I made purchase of my wedding day bridal and reception formal dress back in november 2017. The order got delivered in mid december, after looking at their embellishments and quality I decided to purchase my party dresses. I placed a rather big order this time which just arrived few days ago. My family loved the party wear dresses. Their prices are pretty low as compare to other Pakistani designers. The embellishment work is superb and the tailoring is neat and clean. The guy on WhatsApp has been very helpful. He kept me up to date by sharing pictures and videos of m order being prepared. My wedding is in June 2018 and I will definitely refer this business in my social circle. Tip for consumers:Keep the guy in touch via WhatsApp as he is quite responsive. “I am delighted with my Two wedding guest outfits from Dress Republic”

I live in NewYork and have been invited to a wedding in Pakistan. I am European and knew nothing about appropriate wedding fashions for Pakistan. I discovered the Dress Republic site on line and was wowed by the gorgeous selection of styles available. I took a breath and ordered two outfits, knowing that delivery time was estimated at 4 to 6 weeks. I placed my order before reading the very negative reviews which accused Dress Republic of being a scam, a fraud etc. Obviously they made me VERY nervous and I thought for sure I had been duped. I am pleased to say however, that my garments did arrive as promised and they are absolutely beautiful... I could not be happier with the styling, the fine fabrics, the quality of the embellishments... everything! Thankyou Dress Republic and keep up the amazing work. This site is in the business of stealing from people. Our order placed over a year and half ago has still not been delivered. Our phone calls and emails are being ignored. The guy running this scam of a site is rude and immoral. DO NOT buy from here; you will not receive anything from them expect frustration and humiliation.

“Ordered my bridal and Mehndi wears”

I ordered my bridal and mehndi wears as well as my cousins ordered their wedding guest and mehndi dance party dresses. The order came a little late but was still in time as we kept 3 month margin while ordering with them. I must say that God bless their workers' hands. The quality, fabrics, and most importantly the stitching and hand works have been so amazing. My cousin had a little issue with her shalwar kameez dress later it was resolved as she got to know that there is chemise inside to wear. All of us loved the end products. “Totally different colour”

I ordered a Mauve Alcati from the site, not cheap $599, advised delivery mid March, after many emails, it arrived 14 April, it was for my daughters wedding, description:: Mauve Alcati, absolutely devastated as the colour is Apricot! They tried to say it was the colour I ordered it, oh no it wasn't, they even showed a photo of what they classed as Mauve, see below, no where near the colour iv received, and the tie quality is shocking! Don't touch these with barge pole unless you have received a swatch! The first photo is the photo they sent me telling me this was the colour the second is of my suit, you decide! A friend told me about this site and at first I was skeptical since I had read some bad reviews. Then I decided to call the number on the site and spoke to Khan who was professional and very informative. I placed an order for DR5121 Grecian Fig Nullica and I received it 3 days before the promised delivery date. The dress is very nice and worth the money I paid for it. Very nice embellishments and the stitching. It was packed very nicely as well. I would definitely order with them again. I'm glad I called and placed the order... Thank you Khan for the services. “Scam!”

Scam! These people are in business of ripping people off. They are not in business of selling designer quality cloths. I ordered sherwani for my son who, just returned from Afghanistan, as he is a soldier. I paid $1000 for his wedding attire. The sherwani and other thing came in a small box like crumbled paper. The sherwani was nothing like what it looked in picture. Cheap quality with less embroidert, the turban and scarf did not match. It says trouser pants on website, and all it came was a standard sherwani pants with elastic. And the shoes! They had no sole! As usal, they don't answer your phone, once they receive money. I was left crying.

They do not ship the goods as pictured They are extremely poor tailoring. They say you can return to goods, but after you do, YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. BEWARE. Two years and never got a refund yet. This web site is a FRAUD

“Dress Republic are pure scam artists”

