dragonflyshipping.ca Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives dragonflyshipping.ca a pretty low trust score on the platform: 16.2. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 16.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to dragonflyshipping.ca's industry. The algorithm flagged its seemingly suspicious success, even with a newly registered domain. It also detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning dragonflyshipping.ca, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between dragonflyshipping.ca and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of dragonflyshipping.ca. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of dragonflyshipping.ca, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. dragonflyshipping.ca is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether dragonflyshipping.ca has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether dragonflyshipping.ca boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, dragonflyshipping.ca.

The delivery driver took the proof of delivery photos, then took my package and left. All while I was inside watching the van waiting for my doorbell or a knock. Customer service was less than helpful, after over 2 hours on hold I was told to wait til after 10pm for redelivery, and call the company I ordered from if it didn't show up. 0.1/10, would not order if I knew they used this carrier
Most pathetic delivery service I've ever encountered. They have delivered two packages for me, and both times delivered them to the wrong address. They proudly take a photograph of someone else's house send it to me. I give them my feedback, but they don't care. I've called them and complained. I was told the driver would be sent back to retrieve my package -- they didn't. So right now, the most recent package is lost and I don't know how to tell Amazon to never use Dragonfly for my packages.
Every single delivery I had by them has been nothing but a headache and absolutely awful service. Nothing but the worst courier ever.
A couple weeks ago my mother in law had a package delivered to my house. She called me saying that I was not home and the driver was on the phone. I was home went outside and he was at the end of my driveway. Checked my Security camera after I came in and no he did not come to my door. For the past 3 days I have got emails on a package.I ordered from Amazon saying that it would be here within three hours. Today I got an email saying that they attempted a delivery And I was not home. I'm a housewife i've been home for 3 days Waiting for this package. Looked over my security footage.Nobody was here all day. There was no attempt made. I will be phone in amazon tomorrow and lodge in a major complaint against this company
This is the worst company ever. their customer service reps and delivery drivers are all liars, They need to be reported as scammers, I think reputable companies such as Amazon need to cancel their contracts with this company, I don't think they will be in business much longer, I have lost wages and business because of the multiple lies and broken promise from them.
My last 4 orders from amazon were all shipped via dragonfly. i received a email for all four saying delivered with no photo. none of them were here. i am at the point that i do not shop amazon anymore
Awful service, awful customer support. Absolutely no use or help at all and I have no idea where my package is.
Dragonfly Shipping Company is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. For the SECOND time this week, my packages are late – and it’s not the first time! In fact, this is the SIXTH time they've failed to follow simple delivery instructions, leaving my packages at the wrong address or in completely wrong places.Customer service is completely useless. They have no idea where my packages are or what’s going on, and when I asked for updates, they just blamed warehouse issues. I can't believe they’ve been hired by Amazon; they are seriously dropping the ball. To make matters worse, the drivers are speeding through our community like maniacs. At this rate, someone is going to get hurt!BNI was so much more efficient. Dragonfly Shipping is an absolute disaster, and I would void this company at all costs!
This company has the worst service delivery possible. On three days this month, I've waited for 13-14 hours for someone to show up to pick up a package. I've also called their customer service number - as requested, i left my phone number lured by the promise that my call would be returned "in the order in which it was received". No one called back. Each email they've sent says that "We're on our way to pick up your return" but no one ever shows up nor is there any communication regarding a delay until after their delivery time is closed. I was assured today (day #3) that a driver was "en route" - no one showed up again and I had yet another request to reschedule. This time, I didn't bother. Their website says they have "high levels of consumer and vendor satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5...". How?? None ever shows up!! If Amazon continues to use this company for their package delivery and returns, they will also lose the good reputation that Amazon has had. Dragonfly claims "98% On-time deliveries ..." Based on my experience and the other ratings I see on Trustpilot, this number must be a reversal - maybe they meant 2% and 98% no deliveries. Don't use this company if service and follow through matter to you.
They are too lazy to walk to the front door to leave a package. They leave it in clearly visible place so it can easily be stolen. They do not answer their telephone.
MINUS 5 for package pickup/return. Incorrect email messages, including scheduling dates in the past. No time machine to address this failure. FALSE updates saying they are coming within a time range. FALSE updates saying that they are just a big late. NO ARRIVAL AT ALL. Rescheduling at 9pm after forcing me to be home all day and night.
