following a delivery organization problem. N.D (administrator) informed that this method has always been applied. This is wrong, and a pure lie. because liars have no memoryI asked to close the account and delete my data. This was refused. Be careful, all data transmitted to this company will never be deleted even at your request.

Likely scam. They take money, cancel order, don’t refund. Complaining to bank.

First time ive used Dr Fox… and the service was excellent!The site is very user friendly, the staff who answer the phones are uk based, very knowledable and provide an exceptional service and the delivery was superb, arrived the next day.Would highly recommend .. i will certainly use agsin.

Their Sildenafil changed 12-18 months ago and simply dont work. Tried again recently .. same thing. Ordered with other companies and are completely fine. OxfordOnlinePharmacy Are cheaper and better products if you’re looking

Exceptional service received from Dr Fox Pharmacy. Having never ordered from the business, I was a bit sceptical but my order was dealt with very quickly and was delivered shortly after. I’d also like to thank Nicola for her help, her customer service was great!

Have been using this service for ca. 7 years now. The prices are amongst the most economical and the ordering process is pretty straightforward. The time and method of the despatch of medicines are very expeditious. I wanted to give 4.5 (but thought it churlish to give 4) due to the range of asthma inhalers being very limited indeed. I use Symbicort daily. Occasionally (once every 3-4 years) I find myself in circumstances where I require an online despatch if I am slightly disorganised regarding holiday or short trip planning, so I have to use an online pharmacy based in Oxfordshire instead.

I've used Doctor Fox twice. Once for the first time back in 2022, and again this week. Quality service. Both prescriptions were approved quickly within less than a day and despatched shortly thereafter. I think from placing the order to receiving it, it took two days thanks for the 24 hour Royal Mail service they use. I spent over £100 this time, and received all of them correctly. Excellent service. I highly recommend. Lastly, the prices seem very fair and competitive. Provided all this doesn't change, I'll be back in future.

If you are transgender I do not recommend using their services.They will ask for your birth gender during the online consultation and then misgender you on the package. Fortunately, I live alone so I can just shrug it off but this can cause issues or even danger for transgender individuals who are stealth and live in a transphobic household. Dear Dr Fox,If you must put the title on the package at least give the ability to those who are transgender to select their title during online consultations.

Astonishingly good service, my order arrived in under 24 hours!. This was my 3rd order from Dr Fox, there will be more. Very pleased with everything.

It is cheaper to buy from local pharmacies. I noticed a £40 delivery charge. I ordered large amounts & when I looked back this had been debited on each delivery. To add insult to injury my last delivery was a week late as it had not been dispatched & remained at the post office for several days before delivery. The charge was from Impex which the PO uses. I suggest Dr Fox to take this up with the company. This has been disputed but it is on my bank records. When it arrived my order was wrong & there was not even an invoice. There are other outlets online now which I will explore.

This is an absolutely brilliant service. Finally I can relax and have antibiotics on standby and as an emergency in case I can’t get out anywhere and the doctors surgery is closed. So good for those who work all day and can't get to their doctor's - especially for small problems that aren't worth bothering you GP about. A well informed and helpful site. GP's deal with your online request quickly and following approval, delivery from the Glasgow pharmacy is speedy.
