Produit qui aurait pu être bon , sauf que mon aspirateur dyson 11 , qui a une autonomie de 40 min, n’a pu fonctionner que pendant 10 min avec votre accessoire ! Donc au final, autant sortir le seau et le torchon !

Das Kundenservice ist sehr unfreundlich und auf der Startseite steht, dass eine Rücksendung kostenlos ist innerhalb der Frist, jedoch wurde mir eine Gebühr von 10€ abgezogen, welche nirgends auf der Startseite steht, dass bei einer nicht Annahme der Käufer die Kosten dafür zahlen muss. Sehr unprofessionell, da ich noch nie Probleme mit anderen Unternehmen hatte, bezüglich dieses Problems.

Ich finde den Wasserbehälter einfach viel zu winzig. Er lässt sich schlecht befüllen und man schmiert den Schmutz mit dem Wischaufsatz nur hin und her. Auf der Webiste wird mit einer Geldzurück Garantie geworben. Ich habe das Gerät nur einmal kurz benutzt, es anschließend gereinigt und zurückgeschickt. Die Annahme der Rückgabe wurde auch per Email bestätigt. Bekommen habe ich einen Gutschein über den Kaufpreis, den ich dann bei Dripl einlösen kann! Das ist für mich Betrug, weil man eventuell nur noch eine Heissluftfriteuse kaufen kann. Mehr bietet die Firma nicht an. Allenfalls noch völlig überteuerte Reinigungsmittel.

Ich habe mich vor einem Jahr influencen lassen und mir den Airfryer von Dripl gekauft. Bei den ersten Nutzungen riecht das Gerät sehr chemisch, dies verfliegt aber nach einer Zeit. Der Korb besitzt ein Fenster, erstmal super, leider sammelt sich dort Wasser und es entstehen sehr unschöne Wasserflecken.Nun nach 11 Monaten hebt der Korb nicht mehr, somit ist der Airfryer nicht mehr zu nutzen. Die Kunstofführung des Korbes bröckelt nach und nach ab, somit hat der Korb keinen Halt mehr ( natürlich bei normalem Gebrauch ) Kundenservice ist leider nicht hilfreich & nimmt das Gerät in diesem Zustand nicht zurück, für dessen Zustand ich nichts kann. Für mich qualitativ leider ein sehr schlechtes Produkt und der Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kommt mir leider auch immer noch sehr komisch vor, das der Airfryer durchweg nur positive Bewertungen hat, kann mir nicht vorstellen das ich die einzige bin, diese schon mehrmals den Kundenservice kontaktieren musste, natürlich jedes Mal ohne Erfolg. Meldung an Verbraucherzentrale ist erfolgt.

Ich finde ihn grauenvoll. Hatte mich so gefreut und auf Erleichterung gehofft. Man darf nur vorwärts saugen bzw. Wischen. Er tropft ganz schlimm und wenn man rückwärts geht bleiben die dicken Tropfen auf dem Boden. Also muss man immer durch das frisch gewischte laufen sonst klappt es nicht. Gute Idee aber nicht richtig durchdacht. Schade.

Schlechtes Produkt, schlechter Kundenservice, Kritische Anmerkungen auf Instagram werden gelöscht und man wird blockiert. Achtung bei diesem zweifelhaften Unternehmen
