success in the future. :)

We have been working with Dropshipzone since 2015 and they are the best in the industry with a great selection of quality products. Their customer service is really great and if any faulty or damaged products which is once in a while, they happily sort it out asap and offer great solutions for our customers. We continue to work with them for a long term partnership and support each other.

I've been dealing with DropshipZone for about a year now. They offer a great range of products which I have built my business around. The delivery times are very fast with most orders being shipped same day or next day.They are efficient in dealing with warranty issues and returns. Most of the products seem to be very good quality.Of course I would like some prices to be a little better as I am a very good customer of theirs and I simply can't compete against their parent company and be profitable. However, I can't complain at all as they have become an integral part of my business as my main supplier and my business has grown every month and hopefully will continue well into the future.

I confess, that I initially wrote a negative review, one I realise was completely and utterly unjustified. These people have an amazing range of products and their service is fantastic. Setting up a new furniture business and finding suppliers has been interesting and frustrating. So many being so slow in service, you know that this will be the case with your customers, so you have to walk away from them. These people get back to you within a few hours, so fast and their products, well they have everything that I am looking for. I want to pick certain pieces and they have them all pretty much. I was frustrated by their approval process, but now realise how necessary it is and I am glad that they have one. My store looks amazing with their higher-end furniture pieces on it, I even have the perfect beds. Definitely going to be my major supplier for the store.

I recently joined Drop Ship Zone to pursue a second business but to also have the flexibility to not have to outlay money to hold stock. I was doing research to try to keep suppliers within Australia which gives customers peace of mind over international shipments. Drop Ship Zone has been astounding in their level of service, especially my account manager Johnathan Z who has always been super helpful and proactive in helping with the initial integration of their software to the website and any other questions I have along the way.My recommendation for anyone wanting to join is to use Shopify which integrates with Drop Ship Zone's software which keeps inventory up to date along with when trackings are allocated to each order the customer is notified, so it's doing all the backend work for you.Thanks so much for your excellent service! :)
