We scheduled a video appointment and opened the waiting room early because we were so worried about my husband's health, a positive COVID test. After a while we got a message that the practitioner would be 20 minutes late. After another 45 minutes we received a message that our appointment was terminated, no reason given. No response to my text to find out what happened. No outreach from Doctolib. We are wondering if we have been scammed. Very poor service.

Easy, fast and efficient. I can find doctors that speak either Spanish or English and feel confortable to have a doctor appointment in my language.

You can also turn on an alert whereby you get an email if an earlier appointment becomes available I you need health care sooner. I do not understand why anyone would chose a video appointment ! Easy to book, even though my French is very limited the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke enough English for my appointment to go ahead with no problem.

This is one of the wonders of the 21st Century. It's a shame it's not mandatory that all health professionals should sign up for Doctolib, then our lives, as patients, would be made much simpler.

Tres simple application et bien organisée

No support service to patients (France). In my case to solve the issue of uploading a prescription from my doctor. Phone number : no-one to answer, just an automated machine leading you back to the standard FAQ on the website (which we had already read, you stupid !). Contact email (found on the web but not on the website) : more than 10 days waiting for an answer. Answer came to tell me that my request was closed... Unacceptable for a company which has acquired a monopoly in France.

I took an appointment on doctolib in advance for a video consultation. The sum of (25euros) was taken from my account and up till now no proper solution. My account statement clearly shows that money went to doctolib. Its even printed on my bank statement , yet they keep lieing that its an imprint. Totally horrible service and im extremely dissapointed. They keep turning me around to go and meet my doctor, but the money clearly went to doctolibs account . My banker verified this. I honestly hope the money makes your company richer.

Absolutely shady and intransparent platform. 4 different doctor appointments were made. For 3 of them, the doctors did not even show up. For the 4th one, the doctor was 10min late and also sent somebody else. And then after 5min of consultation, I was told at the very end that instead of the pre-authorised EUR25, a surcharge of EUR 35 is supposed to be invoiced. EUR 60 for a 5min doctor appointment? What a joke. In addition, i never consented to this surcharge prior to the appointment, so what about transparency and patient rights? Doctolib was useless in resolving the issue but kept on sending payment reminders every day to pressurize the patient to pay. Really shady business!!!

I wish I could give no stars. Although I requested a doctor who could understands English. The doctor didn't want us to come back to him because his English is not good.

Dr Gerard Salama gave us an appointment on Sunday 9th October and then failed to show up or answer his phone. Other patients also turned up.And if you do book with him after 19.00 or at weekends there's no way to get in to the building.The medical issue is still ongoing and we have lost 24 hours.