We are newly weds, with our wedding coming up this June. Dress Republic was worst experience we've had from the delays in shipping to the actual product. First of all, we placed the order in December of 2020, the delivery date that we were told was February 28th, 2021. We waited 2 weeks after Feb 28th and never received it. We then followed up numerous times about the dress, and we kept being told that the dress needs to be finalized. This back and forth kept continuing for another month, and we finally received it in April, nearly 2 months late. This delayed several other appointments we were trying to schedule after receiving the dress. To make matters worse, the dress itself was extremely disappointing when we received it. We purchased the Ruby Wine Capri Lehenga for $1700 USD, and it looked like a very low budget version of what was promoted on the website. See images of the website vs real dress attached. The material felt very cheap and the decor had stitches coming out. We even had to cut the pieces of cloth that were visible. The lehenga piece was not below the feet as promoted on the website, rather it dropped to the ankle, which made the lehenga feel like it was an Abaya. It was a very disappointing dress, to the point where we had to physically go to another store and purchase a different wedding dress. Now we are down 1000s of dollars, and stuck with the disappointing dress we received from Dress Republic because their policies protect them from refunds or returns. “This is a scam”

Dress Republic.com is the biggest spammer. The guy Mohammed (I am not sure if he told us his real name) scammed Canadian $1500. It was the biggest embarrassment for us because my fiancé (now my wife) ordered a bridal dress from them by paying full amount CAN $1500. He promised delivery of the dress a month before the wedding date. However, kept promising and delaying until he didn't send the dress and demanded more money to send it in the last minute. He then stopped answering any calls altogether and when asked for the refund he suggested he still sends us the wedding dress months after the ceremony! He messed up our marriage arrangements, which had to be postponed, and at the end, we rushed to buy a new dress locally and married at a different date. Until, today he didn't return our payment and we didn't receive any product we paid for, although we don't need the dress anymore. As I can see here, he scammed many people and their hard-earned money. I remember some months back I went online to look for some designer Pakistani dresses for special occasion as I wanted a dress for my engagement. Quickly, i found Dressrepublic and was instantly blown away by their sites aesthetics. The colors themes and style that they had on the site was amazing, and it gave the impression that if these guys have a beautiful and quality site, how beautiful and quality must their clothes be! I went looking throughout the site to find something i liked, it was difficult for me, as i had a set amount to spend and there was just so much that i wanted! I really found it hard to decide which one I should go for. I, after consulting with their customer service people and my family and friends, eventually selected an Anarkali dress from their Special Occasion dresses category, and a set of matching jewelry that was made in silver for my engagement day. These items were a bit overpriced so I asked for some discount and got it from Mohammad, the guy at their customer service. He kept me informed about the production progress of my engagement dress and jewelry set, still I awaited my delivery impatiently though lol. They came on the very day that they said they would, and there were no complications or headaches. I would strongly recommend Dressrepublic for the complete shopping experience, great site, top quality embellishment work and tailoring, competitive prices, quick delivery, excellent customer service, you can't lose! “My bridal shopping experience with Dress Republic shop”

Really surprised about the negative reviews. I have always had the best customer service experience with Dress Republic. I am a loyal customer to them since 2010 when I first bought a party dress for my niece's birthday party. Since then I have been ordering lawn suits, party wears and kurtis from Dress Republic and every order turned around as amazing at it looks in the picture. Little bit delay happened but I have been in touch with them by email, phone or whatsapp messenger. According to them, when making a product from the scratch and especially handwork the delay is unexpected due to many reasons for instance any mishaps happens to the fabric at the time of stitching they have to redo the whole piece. This time I came up with a pretty big order for my wedding, ordered a bridal dress for my wedding day, a mehndi lehenga choli, 3 party wear dresses and around 8 lawn and chiffon dresses with some extra laces, tassels, and pearl dangling as to give the whole shopping a formal look suitable for wedding (I loved their lawn collection, it is cheaper, fresh and best for party and casual use). My entire order came in two different parts, the first shipment contained lawn and party dresses and the final shipment contained my bridal dress (Ruby Red Tudia) and the Mehndi Bridal (Burnt orange Uskudar). The bridal dress was ordered as it is without any major changes, the Burnt Orange Uskudar dress was ordered with no-bordered dupatta just the work in the middle and lessen work in the Gharara flare as to fit in my budget. I was glad to see everything was up to my requirements, even with less work the mehndi outfit looks amazing. To say they have bad products or services is absurd. The bridal outfit was a hit, my friends and relatives going to contact you for bridal outfits in future as they loved the way it looked, fit and fall on my body. If anyone willing to call me for customer service experience just ask Dress Republic customer service personnel and one of their staff will be able to get you in touch with me.
