Doughnuts arrived on time and were spectacular! Very much appreciated by my sister and her friends who live in assisted living accomodation.

Don’t order if you don’t want your money to be trapped into buying doughnuts and not refundable. I paid extra for a specific day delivery for an intended reason. I was excited to receive, opened it straight away and the doughnuts were nothing like the picture the icing had stuck to the top of the box and ruined them. Obviously they are edible but if I just wanted a doughnut to eat I would have just bought a plain doughnut. They were Taylor Swift themed and were just ruined. All I wanted was a refund because I spent nearly £30 on it to use on a display and I couldn’t because they looked nothing like the picture and not even in the same box advertised. All they could do was send me some more or give me a voucher. I ordered six for a reason why would I want another six doughnuts and just waste them because the day I needed it for had passed and I definitely didn’t want a voucher for some more as they are unreliable. Won’t be using again.

First class experience, great customer service, and the doughnuts were fantastic. My wife is a coeliac and it’s the first time in a long time she’s had both the volume of choice, and the peace of mind the food was 100% GF. Credit to you all.

The donuts were great - always a favourite! However, unfortunately it seems that the box was transported on its side which means the filling had come out of some of the donuts, some were out of shape etc.

Amazing! I loved the Taylor Swift doughnuts, really lovely designs and flavours. Wish they were available all year round because I’d buy them for special occasions and as a treat. Please bring them back again!

Great service excellent customer support and really friendly. Always been to the Covent Garden branch and Angel. Came many times and was serviced by Kawsar. He is incredible and very friendly to talk to and very welcoming. And very handsome 🙈haha.

My go-to doughnuts! I always enjoy the different flavours and gluten-free options. I just wish they could let us know the calorie content of each doughnut. Or maybe they do and I just can't find the information?

Fantastic delicious gluten free doughnuts. We tried a box of 6 about a month ago. Then on a recent visit to London we went to all the stores everyday. Now we're back home we just had to have another batch.

What a fantastic company!Sorted out a minor problem with my order literally overnight, and delivered the most incredible gluten free donuts to my lovely Dad.WOW. They look amazing and he is made up. Never had a donut since diagnosed coeliac over 10yrs ago. These were fantastic!

We were in London just for an overnight stay for theatre etc.The Doughnut shop was pretty much across the road from our hotel.Had searched for cakes to take home for the family and came across this little shop.The young lady serving me was so sweet,kind and patient.Had a lovely smile and manner.Was helpful in helping me choose 15 doughnuts! I ordered 3 boxes for my sone birthday instead of a cake which we were all very excited about because we have really enjoyed them before and wanted them for our special occcasion for us and our friends and family to try because we had loved them in past orders , I do t know if it was because of them not be sealed properly but at least 9 of the doughnuts were terribly dry and in one box at least 5 had been put wrong way so we’re all squashed we were so disappointed and had to go to a supermarket and purchase a cake for my sons birthday event , I do not know what happened it could of been the packing or shipping I do not know but after paying nearly 80 pounds and having no main cake on my sons birthday I am very upset and disappointed not a very nice experience has put us of now in case it was to happen again

Thank you Sarah at the Soho store. England was playing when we visited and it was absolutely chaos outside the store. It meant I couldn't see the names of the doughnuts I wanted after managing to squeeze me and kids through the crowd. Even though I got it wrong she still made sure I had all the right doughnuts in the end!

Doughnut Time provided a huge order of delicious themed doughnuts for my wedding. They were absolutely incredible, and stole the show! I also can't believe how big they were. We had other evening food and treats and there wasn't a single doughnut left. They went so fast, even the bride didn't get one! Can't recommend the Doughnut Time team enough.

Doughnit delivery was cancelled on the day. No communication received. Ordered next day but missed the special birthday. Reason forcdelivery failure was untrue. There were no road closures. Evri delivered 2 other parcels.No response fro email sent to doughnut time

I stepped into the Charing Cross location looking for a snack and Christina and Jacob recommended the Snack Efron. It was so delicious, I felt like I experienced the unbridled magic power of High School Musical for the first time all over again. The bread? Doughy. The frosting? Delectable. The wafers? Appropriately flakey and crunchy. In addition to the doughnut, the service was fantastic. Friendly, considerate, and prompt.