The worse delivery company ever! No wonder they recently changed their name from Intelcom to Dragonfly to try to save their reputation. But that won’t do it if they keep treating customers like crap. Every time they delivered a package to my house in the past year, there was a problem. I wish I could choose to always have Purolator instead! The last straw for me was that they canceled my last Amazon order without even notifying me! I went to track my package when I saw that it was not delivered when they said they would to see that my order was canceled because apparently the package was broken. A normal company would just replace the box and send you your item but not them. They just decided it was easier to cancel a large order with a bunch of stuff I got on sale for Black Friday week so I could just go back and buy it again after the price went up. I’m appalled. Especially after calling Amazon about it and being told that they can’t do anything about this since they’re a third party company. Maybe Amazon should work with reputable partners to start with. I’m not ordering from Amazon anymore until they get rid of this horrible delivery company.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I, like many, have cursed about Dragonfly for a few years now, I have also lived in a few different locations and can say "They are Absolutely Terrible Everywhere!" They are: Never reliable, Never on time, Never available for contact. How Amazon can guarantee delivery by such a date and Dragonfly can have it late ALL the time is terrible. Amazon needs to stop dealing with Dragonfly! I will stop dealing with Amazon because of them. How they are still in business, I have no idea. By far the worst courier service I have delt with.
I would give no stars if possible. The company tried to deliver my package at 2100hrs and 2200hrs before I phoned them and requested they deliver it during normal working hours as the delivery address was set up for that because I was out of town. The customer service rep was not very helpful and told me he would take down the instructions but could not guarantee the driver would deliver between 0830 and 1630hrs. The driver finally dropped the package off 1min to closing. They do not seem to care. Who delivers at night?!
Ordered a package and had this message for over a week: "Rest assured that your package is safe and on its way to you, despite running a little behind schedule. Thanks for your patience!"This was supposed to be a two day delivery and the location it is said to be at, for over a week, is only a 15 minute drive from here. There is no button that will get a person on the phone with you. Being left in the dark on this, while waiting for a birthday present for my child, I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs a reliable shipping company.
Dragonfly sucks. Had to do courier delivery of my stuff cus of CanPost strike. My delivery instructions said the hours the delivery site would be open (it's a school)--I get an email after the school is closed saying that it'll be there in three hours and then one that I missed it. I call in, very unhelpful CSA told me that they can't guarantee time of delivery (what sort of bs is that?). So, today, a half hour before school closes, I get the three hour notice. I see this after I'm home. I call back, agent said it's 45 mins from delivery--I told her it's closed no one to get parcels. And she tells me she'll cancel it for today and send it out with the Amazon delivery information I had included, to the driver. I said that this was much better than yesterday--she looked at my account. The CSA from yesterday NEVER ENTERED THE INFORMATION ABOUT OPEN TIMES. I'm hoping this one did--we'll see if i get my delivery tomorrow or not. I don't know how they could stay in business if they can't plan deliveries when places are open.
I never got the package. I get emails saying it was delivered. I even get pictures taken of my front door, but no package is delivered. There is definitely some type of FRAUD going on with this company and it should be looked into.
always late with packages, sorry doesnt cut itamazon needs to get a different currior service
Dragon Fly Delivery Services and other contracted Amazon drivers are legally bound by their contracts to ensure the safe and timely delivery of packages. This includes the responsibility to contact the recipient or leave a suitable delivery slip with a name and address if the delivery cannot be completed directly. Unfortunately, these drivers have been neglecting their duties by refusing to leave their vehicles and abandoning packages outside of apartment buildings, leaving them vulnerable to theft or weather damage. These actions not only violate the terms of their contracts but also the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which state that the retailer is responsible for the condition of goods until they are received by the customer. Despite paying a monthly fee for Amazon Prime Video, subscribers are subjected to subpar content and advertisements, further exacerbating the issue. When a portion of six months' Prime Video fees was requested as compensation, the offer of a one-month discount was inadequate and dismissive of the ongoing service failures.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

Calling dragonfly shipping a scam seems about right from my experience. The drivers continually LIE about making a attempted delivery that never happened, driveways being inaccessible, no one is home, there was no secure location to leave the package and on and on. None of this is true, the drivers just do not attempt to deliver packages that out of their way because drivers are paid far too little to do a good job and deliver everything on their route. Sad situation for both drivers and Amazon customers.
-5 stars... can\'t even come to think of giving one star. there\'s nothing to give a star for... they attempted to deliver my package. claimed couldn\'t access the driveway. from there, 4 days later, no movement on tracking info. spoke to customer service. seems like there reading a script claiming they contacted the warehouse to expedite the package.. it never leaves mystical warehouse that doesn\'t seem to exisit other then what their saying. They are nothing but a scam and thieves. If this is the shipping company of amazon. I wont be dealing with amazon anymore
