When I contacted customer service, they just told me “warehouse said it was in there”, and that was it. Then they sent me a copy of the delivery notification. What?! Truly terrible…

Your Web page and manual for the G4 Gimbal are very confusing. Out of 5 stars I give your manual one star. The unit only gets one star because Gimbal generated noise is conducted to my Sony action cam microphone thru the mounting. The noise is loud enough to damage any conversation we are recording. Fix the paper work and get rid of the noise & the Gimbal will get 5 stars.
