The DMV Gets a Bad RapThis was the best customer / client experience I’ve had in any arena. Not only was the customer service excellent, it was also nearly instantaneous. And this was on the Fourth if July.
Only wanted one record for $1.00. A few days later I had an unauthorized charge for $28.95. Update: they just offered a refund but I’ve already cancelled my card. Would not trust them with a new card. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Getting the history records of my car was super easy and fast using this site. The info provided was more that I expected! I'm getting ready to sell my car so having this info will be helpful for me and the buyer.
Scam. They advertise a VIN report for $1.00 to get your credit card. The report information was worthless. They then, three days later applied a $28.95 additional charge to my card without notifying me. Have requested a refund and am disputing the charge.

They are garbage to deal with. They make promises of services that they cannot legally (in all states) provide. Then when you ask for a refund they STALL and stall and stall. I have filed a complain with the Federal Trade Commission. Just try to get ahold of their business license or HQ address...you can't. It screams...SCAM.
