Is drinkscnt.com.au Legit?

Don't waste your money. Bought the metal bottle, looks nice but doesn't stay cold for long because the large plastic top isn't insulated. Dropped it once getting out of the car, no damage to the bottle but the extremely brittle lid cracked. As for the expensive "scent" pods. A very bad joke. You get a whiff of scent for about 3 days but only when you open the lid. Neat idea but a total scam in reality. This company never asks for a review after a sale so it's obvious that they know that they won't get any positive ones. Apparently they have 35,000+ people who love this bottle but don't have any way of posting a review. 'Nuff said.

Fantastic product. I now drink litres of water each day (was a heavy coke drinker). The bottle itself is great and the pods are awesome. I was skeptical about ordering this product after seeing so many negative reviews, but 100% happy I took the chance! I am not sure how this company receives so many negative comments as my experience with this company has been outstanding. Will be continuing to support this business and its great product!

Please do not buy from them it’s a scam. They have taken the money then sent me a fake tracking number - confirmed by NZpost. They only send automated generic responses to emails, and keep reiterating that they’ve sent the order when they haven’t.They have deleted my comments on their social media platforms. I’ve seen negative comments from other customers on Facebook saying they haven’t received their order, then a couple of minutes later the comment has vanished.Total scam. If you have already ordered from them please report them to the police, Facebook, instagram, PayPal to stop them stealing from more people.

Terrible! Ordered and recieved but they were dropshipped from China in generic Chinese packaging and absolutely no logo so it was just a cheap Chinese knock off. The scent is bullsh*t, you have to click it into place but even then you have to suck so hard, and you can barely taste anything. Basically you're sucking through a straw and the scent passes through the pod so you're actually tasting - nothing to do with scent at all.When I complained they said I was rude (I wasnt) and I asked where I could write a review and they made up something about updating their website and the review part hadn't come across yet but would be there in a few weeks. It's been 4 months and their review section still isn't there lolTheir response and customer service is absolutely terrible too - keep pushing for a refund though and give them examples of other reviews.

I was on Facebook when I saw the AD for SCNT water bottles and pods. I thought what a fantastic way to start drinking water as everything until now that I drank had sugar in it. I was also on a diet and this makes drinking water a lot more enjoyable. I’ve been using the SCNT water bottle now for over 2 months now and have lost about 15kg for just cutting out soft drinks and cordials. If I feel like a soft drink I use sparkling mineral water and use the cola, lemonade or orange pods. I never drank water as a child either, what a great and exciting way to get your kids to drink healthy.This product really works and it’s worth the money, give it a go.

Paid for order, received tracking number, but was never actually lodged with Australia Post. No phone number or address for company, email contact only which they don’t respond to. Avoid!

The items were "Posted" 2 weeks ago, and they are based in Perth. Guaranteeing me it's left their hands. Follow up with australia post. It's coming from Overseas, which is why the parcel after 2 weeks is "ready for processing"This "Australian based" company is a scam. If it's coming from Overseas, advertise that. Not lie that "it's coming from Western australia"

Absolute scam- they ship from China. They send you an email with a supposed tracking number from Au post. It states pending. When you put the number in the global tracking app, it states it is coming from China. They delete all negative comments on Facebook. I told them I was going to report them to ACC and they refunded me. Company needs to be shut down.

Don’t waste your money on this. The company has wonderful advertising, makes you think you’re ordering a product in Australia and that it will be shipped with Australia Post…. None of that is what actually happens. Instead you’ll be given a tracking number that doesn’t exist with Australia Post. This is because they’re actually shipping from China. When you enquire about the number not working, you’ll receive the same email everyone gets, telling you that for some reason the aus/nz tracking numbers aren’t working but the product is definitely on its way. You’ll wait weeks before it even arrives in the country. If you decide to take this up with them, you’ll get the most awful customer service from multiple email accounts and you’ll get absolutely nowhere. There have been multiple reports to ACCC now from unhappy customers. I really hope something is done soon as this business has no respect for their customers and thinks lying to them is appropriate.

My daughter absolutely loves hers and the scent pods last so much longer than stated. She can use one pod for nearly a month and drinks about 3/4 of those bottles a day so definitely worth the money. It's been the best thing ever to get my fussy kid to drink water.

I got myself a drink bottle to help me drink more water and my son liked it so much that i had to get him one too. We have just ordered the new steel bottles.Postage is slow. They do ship from china and the traxking only works with australia post once the items reqch australia.The bottles are great though and there are so many yummy flavours. I love the grape peach and passionfruit flavours.

I got mine for Christmas off my husband. I am a coke drinker but since getting the Scnt bottle I haven't drank coke at all. Some of the pods are really good but some pods don't work but I am loving my bottle, it's easy to use

They will steal your money and send you a false tracking number. Reported to police, partpay and the consumers act. You belong in jail.

I ordered a matte black bottle and some scent pods and was super hyped to receive them. I got an email a 5 days later after ordering saying that they had a problem with matte black bottles in particular and that they had to be replaced and reshipped, and that they were working as hard as they could to get my order replaced over “the next few weeks” and that I’d get it by the first week of April at the very latest. I’ve gotten no updates about it’s status, let alone it’s shipping status. When I go onto their website and type in my email and my order number it takes me to a page where it says my package has been shipped but when I go to it’s tracking history it opens up the auspost app and tells me the package is still pending and that it hasn’t even been scanned into their system yet. It’s been showing this status on the auspost app ever since I purchased it. Also when I go onto their website it is now telling me that I can’t purchase another bottle from them because the page is displaying a 404 error. I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed and I am not going to be getting a bottle…

One word: Avoid. Overpriced for what it is and scam territory.Customer service does not respond. Buy the original instead.

I was sceptical, but the Peach pod won me over quickly. I try to be healthy and drink water but some times you need something different.Diet saver :)

So I ordered 3 bottles for xmas, they do not work as described. The lady said it requires U to have strong taste and smell. I asked for a refund, she then blocked my email address. Do not buy from this company
