Is doggy-plan.com Legit?

This company is a complete scam. Money hungry losers. You'll get absolutely no correspondence after the initial email. I didn't even remember setting this up until I got a charge of $111 off my credit card today. They refuse to refund your money. Nice way to steal a person's money when you don't send any subscription reminders like all legitimate companies do. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. DON'T BOTHER REPLYING WITH YOUR STUPID COMMENT ABOUT YOUR IMPOSSIBLE REFUND /MONEYBACK GUARANTEE.

Same with me, did not state anywhere that it was a subscription, and they took nearly 50€ off my account after 4 weeks, when i wrote to them that i want my money back, because i used their app only once and found it usless, they wrote back that they will not give me back my money. Total scam.

The videos are well explained, easy to follow, and they really do work. Personally I like the explanation of WHY the training works the way it does - and the differentiation between what is science and what is opinion. I.e. dogs will respond in X way when you do Y vs we prefer to use raw meat for treats for our dogs but it's ok if you choose to use something else.

SCAMMERS! The product is crap and the auto billing means they can keep on debiting your account and if you think you can just cancel, think again! The process for cancelling requires an email to the seller who don't respond. Then when you try to charge back it gets declined because there is no cancellation confirmation from the seller. I also cancelled my PayPal after this experience as I was able to prove that I did everything correctly to cancel the subscription but because the seller didn't respond I got left holding the can, apparently that is somehow my fault that the seller ignores correspondence!

This is super sketchy.I signed up for this after seeing an ad on Instagram. I was under the impression that it was $19.99 for a class, and I thought that was a good deal. Literally NOWHERE was it advertised that this was a subscription. Fast forward to 1 month later, I get a $49.99 charge to my card. I received no notice of renewal email, so of course I wasn't able to cancel prior to the charge. I then try to log into the website, and see no spot to cancel or even view my "subscription." So I email, and they claim they've cancelled, but would require video proof of my dog "not following my commands" to receive a refund. As of today, I've emailed back sharing my thoughts and also saying that I'm not comfortable sending a video of my dog to get MY money back.

This is a terrible program. First of all, I had no idea that after a trial period I would be charged $79’99. It was definitely in fine print that I did not see.The videos are clearly AI written and the words don’t match up with the woman in the videos. The two videos I watched made the same points repeatedly and dispensed information that was overly simplified and honestly, pretty much unwatchable. There are many real programs out there. This is a complete rip-off.

This program is poorly videoed and dubbed making the execution of the training difficult. There is a lot of dialogue and very little showing you how to train the dog.The worst part is I was under the impression I had signed up for a trial of 1 month £19.99 only to find they have been taking £49.99 for the last 3 months and refused to give any money back.

Really poor indication that you are signing up for a subscription. Videos are voiced over with an awful voice (as someone else has said this is just my opinion!) But the subscription is a total scam and they refuse to refund you. Would definitely not recommend there are far better dog training programmes at a much better price. Avoid at all costs. They will not bend or amend anything and this will end up costing you a small fortune.

Deceptive company!!! Do not use. Signed up to try it for three months, but then they charged me for 80€ a few months later because I didn’t cancel. It wasn’t clear at all that they would be transferring me to another commitment of time, and they sent ZERO emails about it. Contacted customer service the day after the charge came through, and they refused to do anything. Steer clear!

Scammers. I never signed up for a subscription and I have been paying £79.99 without consent at all. They make it look that you are just buying a 3 month cheap course but it is not true.

Utter scam. Signed up for the trial for £20 and the videos are rubbish so messaged them to unsubscribe as no way to do this on the actual site. Forgot about it and they have charged me £49 per month for the last 3 months and will not offer me a refund. Scam. £170 for something that is utter rubbish. Do not even bother with a free trial.

Beware this company! You get tied into a subscription without your knowledge and they will not reimburse you when you discover that they are taking your money! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

I started the doggy plan when I rescued a German Sheperd and felt I had no hope to fix the problems she had from abuse. My son and me committed to 30min per day. It was wonderful, she loved the closeness the training we learned from the doggy plan created with us. It changed our whole experience on enjoying what Mia had, love, excitement, obedience. It changed both Mia and my son and me.

I purchased this and never used it so cannot speak to it's content. I however thought I canceled and got a $119 charge today. I asked them to please check my log in history and refund my money. They said no. I never got a notice of renewal and was charged. I would recommend an in person actual dog trainer instead of this. Thanks for nothing. 👎

Found the dog training plan suitable to my dog and in the comfort of your own home. The trainer offered good hints and tips in guiding to a better dog. Can be expensive if you take out full package. Make sure you read the small print.

Scammers!!! They stole 79.99 on me and are refusing to refund me!! I signed up for a trial and it wasn’t made clear that the subscription renewed itself and that the fee would be 79.99.

Read what you are getting yourself into very carefully. #1, I made the mistake of thinking I was purchasing a three month only plan. Wrong! They make the price look cheap upfront and then charge you triple when your “trial” ends. There is no reminder or warning that you are about to be charged way more. They hope you forget or don’t read the fine print so that you are stuck paying $80! Makes me sick. If they were an honest company, they would refund you your full amount if you canceled.

I am only on lesson 4 of the first module, and I have already seen huge improvements. The lesson of no longer dividing normal feeding from treats was HUGE. I can already see that there is going to be a huge change in both the trust, and the comfortability between me and my dog. Thank you guys for making such a powerful class so affordable and accessible to anyone. So long as they are actually willing to put in the work.

This company can definitely do better with building trust, customer sentiment and customer experience. Everything that people have complained about their subscription model and charging without consideration is true. I would be very careful before considering them if I were you.

Absolute frauds! Seems they continue to dupe people out of money by automatically charging for something people weren’t aware of. I’m yet to receive a receipt, billing confirmation or notice about future billing. Then they come with some random stipulation for the 30 day MBG even though it’s not the initial payment a refund was requested for. Cancelled within the 30 days and they still refuse to refund the additional charge of £49.99. Cowboys at work and now referred to PayPal as a dispute as getting nowhere with them. Also, content is 👎 open first video to see it’s dubbed, which is for me makes it frustrating to follow along. Didn’t even get past the first one plus there wasn’t in a position to use it anyway. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM!**UPDATE 21/07/24**For complete transparency:After yet another email advising I will be contacting PayPal disputing the transaction for £49.99, they did respond and finally decided to refund in the end, which I’m pleased about. It’s just a shame I had to go through all of this in order for this action to take place.
